本发明的目的提供一种耐水型淀粉胶黏剂,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种耐水型淀粉胶黏剂,按重量份数包括玉米淀粉100-220份、麦角甾醇13-35份、氢氧化钠20-70份、纳米级三氧化二铕15-40份、甘油13-32份、硼砂20-90份、磷酸二丁酯26-50份、雷尼镍催化剂20-70份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯30-80份和豆油脂肪酸10-50份。
在一些实施方式中:按重量份数包括玉米淀粉150份、麦角甾醇22份、氢氧化钠33份、纳米级三氧化二铕25份、甘油18份、硼砂72份、磷酸二丁酯31份、雷尼镍催化剂35份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯45份和豆油脂肪酸40份。
生产时,先向反应锅内加入按质量份数占总物料30%的水,再加入淀粉并搅拌均匀,成为淀粉液,再将剩余物料全部加入反应锅内,继续搅拌,将温度加热到120℃,即得成品。
本发明的胶黏剂成本低,工艺流程简单,耐水性好,粘合强度高,便于储存。

生产时,先向反应锅内加入按质量份数占总物料30%的水,再加入淀粉并搅拌均匀,成为淀粉液,再将剩余物料全部加入反应锅内,继续搅拌,将温度加热到120℃,即得成品。
综上所述,本发明的胶黏剂成本低,工艺流程简单,耐水性好,粘合强度高,便于储存。
