Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an easy-to-maintain exhaust gas treatment spraying system, including a spray tower 1, a circulating water tank pipeline, a pluggable spray device 2, and a nozzle sleeve 3 disposed on a side wall of the spray tower 1;
the spraying device 2 comprises a loose joint ball valve 21, a nozzle part 23 and a connecting pipeline, wherein the connecting pipeline is used for connecting one end of the loose joint ball valve 21 with a water inlet end of the nozzle part 23, and the other end of the loose joint ball valve 21 is connected with a circulating water tank pipeline;
when the connecting line is disconnected from the union ball valve 21, the nozzle portion 23 is removably disposed in the nozzle casing 3.
In this embodiment, the exhaust gas treatment spraying system includes a spray tower 1, a nozzle sleeve 3 disposed on a side wall of the spray tower 1, and a pluggable spraying device 2. Referring to fig. 2, the pluggable spray device 2 includes a loose joint ball valve 21, a nozzle portion 23, and a connection pipeline, wherein one end of the loose joint ball valve 21 is connected to the connection pipeline, and the other end is connected to the circulation tank through a circulation tank pipeline. The nozzle portion 23 is nested within the nozzle casing 3. The nozzle portion 23 is provided with a nozzle.
When the waste gas treatment spraying system works, the loose joint ball valve 21 is in an open state, and sprayed liquid medicine flows out of the circulating water tank, flows into the connecting pipeline of the pluggable spraying device 2 and the nozzle part 23 through the loose joint ball valve 21, and is finally sprayed out from the nozzle of the nozzle part 23, so that the spraying effect is realized.
The spray tower 1 of an exhaust gas treatment spray system is generally equipped with a plurality of nozzle jackets 3, as well as with an adapted pluggable spray device 2. When maintenance is carried out, if the nozzle is blocked, the loose joint ball valve 21 can be closed firstly, and then the loose joint ball valve 21 and the connecting pipeline are separated. After separating the ball cock 21 and the connecting line, the nozzle portion 23 can be pulled out of the nozzle casing 3 together with the connecting line (the connecting line is not located in the nozzle casing 3). Because the tower inside the spray tower 1 is in a negative pressure state, the liquid medicine sprayed out from other nozzles in the tower generally cannot flow out from the opening of the nozzle sleeve 3. After the nozzle part 23 is removed, the nozzle can be cleaned, after the blockage is removed, the nozzle part 23 is installed back into the nozzle sleeve 3 again, and then the connecting pipeline and the loose joint ball valve 21 are installed, so that the maintenance work is completed.
In the maintenance process, in order to reduce the maintenance time, a set of normal connecting pipes and the nozzle part 23 can be prepared, and after the blocked nozzle part 23 is removed, the normal nozzle part 23 is directly replaced. The waste gas spray tower 1 does not need to be stopped in the whole process, thereby realizing the purpose of maintenance without stopping the machine.
Alternatively, the nozzle casing 3 has a cylindrical structure having a protruding portion protruding out of the side wall of the spray tower 1, the protruding portion being inclined upward.
In one embodiment, the nozzle casing 3 has a cylindrical structure and is received in the nozzle portion 23. The nozzle portion 23 is not completely nested inside the nozzle casing 3, but is partially outside the nozzle casing 3. Because the spray tower 1 is in a negative pressure state, the nozzle part 23 can completely block the opening of the nozzle sleeve 3 to form a seal for the spray tower 1 and prevent the exhaust gas from escaping from the opening. The nozzle jacket 3 is at an angle to the side wall of the spray column 1, which may be 45 °.
