Abstract
一种动脉手术用鞘管,包括鞘管管体、所述管体相连的手柄;鞘管管体的一端装有手柄,所述手柄上设有一管道接口和管道,管道在鞘管管体内延伸连接一个球囊,球囊位普通鞘管管体的远端。管道接口处设有外接管道连接截止阀或三通阀再连接造影剂容器或造影剂注射筒。本发明提出的一种新型动脉鞘管,起到阻断动脉近端血流的功能。能克服现有鞘管在动脉手术中会由于动脉血流冲击顺血流方向进入远端动脉,会引起远端动脉医源性栓塞的弊端。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗鞘管技术领域,具体涉及一种动脉血管手术用鞘管。
背景技术
鞘管是为了适用于在血管或介入诊断和治疗手术中用于建立通道、输送或回收器械、输入药物或导出体液等的器械。在外周血管的闭塞性疾病的腔内介入治疗中,顺行穿刺动脉成功置入动脉鞘管后,需要通过动脉鞘管进行一系列操作,包括球囊扩张、导管吸栓、斑块旋切等,闭塞段动脉硬化斑块或血栓在操作过程中有可能被捣碎松动,因动脉血流冲击顺血流方向进入远端动脉,会引起远端动脉医源性栓塞。
在鞘管的设计与制造中,必须改进动脉手术用鞘管,否则会大大增加病人的手术风险。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种动脉手术用鞘管,能克服现有鞘管在动脉手术中会由于动脉血流冲击顺血流方向进入远端动脉,会引起远端动脉医源性栓塞的弊端。降低病人的手术风险。
本发明技术方案是,一种动脉手术用鞘管,包括鞘管管体、所述管体相连的手柄;鞘管管体的一端装有手柄,所述手柄上设有一管道接口和管道,管道在鞘管管体内延伸连接一个球囊,球囊位普通鞘管管体的远端;管道接口的外接管道通过三通阀1连接造影剂输送管道,通过三通阀1向管道5向球囊3内注入造影剂,可将球囊3打起充盈,从而起到阻断动脉近端血流的功能。
有益效果:本发明提出的一种新型动脉鞘管,通过远端处设置一个球囊,向球囊内注入造影剂,球囊3打起充盈,从而起到阻断动脉近端血流的功能。能克服现有鞘管在动脉手术中会由于动脉血流冲击顺血流方向进入远端动脉,会引起远端动脉医源性栓塞的弊端。降低病人的手术风险。

具体实施方式
如图所示,在外周血管闭塞性疾病的腔内介入治疗中,顺行穿刺动脉成功置入动脉鞘管,因动脉血流冲击顺血流方向进入远端动脉,引起远端动脉医源性栓塞。本发明的动脉手术用鞘管,包括鞘管管体、所述管体相连的手柄4;所述手柄4上管道接口的外接管道通过三通阀1连接造影剂输送管道,通过三通阀1向管道5向球囊3内注入造影剂,可将球囊3打起充盈。管道接口处设有外接管道连接截止阀或三通阀再连接造影剂容器或造影剂注射筒。
球囊为胶膜(如乳胶材料)球囊,粘贴于鞘管内壁远端口位置,未充盈时呈薄膜状,不会影响到鞘管管体作为一个管状物的使用。但球囊充盈后略大于鞘管管体的内径。从而起到阻断动脉近端血流的功能。
所述管道是鞘管管体的一个夹层,即所述管道与鞘管管体一体化的结构。
手柄上设有的管道接口上还接有第二管道。第二管道2在鞘管管体的内壁部分设有开口,第二管道外接部分可以连接负压或其它容器,在手术中进行注入某种功能液体,或抽吸体液。

Claims (6)
1.一种动脉手术用鞘管,其特征是包括鞘管管体、所述管体相连的手柄;鞘管管体的一端装有手柄,所述手柄上设有一管道接口和管道,管道在鞘管管体内延伸连接一个球囊,球囊位普通鞘管管体的远端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的动脉手术用鞘管,其特征是管道接口处设有外接管道连接截止阀或三通阀再连接造影剂容器或造影剂注射筒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的动脉手术用鞘管,其特征是球囊为胶膜球囊,粘贴于鞘管内壁远端口位置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的动脉手术用鞘管,其特征是所述管道是鞘管管体的一个夹层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的动脉手术用鞘管,其特征是手柄上设有的管道接口上还接有第二管道。第二管道可以连接负压或其它容器。
6.根据权利要求1所述的动脉手术用鞘管,其特征是球囊充盈后略大于鞘管管体的内径。
