Background
With the progress of society and the rapid development of metal industry, metal products are widely applied to various fields, but with the higher and higher requirements of people on the lightness and thinness of products, various metal products are developing towards the trend of thinning and diminishing.
Wherein, it is one of the indispensable processes in the metal product course of working to treat that the metal product of processing presss from both sides to press from both sides to fix through pressing from both sides to metal product to realize cutting, polishing, sandblast etc. to metal product. The blanking is to separate the material from the base material by a cutting machine or a press machine, and the metal product to be processed (hereinafter referred to as product) is necessarily clamped and fixed in the blanking process. Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a product pressing device to solve the problem that the conventional clamping and fixing method is easy to deform the thin-walled product.
The product pressing device provided by the invention comprises an outward-expanding mechanism, a clamping mechanism, a connecting seat and a driving cylinder; the outward-expanding mechanism is arranged above the connecting seat and comprises a product fixing cavity, a wedge-shaped block, a disc spring guide rod and a disc spring; the wedge-shaped block penetrates through the product fixing cavity, one end of the disc spring guide rod is connected with the wedge-shaped block, the other end of the disc spring guide rod penetrates through the connecting seat to be connected with the driving air cylinder, and the disc spring is sleeved on the disc spring guide rod; the clamping mechanism comprises a fixed plate, a pull-down block and a clamping block; the center of the fixed plate is provided with a groove for the lower pull plate to pass through, the connecting seat is arranged above the lower pull plate and is connected with the lower pull plate through a disc spring guide rod, the lower pull plate is fixedly connected with the driving cylinder, the lower pull blocks are fixed at two ends of the lower pull plate and rotate relative to the lower pull plate, and the clamping blocks are arranged at two sides of the connecting seat and move relative to the connecting seat; the driving cylinder drives the lower pulling plate and the wedge-shaped block to move vertically; the product fixing cavity is opened or closed by the movement of the wedge-shaped block so as to tighten or loosen the product placed in the product fixing cavity, and the lower pull plate is rotated by the movement of the lower pull plate so as to clamp or release the product fixing cavity by the clamping block.
Further, a preferable structure is: the connecting base is provided with a guide shaft, the clamping blocks are respectively connected to two ends of the guide shaft, a spring is sleeved on the guide shaft, the lower pull block rotates to enable the clamping blocks to move relative to the connecting base, and the clamping blocks are separated from the product fixing cavity through the stretching tension after the spring is compressed.
Further, a preferable structure is: the clamping block is of a T-shaped structure, one end of the clamping block is in contact with the pull-down block, and the other end of the clamping block is in contact with the product fixing cavity.
Further, a preferable structure is: shaft holes are formed in two end portions of the pull-down plate, and the pull-down blocks are connected with the pull-down plate through shaft pins and the shaft holes so that the pull-down blocks can rotate relative to the pull-down plate.
Further, a preferable structure is: when the lower pull plate moves towards the direction of the driving cylinder, the lower pull plate is extruded by the groove to move towards the direction of the clamping block so as to push the clamping block to move towards the direction of the product fixing cavity and clamp the product fixing cavity.
Further, a preferable structure is: the lower pulling plate is fixedly connected with the driving cylinder through a bolt.

By utilizing the product pressing device provided by the invention, the product fixing cavity is opened or closed by arranging the outward-expanding mechanism comprising the product fixing cavity, the wedge-shaped block, the disc spring guide rod and the disc spring and driving the wedge-shaped block to vertically move under the driving of the driving cylinder, so that a product placed in the product fixing cavity is tightly supported or loosened; simultaneously, through setting up the clamping mechanism who includes fixed plate, drop-down board, drop-down piece and press from both sides tight piece to make the drop-down board carry out vertical motion under the drive of actuating cylinder, make the drop-down piece rotate through the motion of drop-down board, thereby make and press from both sides tight piece clamp or release the fixed chamber of product, and then reach and carry out centre gripping or the purpose of release to the product of placing in the fixed intracavity of product. The invention can simultaneously control the flaring mechanism and the clamping mechanism to clamp the product through one driving cylinder, thereby avoiding the deformation of the thin-wall product in the clamping and fixing process and improving the qualification rate of the product.

Detailed Description
Specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Aiming at the problem that the existing clamping and fixing mode is easy to deform thin-wall products, the invention arranges an external expanding mechanism comprising a product fixing cavity, a wedge block, a disc spring guide rod and a disc spring, the wedge block is driven by a driving cylinder to move vertically, and the product fixing cavity is opened or closed through the movement of the wedge block, so as to tighten or loosen the products in the product fixing cavity; simultaneously, through setting up the clamping mechanism who includes fixed plate, drop-down board, drop-down piece and press from both sides tight piece to make the drop-down board carry out vertical motion under the drive of actuating cylinder, make the drop-down piece rotate through the motion of drop-down board, thereby make and press from both sides tight piece clamp or release the fixed chamber of product, and then reach and carry out centre gripping or the purpose of release to the product of placing in the fixed intracavity of product. According to the invention, the product can be clamped by simultaneously controlling the outward-expanding mechanism and the clamping mechanism through one driving cylinder, so that the deformation of the thin-wall product in the clamping and fixing process is avoided, and the qualification rate of the product is improved.
To explain the product pressing device provided by the present invention, fig. 1 shows the overall structure of the product pressing device according to the embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 shows the sectional structure of the product pressing device according to the embodiment of the present invention after the product pressing device drives the cylinder to move downward, and fig. 3 shows the sectional structure of the expanding mechanism of the product pressing device according to the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the product pressing device provided by the invention comprises an expanding mechanism, a clamping mechanism, a connecting seat 3 and a driving cylinder 4; the outward-expanding mechanism is arranged above the connecting seat 3 and comprises a product fixing cavity 11, a wedge-shaped block 12, a disc spring guide rod 13 and a disc spring 14; wherein, the wedge block 12 runs through the product fixing cavity 11, one end of the disc spring guide rod 13 is connected with the wedge block 12, the other end passes through the connecting seat 3 to be connected with the driving cylinder 4, and the disc spring 14 is sleeved on the disc spring guide rod 13; the clamping mechanism comprises a fixing plate 21, a lower pull plate 22, a lower pull block 23 and a clamping block 24; the center of the fixed plate 21 is provided with a groove 211 for the lower pull plate 22 to pass through, the connecting seat 3 is arranged above the lower pull plate 22 and is connected with the lower pull plate 22 through a disc spring guide rod 13, the lower pull plate 22 is fixedly connected with the driving cylinder 4, the lower pull blocks 23 are fixed at two ends of the lower pull plate 22 and rotate relative to the lower pull plate 22, and the clamping blocks 24 are arranged at two sides of the connecting seat 3 and move relative to the connecting seat 3; the driving cylinder 4 drives the lower pulling plate 22 and the wedge block 12 to move vertically; wherein the movement of the wedge block 12 opens or closes the product fixing chamber 11 to tighten or loosen the product 5 placed in the product fixing chamber 11, and the movement of the lower pull plate 22 rotates the lower pull block 23 to make the clamp block 24 clamp or release the product fixing chamber 11.

In addition, a thread is arranged at one end of the disc spring guide rod connected with the wedge block, and the wedge block is connected with the disc spring guide rod through the thread. When the driving cylinder moves upwards, the lower pull plate moves upwards under the driving of the driving cylinder, so that the lower pull block is free from the extrusion force of the groove on the fixed plate, and the clamping block moves towards the direction of the lower pull block under the extension force of the spring sleeved on the guide post after being compressed, so that the product fixing cavity is released; simultaneously, under the effect of the elastic force that the dish spring produced, make the wedge produce ascending power through the dish spring guide bar, make the supporting force in the fixed chamber of product reduce until disappearing completely through the wedge gradually, at this moment, then can be easily take out the product from the fixed chamber of product.
According to the product pressing device, the outward-expanding mechanism and the clamping mechanism are simultaneously controlled by the driving cylinder to clamp the product, so that the deformation of the thin-wall product in the clamping and fixing process can be effectively avoided, and the qualification rate of the product is improved.
