The invention relates to a cooking appliance, in particular to an improvement of a pressure limiting valve of the cooking appliance.
Background
With the improvement of the living standard of people, the electric pressure cooker is widely used as a substitute product of the traditional pressure cooker and is favored by consumers. In the prior art, a cover of an electric pressure cooker is provided with a cool air channel for discharging cool air and a cool air rod disposed in the cool air channel. When the electric pressure cooker starts to heat, the cold air in the cooker body can be exhausted to the outside from the cold air hole on the cold air rod. When the pressure in the pot body reaches a certain value, the cold air rod floats upwards and jacks up, and the rubber ring at the lower end of the cold air rod seals the cold air channel. However, when the electric pressure cooker is actually used for cooking, the liquid easily flows out of the cold air rod and the cold air hole, and is difficult to clean.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5 and 9, the cooking appliance of the first embodiment is an electric pressure cooker. The electric pressure cooker comprises a cooker body 40, a cooker cover, a driving mechanism and a controller. Wherein, the pan body 40 is used for containing the cooked food, and a heating device is arranged in the pan body 40. The pot cover is covered on the pot body 40. The pot cover comprises a cover body 10 and a face cover arranged on the cover body 10. The cover 10 is provided with a pressure limiting valve 20. The drive mechanism is in communication with the controller. The pressure limiting valve 20 is kept normally open and discharges cold air in the pot body 40 when heating is started, and when pressure is required to be pressed, the controller can control the driving mechanism to drive the pressure limiting valve 20 to be closed.
The cooking appliance of the embodiment is provided with a driving mechanism and a controller which is in communication connection with the driving mechanism. The pressure limiting valve 20 is kept normally open and discharges cold air in the pot body 40 when heating is started. When the pressure is required to be increased, the controller can control the driving mechanism to drive the pressure limiting valve 20 to be closed. The pressure limiting valve 20 is normally opened to discharge cold air in the pot body 40 when the cooking utensil starts to heat, so that the original cold air rod structure can be eliminated, the problem of slurry overflow of the cold air rod and the cold air hole is fundamentally solved, the structure on the pot cover is simplified, and the cost is reduced. In addition, the pressure limiting valve 20 can be used for exhausting and relieving pressure during or after the heating of the cooking utensil is finished, because the pressure limiting valve 20 is kept normally open, if the cooking utensil is powered off suddenly during working, the pressure limiting valve 20 is still in an open state and can exhaust, so that the purpose of automatic exhaust after power failure is achieved, and the opening of the pot cover after the power failure is more convenient (the existing pressure limiting valve is normally closed, if the pressure limiting valve is closed suddenly during working, gas in the pot body cannot be exhausted, and pressure still exists in the pot body, so that the pot cover cannot be opened). Meanwhile, after the pressure limiting valve 20 finishes exhausting gas after cooking, hot gas can exist in the pot body 40, and the pressure limiting valve 20 is kept normally open, so that the hot gas existing in the pot body 40 can be exhausted from the pressure limiting valve 20, the opening and closing of the cover body 10 are smoother, and the user experience is good (the existing pressure limiting valve is normally closed, after the pressure limiting valve finishes exhausting gas after cooking, the hot gas still existing in the pot cannot be exhausted, and pressure exists in the pot body, so that the pot cover is not smooth).
In the cooking appliance of the first embodiment, the controller determines whether the cooking appliance needs to be pressed up by determining whether the pressure value inside the pot body 40 reaches the predetermined pressure value. That is, when the pressure value in the pot body 40 reaches the predetermined pressure value, the controller can control the driving mechanism to drive the pressure limiting valve 20 to close. In this embodiment, the predetermined pressure value is 4 to 8KPa, and when the pressure value in the pot body 40 reaches 4 to 8KPa, the pressure limiting valve 20 falls and closes.
As shown in fig. 1, in the cooking appliance of the first embodiment, the cooking appliance further includes an upper pressure detection device, the upper pressure detection device is in communication connection with the controller, the upper pressure detection device is used for detecting pressure or temperature in the pot body 40, and the controller determines whether a pressure value in the pot body 40 reaches a predetermined pressure value according to a value detected by the upper pressure detection device. In this embodiment, the upper pressure detecting device is used for detecting the temperature in the pot body 40, and the upper pressure detecting device is a temperature collecting column 50 arranged on the pot cover or a temperature sensing cup 60 arranged at the bottom of the pot body 40. Preferably, the temperature collecting column 50 is used as an upper pressure detecting device, the temperature collecting column 50 is used for detecting the temperature of the steam in the pot body 40, and the controller can calculate the pressure in the pot body 40 according to the temperature value.
It should be noted that the type of the pressure detecting means is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the pressure detecting means may be a pressure sensor for directly detecting the pressure in the pot body. Furthermore, the closing of the pressure-limiting valve 20 can also be controlled as a function of time. Specifically, when the heating time reaches a predetermined time, the controller can control the driving mechanism to drive the pressure limiting valve to close.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, in the prior art, a cover of an electric pressure cooker includes an inner cover 1 and an inner cover, a pressure limiting valve 2 is disposed on the inner cover, and an electromagnetic valve 3 for driving the pressure limiting valve 2 to open is disposed on the inner cover 1. Specifically, a push rod 3-1 at the front end of the electromagnetic valve 3 extends to push a baffle rib 2-1 of the pressure limiting valve 2 to drive the pressure limiting valve 2 to open and exhaust. When the inner cover is assembled on the inner liner, the push rod 3-1 is easy to interfere and block with the stop rib 2-1, so that the pressure limiting valve 2 is not reset, and the electric pressure cooker is easy to leak gas and overflow pulp in a working state.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, in the cooking appliance of the first embodiment, the pressure limiting valve 20 has a magnetic fitting portion thereon. The driving mechanism comprises a magnetic driving device 30, and the magnetic driving device 30 is matched with the magnetic matching part to drive the pressure limiting valve 20 to close. Because the pressure limiting valve 20 is driven to be closed by the cooperation of the magnetic driving device 30 and the magnetic matching part and is driven to be in non-mechanical driving, compared with the existing mechanical driving structure (existing electromagnetic valve) of the direct contact pressure limiting valve, the risk of air leakage of the pressure limiting valve 20 due to clamping can be effectively avoided, and the use is more reliable.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, in the cooking appliance of the first embodiment, the pressure limiting valve 20 is provided on the exhaust pipe 12 of the lid body 10. The pressure limiting valve 20 includes a housing, a spool holder disposed at the bottom of the inside of the housing, and a spool disposed on the spool holder. The magnetic engagement portion is a magnet provided inside the housing of the pressure limiting valve 20, and specifically, the magnetic engagement portion is a permanent magnet having magnetism at all times. The magnetic driving device 30 includes a magnetic core and a coil wound outside the magnetic core. When the coil is de-energized, the core is magnetic. The pressure-limiting valve 20 is kept normally open by the permanent magnet being attracted (the magnetic core and the permanent magnet attract each other in opposite polarity) or repelled (the magnetic core and the permanent magnet repel each other in same polarity), that is, the pressure-limiting valve 20 is always in an open state (i.e., the exhaust pipe 12 is normally open) when the cooking appliance is not powered on or used. When the coil is energized, the magnetic field of the core is cancelled out so that the magnetic properties of the core disappear, and the pressure limiting valve 20 is reset to close under the action of gravity. Compared with the existing normally closed exhaust pipe (the exhaust pipe is always closed when the cooking appliance is not powered on or used), the cooking appliance of the embodiment has the advantages that: if the cooking utensil is suddenly powered off in work, the magnetic driving device 30 still has magnetism, so that the pressure limiting valve 20 can be kept normally open, the exhaust pipe 12 can exhaust, the aim of automatic exhaust in power failure is achieved, and the problem that the pot body 40 cannot be opened due to pressure in the power failure of the conventional cooking utensil is solved. Meanwhile, when hot air exists in the pot body 40, the exhaust pipe 12 is normally opened, so that the cover body 10 can be opened and closed more smoothly.
The magnetic engaging portion is not limited to a magnet, and in other embodiments, the magnetic engaging portion may be another magnetic member having magnetism. The configuration of the magnetic driving device 30 is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, the magnetic driving device may be another magnetic driving device that can be magnetically turned off or magnetically turned on to disappear.
As shown in fig. 2 to 9, in the cooking appliance of the first embodiment, the magnetic driving device 30 is located at the side of the pressure limiting valve 20. The magnetic driving device 30 is engaged with the magnetic engaging portion and tilts the pressure limiting valve 20 to keep the pressure limiting valve 20 normally open. In the present embodiment, the magnetic driving device 30 is provided on the cover 10. The above-mentioned magnetic driving means 30 are provided in a position convenient for arrangement and more convenient for operation by the pressure limiting valve 20 being opened obliquely to the pressure limiting valve 20. Of course, the opening mode of the pressure limiting valve 20 is not limited to this, and in other embodiments not shown in the drawings, the magnetic driving device may be located above or below the pressure limiting valve, and if the magnetic driving device is disposed above the pressure limiting valve, when the magnetic driving device has magnetism, the magnetic driving device adsorbs (attracts in opposite directions) the magnetic matching portion, so as to lift the pressure limiting valve, and further, the pressure limiting valve is kept normally open; if the magnetic driving device is arranged below the pressure limiting valve, when the magnetic driving device has magnetism, the magnetic driving device repels (like poles repel) the magnetic matching part, so that the pressure limiting valve is jacked up, and the pressure limiting valve is kept normally open.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, in the cooking utensil of the first embodiment, the lid body 10 includes an inner liner and an inner lid 11 which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom. A magnetic drive 30 is provided on the liner. The inner pot cover 11 is provided with an exhaust pipe 12, and the pressure limiting valve 20 is arranged on the exhaust pipe 12. When the inner lid 11 is fitted to the inner liner, the pressure limiting valve 20 is threaded to the inner liner.
In the cooking appliance of the first embodiment, the cooking appliance further comprises a control board, the controller is arranged on the control board, the coil is connected with the control board, and the on-off of the coil is controlled through the control board.
The cooking appliance of the second embodiment is different from the cooking appliance of the first embodiment in that the magnetic matching portion is a first magnet, and the magnetic driving device includes a second magnet. The first magnet has a positive pole and a negative pole, and the second magnet also has a positive pole and a negative pole. The second magnet is positioned above the first magnet. When the positive pole (or the negative pole) of the second magnet is opposite to the negative pole (or the positive pole) of the first magnet, the first magnet and the second magnet attract each other in opposite polarities, and the first magnet moves upwards under the action of the second magnet, so that the pressure limiting valve is opened. The pressure limiting valve can be kept normally open as long as the matching relation of the first magnet and the second magnet is kept unchanged before the cooking utensil starts to heat. When the positive pole (or the negative pole) of the second magnet is opposite to the positive pole (or the negative pole) of the first magnet, the like poles of the first magnet and the second magnet repel each other, and the first magnet moves downwards under the action of the second magnet, so that the pressure limiting valve is closed.
The cooking appliance of the third embodiment is mainly different from the cooking appliance of the first embodiment in that the magnetic matching portion is of a metal structure, and the magnetic driving device comprises a magnetic core and a coil wound outside the magnetic core. When the coil is de-energized, the core is magnetic. And the magnetic core adsorbs the metal structure to keep the pressure limiting valve normally open. When the coil is electrified, the magnetic field of the magnetic core is counteracted, so that the magnetism of the magnetic core disappears, and the pressure limiting valve is reset and closed under the action of gravity.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
