In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a call payment processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 101: receiving a call request of a calling terminal, wherein the call request at least comprises a payment-for-delivery identifier and a calling number;
specifically, a calling terminal sends a call request to a core network, wherein the call request at least comprises a proxy payment identifier and a calling number, the core network sends the call request to a service platform after detecting the proxy payment identifier in the call request, and the service platform receives the call request. It should be noted that, if the call request does not include the identifier for payment by a third party, it indicates that the calling terminal does not wish to pay by a third party, at this time, the core network does not send the call request to the service platform, at this time, the core network records a call record corresponding to the call request, and sends the call record to the charging system.
Step 102: according to the charging-assistant identifier, if the charging-assistant number bound with the calling number is inquired and known to be stored, processing the calling request, and storing a calling record corresponding to the calling request;
specifically, after receiving the call request, the service platform queries whether a proxy payment number bound to the calling number is stored, that is, a third party who can pay for the calling number. And if the surcharge number corresponding to the calling number exists, processing the calling request, and storing a calling record corresponding to the calling request, wherein the calling record can comprise the calling number, the called number and other information used for charging, such as call duration, a calling attribution, a called attribution and the like.
In addition, the surrogate payment number bound with the calling number is pre-registered, that is, the surrogate payment number needs to be registered on the service platform, that is, it indicates which users can provide payment service, and the registration mode is consistent with the mode of binding the familiarity number or adding the enterprise number in the prior art, which is not described in detail herein.
Table 1 is a registry for paying for employee calls provided by an enterprise according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in table 1:

Step 103: and sending the call record and the payment-substituting number to a charging system so that the charging system can charge the call to an account corresponding to the payment-substituting number according to the call record.
Specifically, the call record and the payment-for-use number are sent to a charging system, so that the charging system determines that the cost of the current call is paid by an account corresponding to the payment-for-use number according to the call record. It should be noted that the service platform itself may be a toll free number, completely free to the calling terminal, and set up with each provincial region. When the calling terminal is accessed to the service platform at the location, the call with the communication time of the service platform is completely free, and when the service platform at the location transfers the call to the called terminal, long-distance or roaming charge can be generated.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the calling request is processed and the calling record and the proxy payment number are sent to the charging system through inquiring and knowing that the proxy payment number bound with the calling number is stored according to the proxy payment identifier, so that a paying party is not limited to the calling number or the called number, and the flexibility of the paying party is improved.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the processing the call request includes:
if judging that the call request meets the payment generation condition corresponding to the payment generation number, processing the call request; wherein the proxy payment condition is set by the proxy payment number when registering the proxy payment service.
Specifically, when the proxy payment number is registered, a proxy payment condition may be set, and when the calling terminal uses the proxy payment service, after obtaining the proxy payment number bound to the calling terminal, the service platform determines whether the call request of the calling terminal meets the proxy payment condition set by the proxy payment number when the proxy payment service is registered, and if so, processes the call request and stores a call record corresponding to the call request. For example: when an enterprise limits that the employee can only pay for calling in the working time of a working day, if a calling terminal initiates a call request for payment instead in the non-working time, at the moment, the service platform judges that the calling terminal does not meet the condition of payment instead, the enterprise cannot pay for the calling terminal, and the service platform can send a number which can not pay for the enterprise to the calling terminal through a core network. In addition, in addition to the payment substitute conditions in tables 1 and 2, there may be a case where a long distance call, an international call, or a payment with a closed top is not permitted.
According to the embodiment of the invention, after the calling request is judged and acquired to meet the doctor conditions corresponding to the charging-for-replacement number, the calling request is processed, so that the charging-for-replacement number can control whether to charge for the calling number according to the actual situation, the requirement of a user is met, and the flexibility of charging-for-replacement is improved.
On the basis of the above embodiment, if it is known from the query that there are a plurality of stored prepaid numbers bound to the calling number, the method further includes:
and sending the information for selecting the surcharge number to the calling terminal, and receiving the information for confirming the surcharge number returned by the calling terminal.
Specifically, the calling terminal may bind a plurality of surrogate payment numbers to pay for the surrogate payment, when the calling terminal uses a surrogate payment service, the service platform sends surrogate payment number selection information to the calling terminal through the core network when acquiring the plurality of surrogate payment numbers corresponding to the calling terminal, so that the calling terminal selects one of the plurality of surrogate payment numbers to pay for the surrogate payment, after the calling terminal selects one of the surrogate payment numbers, the surrogate payment number confirmation information is sent to the service platform through the core network, and the service platform receives the surrogate payment number confirmation information selected by the calling terminal.
According to the embodiment of the invention, when a plurality of the surrogate payment numbers bound with the calling number exist, the surrogate payment number selection information is sent to the calling terminal, and the surrogate payment number is confirmed according to the surrogate payment number confirmation information returned by the calling terminal, so that the user experience is improved.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the method further includes:
according to the surcharge identifier, if the surcharge number bound with the calling number is not stored, sending surcharge number request information to the calling terminal and receiving the surcharge number information returned by the calling terminal;
and sending a generation payment request message to a corresponding generation payment number terminal according to the generation payment number message, receiving a confirmation generation payment message returned by the generation payment number terminal, processing the call request, and storing a call record corresponding to the call request.
Specifically, after receiving a call request sent by a calling terminal, a service platform does not inquire a surrogate payment number which has a binding relationship with the calling number according to the calling number in the call request, at this time, surrogate payment number request information can be sent to the calling terminal to enable the calling terminal to send the surrogate payment number which can provide payment for the calling terminal, after receiving the surrogate payment number information returned by the calling terminal, the service platform sends the surrogate payment request information to the surrogate payment number, namely, the surrogate payment number is inquired whether to agree to pay for the calling number, and after confirming the surrogate payment information which can be paid for the calling number is returned by the surrogate payment terminal, the call request is processed, and a call record corresponding to the call request is stored.
The embodiment of the invention can enable the calling terminal to temporarily send the proxy payment number if the proxy payment number which is not stored in the binding of the calling number is inquired, and can enable the proxy payment terminal to temporarily pay for the calling terminal after the proxy payment terminal confirms, thereby further improving the flexibility of proxy payment.
On the basis of the above embodiments, the call request further includes a called number;
accordingly, the processing the call request includes: and initiating a call according to the calling number and the called number.
Specifically, the call request further includes a called number, and the service platform may initiate a call according to the calling number and the called number. It should be noted that, if there is no called number in the call request, there is only a charging agent identifier, at this time, after the charging agent number is confirmed, the service platform sends a request for obtaining the called number to the calling terminal, and after the called number returned by the calling terminal is received, the service platform initiates a call according to the calling number and the called number.
