Background
In biology, people find the secret of life by raising and researching animals and plants, and further promote the development of human civilization; many aspects of people's production, life and medical research are closely related to animals from medicine to animal husbandry and from medical research to poultry breeding, and in the research process of the fields, the animals need to be cultivated, transferred and transported; humans cannot communicate with animals efficiently, and thus various interference situations occur when animals are transported; the more common method is that when the animals are transported, the animals are transferred from the places where the animals are frequently placed to the vehicles, the animals are easily frightened and cannot effectively cooperate with operators to enter the cages, so that the animals are difficult to transfer, and the animals struggle to generate large dust, which not only pollutes air, but also influences the working progress of the operators; meanwhile, when the animal struggles, the animal is easy to bite workers or cause collective potential escape, and the situations cause great trouble to the transfer of the animal; in the process of transferring animals to a vehicle, struggled animals can even splash and spread carried germs on human bodies, and serious disease transmission is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides the animal transfer device which is novel in structure and unique in principle, and can reduce struggling amplitude of animals and improve transfer efficiency; effectively prevent the animals from escaping and ensure the efficient, safe, orderly and stable transportation.
In order to solve the problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the animal transfer device comprises a bearing platform, a smoothening assembly and a transfer channel; the front end of the bearing table is higher, and the rear end of the bearing table is lower;
the smoothing assembly comprises a propelling device and a sequencing device; the propelling device comprises a collecting port and a propelling cavity arranged at the rear end of the collecting port, and the collecting port is electrically connected with a discharge electrode of the electrostatic generator; the two side walls of the propulsion cavity are provided with propulsion rotating shafts, the propulsion rotating shafts are sleeved with propulsion brushes, and each propulsion rotating shaft is driven by a driving motor to rotate; the pushing cavity is fixedly connected with a turning-in port of the sequencing device, a sequencing channel is arranged behind the turning-in port, and antistatic layers are arranged on the inner walls of the turning-in port and the two sides of the sequencing channel; the bearing table is connected with a collecting port of the propelling device, and the transfer channel is connected with a sorting channel on the sorting device; the transfer channel is made of a bendable cylinder body.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: feathers and hair on animals are like human skin, and the feathers sense the change of the surrounding environment, wherein the feline is particularly prominent; when the feathers of the animal are stuck, covered or controlled, as if they are covering their sense organs, their action will become sluggish; in the invention, an operator places animals to be transported on a bearing platform, slides down along the smooth bearing platform, then the animals come to a collection port, the collection port transmits static electricity to the animals, the hairs of the animals are fluffy and fried instantly, the shapes of the animals are enlarged instantly, gaps among the animals are enlarged, and the perception is interfered; after sliding into the propelling cavity along the collecting opening, the fluffy hair is contacted with the rotating propelling brush, and the interaction force of the hair and the propelling brush draws the animal to move forwards continuously; because the hair is fluffy and the volume of a single animal is larger, the density of the animals in the propelling cavity is lower, and the animals sequentially and smoothly pass through the propelling cavity and enter the sequencing device; in the process of passing through the sorting device, the transfer port and the sorting channel destatic the animals, so that the hairs of the animals are gathered, the volume is reduced, and the animals loose at intervals pass through the sorting channel and then reach the transfer cage after passing through the transfer channel; when one transfer cage is full, the next transfer cage can be filled only by moving the transfer passage.
Compared with the traditional transfer machine adopting a conveying crawler structure, the transfer machine is small in structure, convenient to carry and combine, low in noise generated in the using process, quiet in running and free of stimulation to animals to cause the resistance of the animals; animals are temporarily 'fixed' by static electricity, and fluffy animals are transported and sequenced, so that the animals are not crowded and enter a cage in order, the crowd injury of the animals is effectively reduced, the survival rate is ensured, and the spread of plague is reduced; meanwhile, the structure is convenient to adjust, the operation can be performed between different transfer cages only by adjusting the transfer channel, the transfer trolley or the transfer machine does not need to be moved repeatedly, and the operation is simple and rapid; the whole transfer process is quiet and efficient, the requirement on operators is low, the animal is slightly damaged, disturbance and dust flying are avoided, and efficient animal transfer is effectively guaranteed; therefore, the method has strong popularization value.
Preferably, the collecting opening and the transferring opening are in a wide-mouth horn shape with a large front part and a small back part; so as to facilitate the collection and the entry of the animals and facilitate the orderly transportation of the animals.
Preferably, an electrostatic wire is woven in the propelling brush and is electrically connected with the discharge electrode; so as to fully expand the animal hair, improve the acting force between the animal hair and the propelling brush and facilitate the propelling of the animal.
Preferably, the outer pipe of the transfer passage is made of a corrugated pipe, the inner pipe made of an elastic material is coaxially arranged in the corrugated pipe, the inner pipe and the outer pipe are adhered, and the surface of the inner pipe is smooth; the structure can effectively reduce the frictional resistance between the animal and the transfer channel, and facilitates the transfer, discharge and returning of the animal.
Preferably, the tail end of the transfer channel is provided with an attraction ring, and the attraction ring comprises a light-emitting layer and an odor layer; so as to induce the animal to run out quickly.

Because the hair is fluffy and the volume of a single animal is large, the density of the animals in the propelling cavity 4 is low, and large intervals are kept among the animals, so that the bruising can be effectively reduced; meanwhile, the animals sequentially and smoothly pass through the propulsion chamber 4 and enter the sequencing device; in the process of passing through the sequencing device, the animals are transferred into the port 6 and the sequencing channel 7 to remove static electricity, so that the hair of the animals is gathered and the volume is reduced, and at the moment, the animals loose at intervals go out of the sequencing channel 7 and reach the transfer cage after passing through the transfer channel 2; in the embodiment, the shell of the transfer channel 2 is made of the corrugated pipe 21, the corrugated pipe can be conveniently bent, so that switching between different transfer cages is facilitated, and meanwhile, the effect of supporting the tubular framework can be achieved, so that smooth passing of animals is guaranteed; the surface of the inner tube 22 is smooth, so that the damage to animals is effectively reduced, and the animals can conveniently walk out; meanwhile, a luminous layer and an odor layer which can attract animals are arranged in the attraction ring 23 arranged at the tail end of the transfer channel 2 so as to induce the animals to rapidly run out; each time one transfer cage 8 is full, only the transfer channel 2 has to be moved to fill the next transfer cage 8.
Meanwhile, in the embodiment, the collecting opening 3 and the turning-in opening 6 are in a wide horn shape with a large front end and a small rear end, and when passing through the collecting opening 3, the animals are primarily sorted and smoothed, so that the piled animals enter in order, and the animals are effectively prevented from being pricked, piled and squeezed; when passing through the transfer port 6 again, the animals are further smoothened and sorted, and the sequential and interval-ordered transfer of the animals is ensured; this structure can promote the orderly transportation of animal, reduces to trample, crowded injury, guarantees survival rate and transportation efficiency.
