Abstract
The portable grounding wire comprises an insulating operation rod and a grounding wire clamp, wherein the lower end of the grounding wire clamp is connected with a universal ball, the upper end of the insulating operation rod is connected with a universal ball mounting seat, the universal ball mounting seat comprises a U-shaped clamping plate capable of clamping the universal ball therebetween and an adjusting locking assembly which penetrates through the U-shaped clamping plate, limiting holes for limiting the universal ball therebetween are correspondingly formed in the two clamping plates of the U-shaped clamping plate respectively, and the adjusting locking assembly is used for adjusting the distance between the two clamping plates of the U-shaped clamping plate so that the universal ball is clamped and fixed between the U-shaped clamping plates and can be switched between the two states of the U-shaped clamping plates in a universal rotation mode. According to the invention, the universal ball is matched with the U-shaped clamping plate, so that the grounding wire clamp can rotate 360 degrees, the angle of the grounding wire clamp can be randomly adjusted, the space operation at any angle is convenient, and the grounding wire clamp can be better used in various occasions; after the direction of the grounding wire clamp is adjusted, the universal ball is fixedly clamped between the U-shaped clamping plates through the adjusting and locking device; convenient to use, fail safe nature is high.

Background
In a 10KV power distribution system, when daily maintenance and fault maintenance are carried out, a power line grounding safety measure is required to be carried out, and a grounding wire is a key place for realizing safety protection. At present, the existing grounding wire clamp is generally a clamping groove type wire clamp or a spring compression type hook wire clamp, the clamping groove type wire clamp needs to be rotationally clamped during wiring, time and labor are wasted, and particularly when a 10kV grounding wire is additionally arranged in a 10kV high-voltage switch cabinet, the clamping clamp is particularly difficult to additionally arrange due to the limitation of space in the cabinet; the spring compression type hook wire clamp is characterized in that for maintenance and overhaul of an outdoor power transmission line, a wire clamp is adopted to be hung on a wire in a downward mode, and the wire clamp is pulled on the wire in a one-to-one mode, but due to different line environments, power supply maintenance and overhaul departments are required to be provided with grounding wire hooks facing different directions, the grounding wire hooks facing different directions are required to be carried during working, the use, the storage and the carrying are very inconvenient, and the grounding wire hooks with unsuitable use angles have larger potential safety hazards. Based on the above problem, there is also an angle-adjustable ground wire in the prior art, but all cannot realize 360-degree rotation, and the angle is limited due to the structural problem, so that the use is still inconvenient.

The invention is further described below by means of specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the portable grounding wire of the present invention comprises an insulating operation rod 1 and a grounding wire clamp 2, wherein the lower end of the grounding wire clamp 2 is connected with a universal ball 3, the upper end of the insulating operation rod 1 is connected with a universal ball mounting seat 4, the universal ball mounting seat 4 comprises a U-shaped clamping plate 40 capable of clamping the universal ball 3 therebetween and an adjusting and locking assembly 41 penetrating through the U-shaped clamping plate 40, limiting holes 400 for limiting the universal ball 3 therebetween are correspondingly formed in two clamping plates of the U-shaped clamping plate 40, and the adjusting and locking assembly 41 is used for adjusting the distance between the two clamping plates of the U-shaped clamping plate 40 so as to enable the universal ball 3 to switch between two states between clamping and fixing the U-shaped clamping plate 40 and universally rotatable setting the U-shaped clamping plate 40.
The adjusting and locking assembly 41 is a bolt and nut assembly which is arranged through two clamping plates of the U-shaped clamping plate 40. Screw holes are formed in the wall of the U-shaped clamping plate 40, which is close to the side of the nut 413 of the adjusting and locking assembly 41, the bolts 410 of the adjusting and locking assembly 41 penetrate through the screw holes, a through hole is formed in the head of each bolt 410, an operating rod 411 is slidably arranged in the through hole, and blocking heads 412 for preventing falling are formed at two ends of the operating rod 411. The nut 413 of the adjustment lock assembly 41 is fixed to the clevis plate 40 by welding. By slidably providing the operating lever 411 to the head of the bolt 410, the bolt-nut assembly can be more easily tightened by applying force.
The lower end of the U-shaped clamping plate 40 is fixedly connected to the insulating operation rod 1 through a bolt and nut assembly. The universal ball 3 is connected with a universal ball connecting rod 30, and the universal ball connecting rod 30 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the ground wire clamp 2 through a bolt and nut assembly.
The grounding wire clamp 2 adopts a spring compression type hook wire clamp and comprises a metal hook 20 with a downward opening and a pair of metal elastic sheets 21 which are arranged on the inner side of the metal hook 20 in an arc shape, a cable clamping channel which is gradually narrowed from bottom to top is formed between the two metal elastic sheets 21, and the two metal elastic sheets 21 can clamp a cable therebetween through elastic deformation. The grounding wire clamp 1 is provided with a wiring terminal 22 for connecting the ground wire.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, when the invention is used, the universal ball 3 is firstly arranged between the U-shaped clamping plates 40 in a universal rotation manner through the adjusting and locking assembly 41, then the ground wire clamp 2 is rotated to a proper angle according to actual needs, and then the universal ball 3 is fixedly clamped between the U-shaped clamping plates 40 for positioning through the adjusting and locking assembly 41. In operation, the cable is clamped and fixed by the metal spring piece 21 of the grounding wire clamp 2.
The foregoing is merely one specific embodiment of the present invention, but the design concept of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any insubstantial modification of the present invention by using the concept shall belong to the behavior of infringement of the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (1)

The portable grounding wire comprises an insulating operation rod and a grounding wire clamp, and is characterized in that: the lower end of the grounding wire clamp is connected with a universal ball, the upper end of the insulating operation rod is connected with a universal ball mounting seat, the universal ball mounting seat comprises a U-shaped clamping plate capable of clamping the universal ball therebetween and an adjusting and locking assembly penetrating through the U-shaped clamping plate, limiting holes for limiting the universal ball between the two clamping plates are correspondingly arranged on the two clamping plates of the U-shaped clamping plate respectively, the adjusting and locking component is used for adjusting the distance between the two clamping plates of the U-shaped clamping plate so as to enable the universal ball to be switched between two states of being clamped and fixed between the U-shaped clamping plates and being arranged between the U-shaped clamping plates in a universal rotation way, the adjusting and locking component is a bolt and nut component which penetrates through two clamping plates of the U-shaped clamping plate, a threaded hole is formed in the clamping plate wall on one side of the U-shaped clamping plate, which is close to the nut of the adjusting and locking component, the bolt of the adjusting and locking component penetrates through the threaded hole, and the head of the bolt is provided with a through hole, an operating rod is arranged in the through hole in a sliding way, two ends of the operating rod are provided with blocking heads for preventing falling off, the nut of the adjusting and locking component is fixed on the U-shaped clamping plate, the lower end of the U-shaped clamping plate is fixedly connected on the insulating operation rod through the bolt and nut component, the universal ball is connected with a universal ball connecting rod which is fixedly connected with the lower end of the grounding wire clamp through a bolt and nut assembly, the grounding wire clamp is characterized in that a wiring terminal for connecting a ground wire is arranged on the grounding wire clamp, the grounding wire clamp adopts a spring compression type hook wire clamp and comprises a metal hook with a downward opening and a pair of metal elastic pieces which are arranged on the inner side of the metal hook in an arc shape, a cable clamping channel which is gradually narrowed from bottom to top is formed between the two metal elastic pieces, and the two metal elastic pieces can clamp a cable therebetween through elastic deformation.
