Abstract
The invention provides a refrigerator door and a refrigerator, and relates to the technical field of refrigerators. The refrigerator door body comprises a door body main body and a microphone assembly. Background
A refrigerator, as a container capable of keeping food in a constant low-temperature cold state, has become one of the essential household appliances for modern households. With the rapid development of informatization, the requirement of users on the intellectualization of the refrigerator is higher and higher. An important function of the intelligent refrigerator is that human-computer interaction can be carried out, and a microphone arranged on the refrigerator is used for collecting the voice of a user and analyzing and identifying the voice by using a voice recognition algorithm burnt in a main control circuit board, so that the intelligent refrigerator is an important means for carrying out human-computer interaction.
In the prior art, a microphone is mostly arranged on the side wall of a refrigerator door body, so that the microphone cannot be guaranteed to receive normal sound information and possibly cannot work normally. Detailed Description
In the following description of the refrigerator door and the refrigerator according to the embodiments of the present invention, the directions or positional relationships indicated by "front-back", "lateral", and the like in the description of the embodiments of the present invention are based on the directions or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of describing the present invention and simplifying the description, but do not indicate or imply that the referred device or element must have a specific direction, be configured and operated in a specific direction, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic exploded view of a refrigerator door 200 in the prior art. As shown in fig. 1, the refrigerator door 200 generally includes a vertically disposed door shell 220, a door liner 230 disposed behind the door shell 220, and two end caps 210 respectively disposed at the top end and the bottom end of the door shell 220, and a foaming space is defined between the door shell 220, the door liner 230, and the two end caps 210 for performing a foaming process, so that a foaming layer is filled between the door shell 220, the door liner 230, and the two end caps 210, and the door has a good heat insulation effect. In the prior art, in order to realize human-computer interaction, a microphone is mostly arranged on the side wall of a refrigerator door body, so that the microphone cannot be guaranteed to receive normal sound information and possibly cannot work normally. In order to solve the above problems, the applicant provides a new technical solution to make a microphone be arranged in front to ensure the voice recognition effect. The microphone is arranged in front of the refrigerator door body, so that the microphone is opposite to a user of the refrigerator, and is not arranged on the side wall of the refrigerator door body.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of a refrigerator door 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the refrigerator door 200 in the present embodiment includes a door body and a microphone assembly. The area indicated by the dotted line in the figure is the microphone assembly mounting area. In particular, in order to enable front-end placement of the microphone 13, the applicant inventively contemplates mounting the microphone 13 to the bottom end cap 210 by a microphone assembly, with the microphone 13 facing the through-panel glass front end hole 221, to effect front-end placement of the microphone 13.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of a lower end cap 210 for a refrigerator door according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, referring to fig. 2, a hinge structure is formed at a side of a lower end cover 210 at the bottom of the refrigerator door 200 to be connected to the body of the refrigerator, and an installation space 211 is opened at a position near the hinge 215, the installation space 211 is located at the lower end cover 210 of the door body, and an opening 212 is formed at the bottom of the lower end cover 210. The sidewall of the bottom cover 210 facing the panel is further provided with an opening 213, and the position of the opening 213 corresponds to the position of the glass front end hole 221, so that at least part of the microphone 13 passes through the sidewall of the bottom cover 210 and abuts against the glass front end hole 221. The glass front end hole 221 is a hole corresponding to the microphone 13 and formed in the panel of the refrigerator door 200, and faces the microphone 13. After the microphone bracket 11 is installed, at least a part of the microphone 13 passes through the opening 213 of the lower end cover 210 and abuts against the glass front end hole 221, so that the microphone 13 is placed at the front end.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a microphone holder for a refrigerator door 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, referring also to fig. 3, the microphone assembly includes a microphone holder 11, a seal molding 12, and a microphone 13. In the present embodiment, the sealing strip 12 and the microphone holder 11 are two separate structures. The microphone holder 11 is adapted to be disposed in the mounting space 211, to be slid into and out of the mounting space 211 from the opening 212, and has a mounting portion 116 on which the microphone 13 is disposed, and at least one microphone 13 is fixed to the mounting portion 116. In the present embodiment, the two microphones 13 are fixed on the mounting portion 116 by means of gluing. Two sides of the microphone bracket 11 close to and far from the hinge 215 are respectively provided with at least one spring structure 110 protruding outwards, and the spring structure 110 is matched with the inner wall of the installation space 211 to limit the microphone bracket 11 to move along the transverse direction of the refrigerator door body. The transverse direction of the refrigerator door body is the length direction of the door body 200. As shown in fig. 2, the sealing cover 12 is installed at the opening 212 for fixing the microphone holder 11 in the installation space 211 and closing the opening 212, and the sealing cover 12 is provided with an installation hole through which the sealing cover 12 can be fixed to the lower end cap by using a bolt or the like. The sealing cover 12 is fixed to the lower cap 210 to keep the microphone holder 11 stationary in the mounting space 211.
In the refrigerator door in this embodiment, since the microphone assembly is detachably mounted in the mounting space 211 in the end cover 210 of the refrigerator door, after the microphone holder 11 is kept still in the mounting space 211, the microphone 13 on the mounting portion 116 protrudes out of the opening 213 of the end cover 210, the microphone 13 is located at the position of the glass front end hole 221 of the refrigerator door, and the microphone 13 is located at the position of the refrigerator door 200 in front, so as to effectively ensure the sound recognition effect.
Referring to fig. 2, in a further embodiment, a door sign 222 covering the glass front end hole 221 is provided on the panel of the refrigerator door 200, and the door sign 222 has a sound receiving hole 223 penetrating the glass front end hole 221 to transmit sound to the microphone 13. In the present embodiment, the door sign 222 covers the glass front end hole 221, and the sound receiving hole 223 is opened in the sign 222 to transmit the external sound to the microphone 13. The structure can not only cover the glass front end hole 221 through the signboard 222 so that the refrigerator meets the appearance requirement, but also can lead the microphone 13 to effectively ensure the sound recognition effect.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, two elastic sheet structures 110 are respectively disposed on two sides of the microphone holder 11. Every two opposite spring structures 110 are in a group and should be kept on the same horizontal line, and each spring structure 110 has opposite fixed ends and movable ends. The fixed end is fixed on the side, and the movable end protrudes outwards, so that the elastic sheet structure 110 is extruded by the side wall of the installation space 211 to generate displacement. Preferably, the movable end can abut against the side edge after displacement to prevent the microphone holder 11 from moving in the lateral direction of the refrigerator door body, so that the center of the microphone 13 and the sound collecting hole 223 are in the same vertical direction. When the microphone bracket 11 is installed, because the distance between the movable ends of the corresponding elastic sheet structures 110 on the two sides is greater than the distance between the installation space 211 and the refrigerator door in the transverse direction, the elastic sheet structures 110 are extruded by the side walls of the installation space, and the elastic sheet structures 110 are deformed and bent towards the side direction. The microphone bracket 11 is limited to move along the longitudinal direction of the refrigerator door body after the positioning protrusion 115 enters the positioning groove 226 on the door body main body, so that accurate positioning is realized. In order to solve the above problem, on the one hand, the thickness of the microphone holder 11 can be reduced, and the microphone holder 11 is constructed as a thin plate having a thickness of 2 to 5mm, and specifically, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm and 5 mm. On the other hand, a safety distance is defined, for example, the thickness of the mounting space 211 is 2-5mm greater than that of the microphone bracket 11 with the microphone 13, so as to reduce the thickness of the microphone bracket 11 to the maximum extent, thereby reducing the thickness of the mounting space 211, reducing the space occupied by the foaming layer of the refrigerator, and ensuring the requirements of refrigeration and heat preservation of the refrigerator.
As shown in fig. 7, the microphone stand 11 has opposite front 111 and back 112 sides. The microphone 13 is mounted on the front surface 111 of the microphone holder 11, and after the microphone 13 is mounted, the thickness of the whole microphone assembly can be regarded as the thickness from the back surface 112 of the microphone holder 11 to the end of the microphone 13 close to the panel. In this case, the thickness of the mounting space 211 is 2-5mm greater than the thickness of the microphone support structure after the microphone is mounted, and may be 2mm, 3mm, 4mm or 5mm depending on the type of refrigerator. When the microphone bracket 11 is installed, the back surface 112 of the microphone bracket 11 is tightly attached to the inner surface of the installation space 211 when the microphone bracket 11 slides into or out of the installation space 211, and at the moment, the structure can reduce the thickness of the microphone assembly to the maximum extent, so that the thickness of the installation space 211 is reduced, the space occupied by a foaming layer of a refrigerator is reduced, and the requirements of refrigeration and heat preservation of the refrigerator are met.
With continued reference to fig. 7, in one embodiment, the closure molding includes a fixing portion 122 and a sealing portion 121, which are integrally molded. When the microphone 13 reaches the position corresponding to the glass front end hole 221, a space for the fixing part to slide into is left on the side of the microphone bracket 11 away from the panel, the fixing part 122 is arranged on the side of the microphone bracket 11 opposite to the panel, a front top structure 123 facing the microphone bracket 11 is formed on the side facing the panel, and the front top structure 123 abuts against the side of the microphone bracket 11 opposite to the panel to limit the movement of the microphone bracket 11 along the thickness direction of the refrigerator door body. The sealing portion 121 is used to close the opening 212.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, in order to facilitate positioning and prevent the position of the sealing cover strip 12 from shifting during installation, at least one clamping strip 124 is disposed on the sealing portion 121, and the clamping strip 124 is used to be buckled with a clamping groove 225 on the door body to close the opening of the sealing cover strip 12 after the sealing portion 121 moves to the opening 212 of the installation space 211.
As shown in fig. 7, in another embodiment, since the microphone 13 is mounted on the microphone holder 11, the microphone 13 enters the mounting space 211 together with the microphone holder 11, and the microphone 13 needs to protrude from the opening 213 of the end cap 210 after the sealing cover 12 is fixed, so as to be located closest to the sound receiving hole 223. In order to allow the microphone 13 to smoothly pass through the opening 213 of the cover 210, the end of the mounting space 211 remote from the opening is formed in an arc shape, and the microphone holder 11 is guided to move in a direction toward the panel so that the microphone 13 can smoothly pass through the opening 213 of the cover 210 to the glass front end hole 221.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural view of a refrigerator according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 8, the present invention further provides a refrigerator 300, wherein the refrigerator 300 is a french-style or T-shaped refrigerator, and the refrigerating chamber is a side-by-side combination. The signboard 222 of the refrigerator is arranged at the lower right corner of the refrigerator door 200. The refrigerator 300 includes a cabinet having an open front side and at least one refrigerator door 200. The refrigerator door 200 is the refrigerator door in any of the above embodiments, and is pivotally mounted on the front side of the refrigerator body to open or close the refrigerator body.
Thus, it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that while a number of exemplary embodiments of the invention have been illustrated and described in detail herein, many other variations or modifications consistent with the principles of the invention may be directly determined or derived from the disclosure of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of the invention should be understood and interpreted to cover all such other variations or modifications.
Claims (10)
1. A refrigerator door body provided with a microphone is characterized by comprising:
the refrigerator door comprises a door body, a door body and a door body, wherein a hinge structure is formed on one side of the bottom of the door body so as to be connected to a refrigerator body of the refrigerator, an installation space is formed in the position, close to the hinge, of the door body, and an opening is formed in the bottom of the door body by the installation space;
a microphone assembly comprising:
the microphone bracket is used for being arranged in the mounting space and is provided with a mounting part for arranging a microphone, two side edges of the microphone bracket, which are close to and far away from the hinge, are respectively provided with at least one elastic sheet structure protruding outwards, and the elastic sheet structures are matched with the inner wall of the mounting space to limit the microphone bracket to move along the transverse direction of the refrigerator door body;
at least one microphone fixed to the mounting portion;
a sealing decorative strip arranged at the opening for fixing the microphone bracket in the mounting space and sealing the opening, and
and a glass front end hole penetrating through the panel is arranged on the panel at the front side of the mounting space and is right opposite to the microphone.
2. The refrigerator door according to claim 1, wherein the panel is provided with a door sign covering the glass front end hole, and the door sign is provided with a sound receiving hole penetrating the glass front end hole to transmit sound to the microphone.
3. The refrigerator door according to claim 2,
the elastic sheet structure is provided with a fixed end and a movable end which are opposite, the fixed end is fixed on the side edge, and the movable end is abutted against the side edge after the elastic sheet structure is extruded by the side wall of the installation space so as to limit the microphone bracket to move along the transverse direction of the refrigerator door body, so that the center of the microphone and the sound receiving hole are in the same vertical direction.
4. The refrigerator door according to claim 1,
the microphone stand is disposed to be inclined near a side of the hinge so that at least a part of the hinge is located below the installation space.
5. The refrigerator door according to claim 1,
along the thickness direction of the refrigerator door body, the thickness of the installation space is larger than the thickness of the microphone bracket provided with the microphone.
6. The refrigerator door according to claim 2, further comprising:
the positioning bulge is arranged on the microphone bracket;
the positioning groove is arranged on the door body main body;
the microphone bracket is limited to move along the longitudinal direction of the refrigerator door body after the positioning bulge enters the positioning groove, so that the center of the microphone and the sound receiving hole are in the same horizontal direction.
7. The refrigerator door according to claim 1, wherein the sealing trim comprises:
the fixing part is arranged on one side, back to the panel, of the microphone bracket, a front top structure facing the microphone bracket is formed on one side, back to the panel, of the microphone bracket, and the front top structure abuts against one side, back to the panel, of the microphone bracket so as to limit the microphone bracket from moving in the thickness direction of the refrigerator door body;
and the sealing part is connected with the fixing part and used for sealing the opening.
8. The refrigerator door according to claim 1,
the microphone bracket is provided with a bulge facing the glass front end hole at a position corresponding to the glass front end hole on one side of the panel, and the center of the bulge is provided with a mounting hole matched with the shape of the microphone, so that the mounting part is formed.
9. The refrigerator door according to claim 1,
the microphone is fixed on the mounting part in an adhesive mode.
10. A refrigerator, characterized by comprising:
a box body with an open front side; and
at least one refrigerator door according to any one of claims 1 to 9, pivotally mounted to a front side of the chest to open or close the chest.
