【技术领域】
本发明涉及集成吊顶的技术领域,特别是一种可升降吸盘式集成吊顶。
【背景技术】
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对房间的装饰要求越来越高,一般办公室和家庭在装修时都会比较注意屋顶的装置,常见的装饰采用吊顶天花板,现有的天花板虽然材质不同,但是采用的结构基本相同,安装时需要先在屋顶上固定横竖交错的轮毂,然后将天花板安装在轮毂上,但是这种装饰并不能满足人们的要求,为了使家庭和办公室看起来更加美观、凸显出人的不同品位,设计了不同高度结构的吊顶装饰,虽然这种高低层次的吊顶比较美观,也符合人们的需要,不过安装起来比较麻烦,装修的时间大大增加了,增加了劳动强度,效率比较低。而且由于连接件结构比较单一,且吊顶扣板往往采用模压固定小尺寸进行拼接安装,拼接缝多,缺乏整体感,影响美观,吊顶安装后高度不可调,稳定性无法保证。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种可升降吸盘式集成吊顶,吊顶板尺寸可根据需求进行定制,整块吊顶板整体安装,打破了传统集成吊顶扣板“模压固定尺寸”的先列,避免了集成吊顶扣板小尺寸拼接安装产生过多的拼接缝对整体美观的影响,美观效果大大提高,结构科学简单,安装拆卸简便,可升降的组合式结构,可根据需要调整收边条的高度,吸盘式的安装方式,灵活方便,结构稳固,防止震动,保证集成吊顶整体的稳定性,整体安装难度大大降低,安装时间大幅减少,提高作业效率,可装灯带,装饰效果好。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种可升降吸盘式集成吊顶,包括安装梁、收边条和吊顶板,所述的安装梁包括安装梁竖杆和安装梁横杆,所述的安装梁竖杆和安装梁横杆相互垂直,所述的安装梁竖杆和安装梁横杆为一体式结构,所述的安装梁竖杆上设有第一吸盘安装部和收边条第一安装部,所述的安装梁横杆上设有第二吸盘安装部和收边条第二安装部,所述的收边条设有上安装卡扣和下安装卡扣,所述的上安装卡扣与收边条第一安装部相互配合,所述的下安装卡扣与收边条第二安装部相互配合,所述的收边条通过上安装卡扣和下安装卡扣可拆卸的与安装梁连接固定,所述的收边条上还设有第三吸盘安装部,所述的吊顶板包括上铝板层、瓦楞芯板层、下铝板层和若干个吸盘,所述的上铝板层和下铝板层分别位于瓦楞芯板层的上下两侧,所述的瓦楞芯板层的上下表面设有涂胶层,所述的上铝板层、下铝板层与瓦楞芯板层辊压成型,所述的下铝板层的下方设有吸盘,所述的吸盘与第一吸盘安装部、第二吸盘安装部、第三吸盘安装部相互配合。

本发明一种可升降吸盘式集成吊顶在工作过程中,若不需要升高安装位置,则单独使用安装梁1,将吊顶板3上的吸盘34安装在第二吸盘安装部121内,吸盘式的连接方式,可保持扣板安装的稳定性,防止扣板在使用过程中发生震动;若需要将吊顶板3安装到高处,也可以根据安装需求将吊顶板3上的吸盘34安装在第一吸盘安装部111内,灵活选择安装位置;若需要调整安装位置,则上安装卡扣21和下安装卡扣22分别与收边条第一安装部112和收边条第二安装部122相互配合,将收边条2与安装梁1连接固定,将吊顶板3上的吸盘34安装在第三吸盘安装部23内,则扣板的安装位置相较第二吸盘安装部121有所升高,但相较第一吸盘安装部111有所降低;另外还可在灯带安装部24安装灯带,增强装饰效果。
