Background
Washing appliances are home appliances used by thousands of households abroad, are slowly accepted by people along with the improvement of domestic living standard, and have been increased explosively in recent two years. However, the problem that the washing device can only be washed but cannot be stored is always a problem for the public. After the washing of the washing appliance is finished, more water is remained, and the washing appliance gives off unpleasant smell and even breeds bacteria after being used for a long time in a closed environment of the washing appliance. Therefore, after washing, the user needs to take out the bowls and chopsticks as soon as possible and wipe the water in the cavities dry. Therefore, companies producing washing appliances continuously research the technology of washing appliance dry water, and solve the problem of the last step of washing appliance dry water, so that the washing appliances are washed and stored integrally. The existing water drying technology for washing appliances generally adopts waste heat drying, which means that a cavity generates high temperature in the high-temperature washing process of the washing appliance, and after washing is finished, heat is not dissipated, and air enters the cavity and is blown out from the other end to take away water vapor in the cavity. The waste heat is utilized for drying, so that the waste heat can be effectively used only in a high-temperature washing mode, and the drying effect is poor due to the fact that air is blown in other modes. And when the washing utensil is filled with bowls and chopsticks, the blowing path is blocked, and the drying effect is weakened again.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating embodiments of the invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
One aspect of an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for drying moisture within a cavity of a washing appliance. Fig. 1 is a flow chart of a method for drying moisture within a cavity of a washing appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps.
In step S10, the humidity within the cavity is detected.
In step S11, the microwave source is controlled to generate microwaves to dry the cavity, and the microwave source module is controlled to adjust the microwave power output by the microwave source module according to the humidity during the drying process. The microwave has heating property, can heat residual water in the cavity body for drying treatment, and can also sterilize and disinfect. In the drying process, the moisture in the cavity is reduced, the humidity is reduced, the drying process is carried out according to the microwave power for starting the drying process, resource waste is easily caused, and the microwave power output by the microwave source module can be adjusted in real time according to the humidity. For example, the microwave power output by the microwave source module can be adjusted according to the difference between the humidity and a preset value. Or, the microwave power output by the microwave source module can be adjusted according to the initially detected humidity in the cavity and the humidity detected in real time in the drying process. Alternatively, the humidity of the cavity of the washing apparatus may be detected at different positions, and the microwave power output by the microwave source module may be adjusted according to the humidity at different positions, for example, two vents, an inlet and an outlet, are provided on the cavity, and the microwave power output by the microwave source module is adjusted according to the humidity detected at the inlet and the humidity detected at the outlet. Wherein the microwave source module may be disposed on top of the cavity such that the microwaves are emitted from top to bottom. In addition, a microwave antenna can be arranged at the top in the cavity, and the microwave source module emits microwaves through the microwave antenna. Alternatively, the microwave source module may be a semiconductor solid state microwave source or a magnetron.
In step S12, the microwave source module is controlled to stop working when the humidity meets the preset condition. During the drying process by microwave, the humidity is continuously reduced, i.e. the chamber is gradually dried. When the humidity meets the preset condition, for example, when the humidity meets a certain preset value, it indicates that the moisture in the cavity has been dried, and at this time, the microwave source module can be controlled to stop working, i.e., the drying process is completed.
The microwave source module is controlled to generate microwaves, the microwave source module is controlled to adjust the microwave power output by the microwave source module in real time according to the humidity in the cavity of the washing appliance, and the microwave source module is controlled to stop working under the condition that the humidity meets the preset condition. The microwave has heating property, and can dry and sterilize the water in the cavity of the washing appliance; the microwave also has penetrability and reflectivity, can fill the whole cavity of the washing appliance, and can dry and sterilize residual moisture in the cavity even if bowls and chopsticks exist in the cavity. In addition, the microwave power output by the microwave source module is adjusted in real time according to the humidity in the cavity, and more effective drying treatment can be carried out. Therefore, the user does not need to take out the bowls and chopsticks as soon as possible after the washing of the washing appliance is finished, but can store the bowls and chopsticks in the cavity of the washing appliance, so that the drying of the water in the cavity of the washing appliance is realized, and the washing and storing of the washing appliance are integrated.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of a method for drying moisture within a cavity of a washing appliance according to another embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the cavity of the washing appliance comprises an inlet and an outlet, arranged on opposite sides of the cavity, for example the left and right sides, for ventilation. In the embodiment of the present invention, natural wind may be used for ventilation, and a ventilation device may also be used for blowing air into the cavity to perform ventilation, for example, a fan is used for ventilation. And are not intended to limit the invention in any way. The arrangement of the inlet and the outlet enables water vapor generated by drying in the cavity to be taken away as soon as possible, and drying treatment is accelerated.
As shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, the method includes the following steps.
In step S20, humidity within the cavity is detected, wherein a detection position of the humidity is provided at the outlet.
In step S21, the microwave source module is controlled to generate microwaves for performing the drying process, and the microwave source module is controlled to adjust the microwave power output by the microwave source module according to a ratio of a first humidity to a second humidity and a preset value, wherein the first humidity is a humidity detected in real time at the outlet during the drying process, the second humidity is a humidity detected at the outlet before the drying process is started, and the first humidity is less than the second humidity because the humidity decreases as the drying process progresses. In addition, the preset value expresses the humidity state in the cavity when the moisture in the cavity is dried.
In step S22, the microwave source module is controlled to stop working when the humidity meets the preset condition. In this embodiment, the preset condition is that the ratio of the first humidity to the second humidity is less than or equal to a preset value, that is, when the ratio of the first humidity to the second humidity is less than or equal to the preset value, the microwave source module is controlled to stop working. And adjusting the microwave power output by the microwave source module in real time according to the ratio and the preset value, and performing effective drying treatment to finally enable the ratio to be smaller than or equal to the preset value, thereby completing the drying treatment.
Fig. 3 is a flow chart of a method for drying moisture within a cavity of a washing appliance according to another embodiment of the present invention. 3, in this embodiment, the method includes the following steps.
In step S30, the humidity within the cavity is detected. Wherein the sensing location of humidity includes an inlet and an outlet.
In step S31, the microwave source module is controlled to generate microwaves for the drying process, and the microwave source module is controlled to adjust the microwave power output by the microwave source module according to the humidity detected at the inlet and the humidity detected at the outlet.
In step 32, the microwave source module is controlled to stop working under the condition that the humidity meets the preset condition, wherein the preset condition is that the humidity detected at the outlet is less than or equal to the humidity detected at the inlet. That is, the microwave source module is controlled to stop operating when the humidity detected at the outlet is less than or equal to the humidity detected at the inlet.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, the microwave power output by the microwave source module is less than or equal to 300W. Experiments prove that when the microwave power is below 300W, the metal objects can be subjected to microwave heating sterilization treatment without worrying about the ignition of the metal objects in the washing appliance.
Fig. 4 is a flow chart of a method for drying moisture within a cavity of a washing appliance according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the method includes the following steps.
In step S40, a sterilization/disinfection command is received. In step S41, the microwave source module is controlled to generate microwaves, and the microwaves are controlled to be generated for a predetermined time. Wherein, after receiving the sterilization and disinfection command, the duration of controlling the generation of the microwaves may be all the same predetermined time, for example, all the time is 1 minute or 3 minutes. The microwave source module can be controlled to generate microwaves for different durations according to different sterilization and disinfection instructions, namely, different preset times. For example, the sterilization and disinfection instruction is "1 minute microwave", which is intended to control the microwave source module to generate microwaves, and to control the generation of microwaves for 1 minute. In addition, the sterilization and disinfection instructions can also be '3-minute microwave', '5-minute microwave', and the like, and are intended to control the microwave source module to generate microwaves for different durations. The user may select the duration of the desired sterilization and disinfection as desired. The sterilization and disinfection process may be a secondary microwave sterilization operation for the appliances after the appliances are washed and stored, when the user wants to use the appliances again, so as to prevent bacteria generated due to the storage of the appliances in the cavity for a long time. In addition, a function key of a sterilization and disinfection instruction can be arranged on the control panel of the washing appliance, so that a user can input the sterilization and disinfection instruction.
