Nutrition preparation ware in intestines
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to an enteral nutrition preparation device.
Background
Enteral nutrition is a nutrition support mode for providing nutrient substances needed by metabolism and other various nutrients through gastrointestinal tracts, and is clinically used for patients who have preoperative digestive tract diseases such as gastric cancer, esophageal cancer and the like and can not take food or can not take food orally in a short time after operation such as gastric cancer radical surgery, esophageal cancer radical surgery and the like, catheter approaches such as a nasogastric nutrition tube, a nasointestinal nutrition tube, a jejunostomy tube and the like are generally adopted, and the enteral nutrition stored in a preparation device is pumped into the intestines of the patients.
In the prior art, the specific modes of operation for enteral nutrition therapy given to patients are: unsealing the preparation device, mixing the solute and the solvent according to a set proportion, sealing the preparation device again after mixing, and pumping into the intestine of a patient through the mutual matching of the injection pump and the catheter.
In carrying out the present invention, the applicant has found that at least the following disadvantages exist in the prior art:
in clinic, the pumping speed of the enteral nutrition is usually 20-50ml/hr, the volume of a standard enteral nutrition preparation device is 500ml, if the container is opened and continuously infused for a long time, the time consumption is too long, and the long standing time at normal temperature can cause the enteral nutrition in the preparation device to deteriorate, and the enteral nutrition can cause diarrhea of a patient after infusion.
In view of the above situation, the existing solution is to pour out a part of the enteral nutrient solution in the preparation device in advance, contain the enteral nutrient solution in other containers, and store the enteral nutrient solution in a refrigerator at 4 ℃; after the residual enteral nutrient solution in the preparation device is injected, the enteral nutrient solution contained in other containers is poured into the preparation device for continuous injection.
The above solution may result in multiple unsealing of a relatively closed enteral nutrition dispenser, increasing the likelihood of contamination, deterioration of the enteral nutrition solution in the dispenser, which may be detrimental to the patient, and thus, improvements in the prior art are needed.
