Description
Technical Field
The invention discloses a brightening treatment liquid for a magnesium alloy die casting, and belongs to the technical field of surface treatment of metal materials.
Background
The magnesium alloy is formed by adding other elements into magnesium as a base. The method is characterized in that: the aluminum alloy has the advantages of low density, high specific strength, high specific modulus, good heat dissipation, good shock absorption, high impact load bearing capacity compared with aluminum alloy, and good organic matter and alkali corrosion resistance. The magnesium alloy is mainly applied to the fields of aerospace, electronics, automobiles and the like.
Along with the more and more extensive application of magnesium alloy, the market has more and more severe requirements on the surface treatment of magnesium alloy products, the magnesium alloy is extremely easy to oxidize in the air due to high activity, great difficulty is brought to the pretreatment of the magnesium alloy, the pretreatment selects chemicals with too strong oxidizing property, parts easy to corrode, and selects too weak chemicals, and a natural oxidation film on the surface is not easy to clean, so that the oxidation quality in the later period is influenced.
Magnesium alloy die castings have been widely used in the fields of automobile parts, electronic products, electric tools and the like, and the requirements of natural-color bright treatment on the surfaces of the magnesium alloy die castings are increasing day by day, but the magnesium alloy die castings are difficult to be washed brightly by common bright acid washing treatment due to the defects of porous surfaces, large segregation layers and the like of the magnesium alloy die castings, so that the application expansion of the magnesium alloy die castings is limited. The invention designs a novel natural-color bright cleaning treatment liquid for magnesium alloy die castings, and solves the problem that the magnesium alloy die castings are difficult to clean.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides the magnesium alloy die casting brightening treatment liquid which is simple in preparation, easy in raw material obtaining, stable in quality, small in pollution and suitable for brightening the magnesium alloy die casting produced on a large scale.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a brightening treatment liquid for magnesium alloy die castings, which comprises the following components: the treating fluid comprises hydrogen peroxide, triethylene tetramine, molten cellulose and OP-10, wherein the concentration of the hydrogen peroxide is 10-15ml/L, the concentration of the triethylene tetramine is 18-23ml/L, and the concentration of the molten cellulose is 25-35ml/L, OP-10 and 0.3-0.7 ml/L.
Preferably, the treatment fluid components include: the treating fluid comprises hydrogen peroxide, triethylene tetramine, fusible cellulose and OP-10, wherein the concentration of the hydrogen peroxide is 10ml/L, the concentration of the triethylene tetramine is 20ml/L, and the concentration of the fusible cellulose is 30ml/L, OP-10 and 0.5 ml/L.
The molten cellulose is sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.
The working temperature of the treatment liquid is 40-50 ℃, and the treatment time is 15-30 seconds.
The treatment liquid takes deionized water as a solvent, and the concentration is the mass or volume of electrolyte contained in a unit volume of solution.
A surface brightening treatment process for treating a magnesium alloy die casting by using the treatment fluid comprises the following steps: and (3) immersing the degreased and washed magnesium alloy die casting into a treatment solution, keeping the temperature at 40-50 ℃, and treating for 15-30 seconds to obtain the magnesium alloy die casting.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the magnesium alloy die casting brightening treatment liquid provided by the invention is simple and easily available in formula, wide in raw material source, low in cost, safe and environment-friendly in components, suitable for treating the surface of a magnesium alloy metal product, convenient and practical.
(2) The treating fluid does not contain high-concentration fluoride ions, and a proper surfactant is added to promote the cleaning process. In addition, the organic amine-containing compound is included, so that the release of nitrogen oxide can be greatly reduced. Compared with the traditional process, the amount of nitrogen oxide pollutants is reduced by more than 90 percent, and the production operation environment is greatly improved.
(3) In the actual production process, the traditional pickling method has the defects of large carrying-out and poor brightening effect due to high viscosity of pickling solution. The formula and the process method can effectively remove the surface oxide film and can also effectively inhibit the excessive corrosion of the magnesium alloy. The magnesium alloy die casting processed by the method can obtain the natural color bright effect, and has good brightness, uniform appearance, and good high temperature resistance and salt spray resistance. And the defects that the surface of the magnesium alloy die casting is porous, the segregation layer is large, the magnesium alloy die casting is difficult to wash and the like by using the traditional method can be overcome.
(4) The traditional nitric acid-based washing liquid is easy to generate oxynitride, so that red smoke is generated on the cleaning site, and the environmental pollution is great. The method has the advantages of simple process, low production cost, environmental friendliness, oil stain and carbon deposit removal, no toxicity, no pollution and environmental protection, improves the oxidability of the treatment liquid by using the hydrogen peroxide, and activates the surface of the magnesium alloy casting while removing the grease, thereby being suitable for industrial production.
(5) The use of the cellulose melt and the triethylene tetramine can effectively prevent the adhesion of surface solids, and no secondary precipitation is generated in the actual treatment process.
