Detailed Description
The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and the technical solutions of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the telescopic double-layer draining basket provided by the invention comprises: the main basket 100 and the auxiliary basket 200 which are in sliding fit with the main basket 100, wherein the main basket 100 and the auxiliary basket 200 are arranged in a vertically overlapped mode when not unfolded.
According to the telescopic double-layer draining basket, the two main basket 100 and the auxiliary basket 200 which are mutually overlapped and can slide mutually are adopted, so that the placing area (draining area) of the draining basket is increased, in addition, a user can automatically adjust the unfolding span between the main basket 100 and the auxiliary basket 200 according to the size of the placing space of the draining basket, and therefore under the condition that the draining area required by tableware is met, interference with walls or other equipment on two sides of a bedplate where a water tank is located is avoided, and the use flexibility of the draining basket is improved.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the sliding direction between the main basket 100 and the sub basket 200 may be left and right movement or forward and backward movement, and different sliding directions may be selected according to the shape of the placing space of the drain basket, thereby further improving the flexibility of use of the drain basket.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, one first guide part 110 is provided on the main basket 100 along the sliding direction of the sub basket 200, and the first guide part 110 is of an integrated structure or a split structure, so that the sub basket 200 is not deviated during the moving process, and the smoothness and reliability of the relative movement between the main basket 100 and the sub basket 200 are improved. Further preferably, when the first guide part 110 is in an integral structure, the shape of the first guide part is in a similar U-shaped structure, so that two sides of the first guide part 110 mounted on the main basket 100 are positioned on the same horizontal plane, the phenomenon that the auxiliary basket 200 is inclined on one side in the moving process is avoided, and the reliability of sliding fit between the main basket 100 and the auxiliary basket 200 is further improved; when the first guiding portions 110 are in a split structure, the two first guiding portions 110 are in a similar L-shaped structure, so that accurate positioning and assembly of the first guiding portions 110 are facilitated.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the main basket 100 is further provided with a second guiding portion 120, where the guiding position of the first guiding portion 110 is parallel to the guiding position of the second guiding portion 120 and is not collinear, so that, on one hand, the auxiliary basket 200 does not deviate (do not shake left or right) during the moving process, smoothness and reliability of relative movement between the main basket 100 and the auxiliary basket 200 are improved, and on the other hand, when the tableware placed on the auxiliary basket 200 is uneven, that is, when the weights of the tableware placed on two sides of the auxiliary basket 200 are unequal, the auxiliary basket 200 is inclined on one side during the moving process, so that the auxiliary basket 200 and the main basket 100 are blocked during the moving process and cannot move smoothly, and the second guiding portion 120 in the embodiment applies a downward pressure to the auxiliary basket 200, so as to avoid the inclination of the auxiliary basket 200. Further preferably, the second guiding part 120 is integrally or separately configured, wherein the second guiding part 120 of the integrally or separately configured second guiding part 120 has the same function as the first guiding part 110 of the integrally or separately configured second guiding part 120, and the difference is that the separate second guiding part 120 has a similar C-shaped structure, so that the reliability of the sub basket 200 during movement is further improved. Further preferably, both sides of the second guide 120 are inclined obliquely downward to be matched with both sides of the sub basket 200, thereby enlarging a contact area between the second guide 120 and the side of the sub basket 200 and further improving reliability when the sub basket 200 moves.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a limiting part 130 is provided on the first guiding part 110 or the second guiding part 120, and is clamped with the end surface on the side edge of the auxiliary basket 200, so that the auxiliary basket 200 is prevented from being out of joint with the main basket 100 beyond the moving stroke in the moving process, and the reliability of the main basket 100 and the auxiliary basket 200 in cooperation is improved. Further preferably, the limiting portion 130 and the first guiding portion 110 or the limiting portion 130 and the second guiding portion 120 are integrally provided, and the first guiding portion 110 and the second guiding portion 120 in this embodiment serve as both a guide when the auxiliary basket 200 moves relative to the main basket 100 and a limit when the auxiliary basket 200 moves relative to the main basket 100. Further preferably, the limiting portion 130 is integrally formed with the first guiding portion 110 and is located at an end portion of the first guiding portion 110, so that the end portion of the first guiding portion 110 forms a three-dimensional space structure, wherein a horizontal plane at the end portion of the first guiding portion 110 is used as a guiding surface when the auxiliary basket 200 moves, and a vertical plane at the end portion of the first guiding portion 110 is used as a limiting surface when the auxiliary basket 200 moves.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a U-shaped frame 140 is fixedly connected along the edge of the open end of the main basket 100, wherein a strip-shaped groove 141 is provided along the inner side surface of the U-shaped frame 140 as a placement position of a chopping board, and the chopping board can move along the open direction of the U-shaped frame 140, on one hand, when a user cuts vegetables on the chopping board, the cut vegetables can be directly scanned into the auxiliary basket 200, and at the moment, no tableware is placed in the auxiliary basket 200, so that the vegetables cut at ordinary times are prevented from scattering on a bedplate, and the sanitation of the kitchen and the edible safety of the vegetables are affected; on the other hand, when the chopping board is not used, the chopping board is used as a sealing cover to prevent macromolecular particles (dust) in the air from falling onto tableware placed in the draining basket, so that the use safety of the tableware is affected.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, support feet 300 are provided at the bottoms of the main basket 100 and the auxiliary basket 200, so that the bottoms of the main basket 100 and the auxiliary basket 200 are separated from the surface of the platen where they are placed, and water can conveniently pass through the draining basket to enter the water tank when the tableware is drained, but cannot be accumulated at the lower part of the draining basket, thereby avoiding bacteria or mold from breeding.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, an inner side frame (not shown) is provided along the side wall of the main basket 100, opposite to the outer side frame 150 of the main basket 100, wherein a gap is provided between the inner side frame and the outer side frame 150, and the gap is used as a passage when the sub basket 200 moves, on the one hand, the sub basket 200 does not interfere with tableware placed in the main basket 100 during movement, so that the sub basket 200 cannot be moved smoothly; on the other hand strengthens the intensity of main basket 100, when the user carries out food processing on the chopping board, the dynamics that cutting food produced can influence the tolerance of main basket 100 self, if main basket 100's intensity is insufficient, long-time cutting food can lead to its deformation on main basket 100, reduces main basket 100's life, consequently sets up inboard frame in main basket 100's the area of laying to strengthen main basket 100's intensity and bearing capacity.
