Background
A brake is a component in a braking system that generates a braking force that resists movement or a tendency of movement of a vehicle. Automobile brakes, except for various retarders, are almost all friction brakes that generate braking torque by friction between a fixed member and a working surface of a rotating member.
Friction brakes widely used in various types of automobiles are classified into drum type and disc type according to the difference in rotating elements. The rotating element in the drum brake friction pair is a brake drum, and the cylindrical inner surface of the brake drum is a working surface.
The inner surface and the outer surface of the brake drum need to be cleaned and painted in the production process of the brake drum, the current cleaning mode adopts a fixed high-pressure water gun head for cleaning for fixed clamping, but partial dead angles can not be cleaned completely, the cleaning efficiency is low, the brake drum needs to rotate and the clamping is stable in the cleaning process, and the existing clamping tool can not meet the production requirements.
The brake drums with different diameters need to be produced in production, the existing brake drum clamping tool only supports the brake drum with one diameter specification, if the brake drums with different diameters need to be produced, the clamping tool needs to be replaced, more replacement time needs to be consumed, and meanwhile, the production cost is also increased.

Each of the clamping members 4 includes a hinge portion 41, the hinge portion 41 extends linearly outward as a support portion 42, a connecting portion between the hinge portion 41 and the support portion 42 extends upward from the support portion 42 as a clamping arm portion 43, the hinge portion 41 is hinged to the hinge base 3, and the transmission lever 6 is hinged to the upper side of the hinge portion 41.
