Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有应急功能的LED灯具,包括灯罩、散热板和安装座,所述灯罩顶端固定连接有散热板,所述灯罩底端固定连接有安装座,所述散热板顶端固定连接有散热风扇,所述散热风扇内部固定设有蓄电池,所述安装座表面固定设有LED灯片。本发明设计新颖,结构简单,在停电时能为人们提供短时间的照明,避免了人们的安全隐患,且具有良好的减震作用,有利于提高LED灯具的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED灯具,特别涉及一种具有应急功能的LED灯具。
背景技术
传统的LED应急灯,都是在断电时通过蓄电池与原有的灯泡进行结合放电,故而在应及时造成电池内部的电量消耗过快,照明的时间过短,不能给人们提供必要的照明,且现有的应急蓄电池过大,不易安装,较为占用空间,其次现有的LED应急灯不具备良好的散热功能和减震功能,从而导致使用时间较短,较为浪费资源,已经满足不了人们的需求。为此,我们提出一种具有应急功能的LED灯具。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种具有应急功能的LED灯具,设计新颖,结构简单,在停电时能为人们提供短时间的照明,避免了人们的安全隐患,且具有良好的减震作用,有利于提高LED灯具的使用寿命,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种具有应急功能的LED灯具,包括灯罩、散热板和安装座,所述灯罩顶端固定连接有散热板,所述灯罩底端固定连接有安装座,所述散热板顶端固定连接有散热风扇,所述散热风扇内部固定设有蓄电池,所述安装座表面固定设有LED灯片。
进一步地,所述散热风扇顶端固定连接有挂钩,所述散热风扇侧面壁活动连接有提手。
进一步地,所述LED灯片一侧固定设有固定孔,所述安装座底端固定连接有减震垫,所述减震垫为硅橡胶制作,所述安装座内部固定设有螺纹孔,所述安装座通过螺纹孔与外罩固定连接。
进一步地,所述散热板内部固定连接有阻燃层,所述阻燃层为PVC材质制作。
进一步地,所述蓄电池通过导线与LED灯片电性连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.该种用于一种具有应急功能的LED灯具,通过散热板与散热风散的结合,有利于加强LED灯的散热效果,避免因灯具内部温度较高而使灯具内部电器受到损坏。
通过蓄电池与LED灯片的结合,有利于在断电时为人们提供应急照明,防止人们因突然断电而导致看不清楚路况而受到意外伤害。
通过安装座与减震垫的结合,便于保护灯具在受到震动时而不收到损坏,有利于提高LED灯具的使用寿命。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1-4所示,一种具有应急功能的LED灯具,包括灯罩1、散热板2和安装座3,所述灯罩1顶端固定连接有散热板2,所述灯罩1底端固定连接有安装座3,所述散热板2顶端固定连接有散热风扇4,所述散热风扇4内部固定设有蓄电池5,所述安装座3表面固定设有LED灯片7。
其中,所述散热风扇4顶端固定连接有挂钩6,所述散热风扇4侧面壁活动连接有提手5。
其中,所述LED灯片7一侧固定设有固定孔9,所述安装座3底端固定连接有减震垫8,所述减震垫8为硅橡胶制作,所述安装座3内部固定设有螺纹孔10,所述安装座3通过螺纹孔10与外罩1固定连接。
其中,所述散热板2内部固定连接有阻燃层11,所述阻燃层11为PVC材质制作。
其中,所述蓄电池5通过导线与LED灯片7电性连接。
需要说明的是,本发明为一种具有应急功能的LED灯具,工作时,通过散热板2顶端设有的散热风扇4,可以增加LED灯具的散热效果,防止因长时间使用灯具使灯具内部温度过高,而导致内部电器出现损坏,其中散热风扇4内部设有的蓄电池5可以储存一定的电量,当LED灯突然断电时,蓄电池5可以与LED灯片7相结合,为人们提供短时间的照明,防止人们因突然断电导致不能清楚的看清路况,而受到不必要的伤害,且散热板2内部固定设有阻燃层11,当LED灯具遭到火灾时,阻燃层11内起到防止火势蔓延到灯具内部使电路受到损坏,有利于人们进行及时断电,通过散热风扇4侧面壁活动连接有提手5,便于人们携带,节省人们劳动力,通过安装座3表面设有的固定孔9,便于安装座3与外罩1固定,且安装座3底端固定连接有减震垫8,减震垫8为硅橡胶制作,较为柔软,耐高温,不易损坏,同时具有良好的减震作用,能够防止LED灯具在受到震动时不易发生破损,提高LED灯具的使用寿命,同时安装座3内部设有螺纹孔10,便于人们对LED灯泡的装卸。

1.一种具有应急功能的LED灯具,包括灯罩(1)、散热板(2)和安装座(3),所述灯罩(1)顶端固定连接有散热板(2),所述灯罩(1)底端固定连接有安装座(3),其特征在于:所述散热板(2)顶端固定连接有散热风扇(4),所述散热风扇(4)内部固定设有蓄电池(5),所述安装座(3)表面固定设有LED灯片(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有应急功能的LED灯具,其特征在于:所述散热风扇(4)顶端固定连接有挂钩(6),所述散热风扇(4)侧面壁活动连接有提手(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有应急功能的LED灯具,其特征在于:所述LED灯片(7)一侧固定设有固定孔(9),所述安装座(3)底端固定连接有减震垫(8),所述减震垫(8)为硅橡胶制作,所述安装座(3)内部固定设有螺纹孔(10),所述安装座(3)通过螺纹孔(10)与外罩(1)固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有应急功能的LED灯具,其特征在于:所述散热板(2)内部固定连接有阻燃层(11),所述阻燃层(11)为PVC材质制作。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有应急功能的LED灯具,其特征在于:所述蓄电池(5)通过导线与LED灯片(7)电性连接。
