Abstract
本发明提供一种空气净化功能的坐垫，一种空气净化功能的坐垫，包括基材层、防水层、树脂层、竹碳纤维层、负氧离子层及图案层，并从下至上依次紧密复合而成，竹碳纤维层和负氧离子层之间均匀分布有稀土材料制造而成的除甲醛颗粒，负氧离子层上方覆盖有防水层，负氧离子层为电气石。本发明的有益效果是设置的竹碳纤维层、负氧离子层，使得其防菌效果好、具有除甲醛等功能、提高其使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于汽车技术领域，尤其是涉及一种空气净化功能的坐垫。
背景技术
现有的汽车坐垫的阻燃性能差，或不具有阻燃的性能，不能满足人们的使用需求；同时整个汽车坐垫成平面状，没有立体效果及按摩功能，防水效果差；不具有吸附甲醛的能力，功能单一；由于人们在使用汽车坐垫时，汽车坐垫表层易与底层分开，降低了其使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、防菌效果好、具有除甲醛等功能、提高其使用寿命、便于收藏的家用汽车坐垫，尤其适合用于家居卧室、客厅中。
本发明的技术方案是：一种空气净化功能的坐垫，包括基材层、防水层、树脂层、竹碳纤维层、负氧离子层及图案层，并从下至上依次紧密复合而成，所述竹碳纤维层和所述负氧离子层之间均匀分布有稀土材料制造而成的除甲醛颗粒，所述负氧离子层上方覆盖有防水层，所述负氧离子层为电气石。
进一步，所述基材层为无纺布材质制造而成。
进一步，所述负氧离子层上设置有均匀分布的细微通孔，且该细微通孔的大小小于该除甲醛颗粒的大小。
进一步，所述的基材层外侧设有挂钩。
进一步，所述的基材层的外底壁设有防滑纹。
进一步，所述的基材层外侧四周设有凸起。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是：由于采用上述技术方案，设置的基材层、防水层、树脂层、竹碳纤维层、负氧离子层及图案层，使得其防菌效果好、具有除甲醛等功能、提高其使用寿命、便于收藏，更加方便；具有结构简单，维修方便，加工成本低等优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本发明的技术方案为一种空气净化功能的坐垫，包括基材层1、防水层2、树脂层3、竹碳纤维层4、负氧离子层5及图案层6，并从下至上依次紧密复合而成，所述竹碳纤维层4和负氧离子层5之间均匀分布有稀土材料制造而成的除甲醛颗粒，所述负氧离子层5上方覆盖有防水层2，所述负氧离子层为电气石，所述的竹碳纤维层4可剥离地覆在所述的负氧离子层5上。
本实施例中，所述基材层为无纺布材质制造而成。
本实施例中，所述负氧离子层上设置有均匀分布的细微通孔，且该细微通孔的大小小于该除甲醛颗粒的大小。
本实施例中，所述的基材层外侧设有挂钩7。
本实施例中，所述的基材层的外底壁设有防滑纹8。
本实施例中，所述的基材层外侧四周设有凸起，防止汽车坐垫本体两侧收到摩擦等撞击的现象发生。

1.一种空气净化功能的坐垫，其特征在于：包括基材层、防水层、树脂层、竹碳纤维层、负氧离子层及图案层，并从下至上依次紧密复合而成，所述竹碳纤维层和所述负氧离子层之间均匀分布有稀土材料制造而成的除甲醛颗粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种有空气净化功能的汽车坐垫，其特征在于：所述负氧离子层上方覆盖有防水层，所述负氧离子层为电气石。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种有空气净化功能的汽车坐垫，其特征在于：所述负氧离子层上设置有均匀分布的细微通孔，且该细微通孔的大小小于该除甲醛颗粒的大小。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化功能的坐垫，其特征在于：所述的基材层外侧设有挂钩。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化功能的坐垫，其特征在于：所述的基材层的外底壁设有防滑纹。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化功能的坐垫，其特征在于：所述的基材层外侧四周设有凸起。
