Experimental example 1Study of the weight-reducing Effect of the composition of the present invention
1. Purpose of experiment
The effect of the composition of the present invention on weight loss was studied.
2. Experimental methods
2.1 Experimental instruments and materials
The body fat is named as the body fat, and is purchased from a product M1301 of Zhuhai Yunmai science and technology Limited.
2.2 design of the experiment
650 simple obese people with BMI more than or equal to 24Kg/m are selected2The waistline of the male is more than or equal to 95cm, and the waistline of the female is more than or equal to 90 cm. The following patients were excluded: under 18 years of age or over 65 years of age, pregnant or non-compliant (meaning a person who cannot properly control their diet); patients with serious complications such as heart, liver and kidney, serious gastrointestinal diseases, or other serious primary diseases, and psychosis detected by B-ultrasonic examination, chest X-ray examination and electrocardiographic examination; diabetic ketosis, ketoacidosis and infections in the last 3 months; those taking glucocorticoids and often using other medications that affect blood glucose.
During the experiment, the subjects can keep diet and living habits as much as possible and can not take the medicines for reducing blood sugar or blood fat.
The 650 subjects were randomly divided into experimental groups 1-8, control groups 1-4 and blank control groups, each of which had 50 subjects.
The experimental groups 1 to 8 were administered 10g of the compositions prepared in examples 1 to 8 before a meal, the control groups 1 to 4 were administered 10g of the compositions prepared in comparative examples 1 to 4 before a meal, and the blank control group was administered 10g of a placebo before a meal; each group was taken 3 times daily for 14 consecutive days. The rest time of each group is not restricted to diet and does not change life style.
The effect of each group was evaluated by combining the patient self-control method with the inter-group control method in this experiment.

Before and at the end of the experiment, the following physical indicators were measured for each group: body weight, height, body mass index, body fat percentage, visceral fat%, basal metabolic rate (Kcal/d), waist circumference, waist-hip ratio, blood pressure.
