本发明的目的提供一种金属用淀粉胶黏剂,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种金属用淀粉胶黏剂,按重量份数包括玉米淀粉110-210份、糠醛13-35份、氢氧化钠10-50份、双氰胺10-70份、甘油13-42份、硼酸50-80份、磷酸二丁酯6-30份、尿素10-30份、亚硫酸钠20-70份和蜂蜜20-60份。
在一些实施方式中:按重量份数包括玉米淀粉160份、糠醛19份、氢氧化钠41份、双氰胺25份、甘油21份、硼酸62份、磷酸二丁酯26份、尿素17份、亚硫酸钠36份和蜂蜜51份。
生产时,先向反应锅内加入按质量份数占总物料30%的水,再加入淀粉并搅拌均匀,成为淀粉液,再将剩余物料全部加入反应锅内,继续搅拌,将温度加热到120℃,即得成品。
本发明的胶黏剂成本低,工艺流程简单,耐水性好,粘合强度高,便于储存。

实施例3:按重量份数包括玉米淀粉210份、糠醛35份、氢氧化钠50份、双氰胺70份、甘油42份、硼酸80份、磷酸二丁酯30份、尿素30份、亚硫酸钠70份和蜂蜜60份。
生产时,先向反应锅内加入按质量份数占总物料30%的水,再加入淀粉并搅拌均匀,成为淀粉液,再将剩余物料全部加入反应锅内,继续搅拌,将温度加热到120℃,即得成品。
