Abstract
行星轮切击式水轮机,有喷嘴及转轮,主轴与转轮之间,采用了行星齿轮系传动,转轮的端面设置有行星轮系,行星轮系在喷嘴的中间,行星轮系的中间有一个齿轮与主轴连接在一起并能同向旋转,为太阳轮;行星轮系的外圈有一个内齿轮为齿圈,齿圈固定在转轮的端面,与转轮连接在一起并可同向旋转;太阳轮与齿圈之间的齿轮,为行星轮;本行星轮系的特点是,转轮中间有与主轴配合的圆孔,转轮与齿圈能绕主轴转动,太阳轮能转动,行星轮的轴被固定,行星轮只能自转,行星轮及轮架不能环绕主轴转动。转轮的外圆绕轴线均布有水斗,水斗是螺旋形的。当水经过喷嘴沿转轮切线方向喷射到水斗上,作用在转轮的水斗上的推动力,转变为旋转力矩推动转轮旋转。

技术领域
本发明涉及切击式水轮机,尤其是“行星轮切击式水轮机”,属于流体机械。
背景技术
中国专利申请号:201610025445.4,“立轴多级冲击式水轮机”,具有上下布置在同一直线上的若干个转轮腔室,转轮腔室连通尾水渠,水轮机主轴至上而下依次穿过各个转轮腔室,对应每个转轮腔室在水轮机主轴上设置立轴水斗式转轮,对应每个转轮腔室设置环绕该腔室的配水环管,配水环管均与进水管连通,配水环管上均匀接有若干喷管及喷针,喷管及喷针的出水口位于转轮腔室内,对准腔室内的立轴水斗式转轮布置。中国专利申请号:201310162477.5,“一种多叶水轮机”,在蜗壳螺旋形流道中、转轮径向外周设置有喷嘴环,喷嘴环有均匀间隔设置的喷射液流驱动转轮的喷孔;转轮圆周上有均匀间隔设置的叶片,叶片之间形成与喷孔喷射液流匹配的弧形流道。上面二个专利申请中的冲击式水轮机,转轮直接与主轴连接在一起同步旋转,转轮与主轴大多为1比1的传动比,所以发电机的体积较大,发电效率相对较低。
发明内容
为了完善切击式水轮机系列,本发明力图提供一种行星轮切击式水轮机,能提高传动效率,减少制作成本,缩小水轮机的体积。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:行星轮切击式水轮机,有喷嘴及转轮,主轴与转轮之间,采用了行星齿轮系传动,转轮的端面设置有行星轮系,行星轮系在喷嘴的中间,行星轮系的中间有一个齿轮与主轴连接在一起并能同向旋转,为太阳轮;行星轮系的外圈有一个内齿轮为齿圈,齿圈固定在转轮的端面,与转轮连接在一起并可同向旋转;太阳轮与齿圈之间的齿轮,为行星轮;本行星轮系的特点是,转轮中间有与主轴配合的圆孔,转轮与齿圈能绕主轴转动,太阳轮能转动,行星轮的轴被固定,行星轮只能自转,行星轮及轮架不能环绕主轴转动。转轮的外圆绕轴线均布有水斗,水斗是螺旋形的。
行星轮切击式水轮机,工作方法是,当水经过喷嘴沿转轮切线方向喷射到水斗上,作用在转轮的水斗上的推动力,转变为旋转力矩推动转轮旋转;旋转的转轮同齿圈一起转动,齿圈带动行星轮,行星轮带动太阳轮,太阳轮与主轴作同向旋转。
本发明的有益效果是,行星轮切击式水轮机主轴与转轮之间,采用了行星齿轮系传动,其传动的主要特点是体积小,承载能力大,工作平稳,提高了传动比,低转速的发电机体积大价格高,转速提高发电机的体积可缩小,对水库有限的空间能提高装机台数,降低制造成本。

在图中,1. 行星轮切击式水轮机,有喷嘴5及转轮1,主轴3与转轮1之间,采用了行星齿轮系传动,转轮1的端面设置有行星轮系,行星轮系在喷嘴5的中间,行星轮系的中间有一个齿轮与主轴3连接在一起并能同向旋转,为太阳轮;行星轮系的外圈有一个内齿轮为齿圈,齿圈固定在转轮1的端面,与转轮1连接在一起并可同向旋转;太阳轮与齿圈之间的齿轮,为行星轮;本行星轮系的特点是,转轮中间有与主轴1配合的圆孔,转轮1与齿圈能绕主轴3转动,太阳轮能转动,行星轮的轴被固定,行星轮只能自转,行星轮及轮架不能环绕主轴3转动。转轮1的外圆绕轴线均布有水斗2,水斗2是螺旋形的。

1.行星轮切击式水轮机,有喷嘴及转轮,其特征是:主轴与转轮之间,采用了行星齿轮系传动,转轮的端面设置有行星轮系,行星轮系在喷嘴的中间,行星轮系的中间有一个齿轮与主轴连接在一起并能同向旋转,为太阳轮;行星轮系的外圈有一个内齿轮为齿圈,齿圈固定在转轮的端面,与转轮连接在一起并可同向旋转;太阳轮与齿圈之间的齿轮,为行星轮;本行星轮系的特点是,转轮中间有与主轴配合的圆孔,转轮与齿圈能绕主轴转动,太阳轮能转动,行星轮的轴被固定,行星轮只能自转,行星轮及轮架不能环绕主轴转动。
