Description

Buttress rib stake formula stake board retaining wall
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of roadbed retaining, in particular to a buttress rib pile type pile plate retaining wall.
Background
The roadbed retaining structure is a structure which is used for keeping the stability of an artificial or natural slope and preventing the artificial or natural slope from collapsing, and is mainly used for bearing the lateral soil pressure of a soil body. In highway subgrade engineering, the supporting and retaining structure is widely applied to stabilizing roadbed slopes of two sections of embankments, cutting and bridges, and the like. For a steep slope embankment section, a supporting and retaining structure is required to be arranged first and then roadbed is filled, and the cantilever type pile plate retaining wall is a supporting and retaining form commonly used in filling of the steep slope embankment at present.
The cantilever pile-plate retaining wall consists of pile body anchoring sections anchored in the foundation, pile body cantilever sections exposed out of the ground, and retaining plates arranged between adjacent pile body cantilever sections and positioned on the inner sides of piles. The height of the free cantilever section of the pile body can reach about 15m, but when the height of the free cantilever section exceeds 15m, the pile body generates excessive transverse deformation under the soil pressure, and even engineering accidents of pile body breakage can occur. In order to solve the technical problem, a prestressed anchor-pulling type pile-plate retaining wall appears in engineering practice. The transverse prestressed anchor cable is arranged between the pile of the cantilever pile plate retaining wall and the stable mountain body at the inner side of the pile so as to reduce the transverse displacement of the pile and improve the height of the free cantilever section to about 20 m.
The inventor researches and discovers that the prior prestressed anchor-pulling pile plate retaining wall has the following problems: the construction process of the prestressed anchor-pulled pile plate retaining wall is complex, the technical difficulty is high, and the quality control is difficult; when roadbed is filled between the piles and mountain bodies at the inner sides of the piles, the compaction of the embankment and the installation of the prestress anchor pulling facilities are mutually interfered, so that the compaction degree of the embankment and the prestress of the anchor cable are easily caused to be not up to standard; long-term reliability and durability of the prestressed anchor-pulling facility are difficult to be ensured.
In view of this, it is particularly important to design and manufacture a stable and durable buttress rib pile-type pile-plate retaining wall, especially in engineering practice.
