本发明公开了一种抗震LNG气瓶,其特征在于,所述抗震LNG气瓶包括内胆和外壳;所述内胆设置在外壳内;所述内胆和外壳之间形成隔热空腔;所述隔热空腔内为真空状态;所述内胆与外壳之间设有减震支撑柱;所述内胆和外壳上设有与减震支撑柱相匹配的凹槽;所述减震支撑柱设置在凹槽内。本申请的抗震LNG气瓶能够有效的增强内胆与外壳之间的抗震性能,并且能够有效降低内胆与外壳之间的热传递性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种LNG气瓶,尤其是涉及一种抗震LNG气瓶。
背景技术
LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas),即液化天然气的英文缩写。天然气是在气田中自然开采出来的可燃气体,主要由甲烷构成。LNG是通过在常压下气态的天然气冷却至-162℃,使之凝结成液体。天然气液化后可以大大节约储运空间,而且具有热值大、性能高等特点。
LNG汽车是液化天然气汽车的简称。LNG汽车是以低温液态天然气为燃料的新一代天然气汽车,其突出优点是LNG能量密度大(约为CNG的3倍),汽车续驶里程长,可达400km以上,相对汽车使用柴油、汽油具有显著的经济效益。
LNG汽车和加气站技术的关键在于LNG的储存和运输,因为-162℃的温度对LNG设备有一些特殊要求,因此其技术难度较CNG和LPG都大。但从一些发达国家的应用来看,LNG汽车和加气站技术是完全成熟的。日前,国内LNG加气站的主要设备如低温常压储罐和空温式气化器等,国内生产厂家已掌握了有关核心技术,可大批量生产。
现有技术的LNG气瓶多为钢结构固定,并且内胆与外壳之间也是由钢构件固定连接,钢构件固定连接虽然牢固,但是其抗震性能差,汽车在运动过程中是不断处于震动状态,对于抗震性能要求很高,不然就会降低LNG气瓶的使用寿命,因此一种具有良好抗震性能的LNG气瓶是非常必要的,同时钢构件的LNG气瓶其导热性能强,不利于LNG的储存。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是,针对上述现有技术中的缺点,提出改进方案或者替换方案,尤其是一种提高LNG气瓶的抗震效果和降低LNG气瓶内胆和外壳之间的热能传到的改进或者替换方案。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用的方案如下:一种抗震LNG气瓶,其特征在于,所述抗震LNG气瓶包括内胆和外壳;所述内胆设置在外壳内;所述内胆和外壳之间形成隔热空腔;所述隔热空腔内为真空状态;所述内胆与外壳之间设有减震支撑柱;所述内胆和外壳上设有与减震支撑柱相匹配的凹槽;所述减震支撑柱设置在凹槽内。
进一步,根据上述设计方案所述一种抗震LNG气瓶,其特征在于,所述减震支撑柱均为橡胶注塑结构。
进一步,根据上述设计方案所述一种抗震LNG气瓶,其特征在于,所述内胆内部设有液位感应器。
进一步,根据上述设计方案所述一种抗震LNG气瓶,其特征在于,所述减震支撑柱为蜂巢结构。
本发明的技术效果如下:本设计通过将LNG气瓶的内胆和外壳之间真空设置,同时将现有技术的LNG气瓶的内胆和外壳通过钢构件连接改为减震支撑柱,并且减震支撑柱均是由橡胶注塑而成,不仅提高了LNG气瓶的抗震性能,同时也增强了LNG气瓶的内胆与外壳之间的隔热性能,同时,本申请的LNG气瓶的减震支撑柱设置在凹槽内,防止减震支撑柱因震动而移位。

实施例1:一种抗震LNG气瓶,所述抗震LNG气瓶包括内胆和外壳;所述内胆设置在外壳内;所述内胆和外壳之间形成隔热空腔;所述隔热空腔内为真空状态;所述内胆与外壳之间设有减震支撑柱;所述内胆和外壳上设有与减震支撑柱相匹配的凹槽;所述减震支撑柱设置在凹槽内。
实施例2:一种抗震LNG气瓶,所述抗震LNG气瓶包括内胆和外壳;所述内胆设置在外壳内;所述内胆和外壳之间形成隔热空腔;所述隔热空腔内为真空状态;所述内胆与外壳之间设有减震支撑柱;所述内胆和外壳上设有与减震支撑柱相匹配的凹槽;所述减震支撑柱设置在凹槽内,所述减震支撑柱均为橡胶注塑结构。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种抗震LNG气瓶,其特征在于,所述减震支撑柱均为橡胶注塑结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种抗震LNG气瓶,其特征在于,所述内胆内部设有液位感应器。
