When the invention is used, all the negative pressure boxes 2 are attached to the skin around the position of the dialysis catheter of a patient, so that the communicating pipe 21 cannot be bent, the middle part of the clamping piece 6 is clamped with the dialysis catheter, one medical care worker forcibly attaches all the negative pressure boxes 2 by hands, then the other medical care worker holds the dialysis catheter and the clamping piece 6 by one hand, the other hand holds the front negative pressure piece 11 or the rear negative pressure piece 12 and rotates the threaded ring 20, so that the negative pressure boxes 2 are adsorbed on the skin of the patient, the elastic membrane B9 on the clamping piece 6 protrudes, the space in the middle part of the clamping piece 6 is filled, and the dialysis catheter is fixed;
