Abstract

一种新型的能制冷发热的墙面板,它不但能发热取暖,而且还能制冷,调节室内气温,创造舒适环境,在一块能导热的墻面板的背面装有低压半导体制冷发热片(9),把能制冷发热的正面粘贴在能导热的墻面板导热面(8)的背面,在半导体制冷发热片(9)的背面贴有用水循环的散热片(3),用水管把各个散热片的进出水口用进水管(6)和出水管(5)串连起來,通到室外的冷却水槽里,由水泵进行循环使用。发热时无需水冷却循环。

技术领域
本发明涉及到一种家庭装饰配件材料,特别是一种能制冷发热的墙面板。
技术背景
目前市场上有着各种款式地热、墙面发热画等产品,但它们都不能制冷。
发明内容
为了解决以上不足,本发明提出一种新型的能制冷发热的墙面板,它不但能发热取暖,而且还能制冷,调节室内气温,创造舒适环境,本发明对能制冷发热的墙面板提供的技术方案是;在一块能导热的墙面板的背面装有低压半导体制冷发热片(9),把能制冷发热的正面粘贴在能导热的墙面板导热面(8)的背面,在半导体制冷发热片(9)的背面贴有用水循环的散热片(3),用水管把各个散热片的进出水口用进水管(6)和出水管(5)串连起来,通到室外的冷却水槽里,由水泵进行循环使用。在散热片的背面用背盖板(10)保护着,在能导热的墙面板的四周有着边框(1)保护着制冷发热元件,在装有制冷发热的墙面板内的空隙有导热材料(2)填充,保证了制冷发热的墙面板的散温均匀。发热时无需水冷却循环。

具体实施方式
本发明能制冷发热的墙面板的具体实施方式是这样的:把交流电源进线(20)与市电接通,经变压器(19),低压电源正极(4)与低压电源负极(5)都有低压电源输出,当按下双向联动开关2(18)时半导体制冷发热片(10)及微型直流水泵(14)都得到正负极电压,而双向联动开关1(17)的两组触点自动断开,同时半导体制冷发热片(10)及微型直流水泵(14)都开始工作,由于是正向输入,限向二极管(16)允许电流通过,所以微型直流水泵(14)也开始工作,当正向电压输入时,半导体制冷发热片(10)是制冷状态,半导体制冷发热片(10)的反面有大量的热量产生,所以微型直流水泵(14)也同时开始工作,经吸水管(13)吸取冷却水槽(12)里的冷水由进水管(7)送入散热片(3)通过联接管(8)再有出水管(6)把冷却水送囬到冷却水槽(12)里,循环使用。当按下双向联动开关1(17)时半导体制冷发热片(10)得到正负极电源,而双向联动开关1(18)的两组触点自动断开,由于限向二极管(16)的作用,微型直流水泵(14)得不到正负极电压,不会工作,同时半导体制冷发热片(10)也是在反向电压中工作,所以半导体制冷发热片(10)是在制热状态,墙面板导热面(9)就会慢慢的热起来,无需水冷却循环。整个过程使能制冷发热的墙面板连到制冷发热效果。

Claims (2)

1.一种能制冷发热的墙面板,其特征在于它包括变压器(19)、低压电源正极(4)与低压电源负极(5)、双向联动开关2(18)和双向联动开关1(17)、半导体制冷发热片(10)、微型直流水泵(14)、限向二极管(16)、吸水管(13)、冷却水槽(12)组成一套制冷发热的工作流程。
2.根据权利要求1所述的能制冷发热的墙面板,其特征是;它还有双向联动开关2(18)、1(17)的两组触点执行着半导体制冷发热片(10)的制冷和发热工作。
