Detailed Description

the clamping mechanism 1 comprises a clamp consisting of a lifting clamp 12 and a fixed clamp 11 and a lifting connecting rod 13 for supporting the lifting clamp 12, the clamp comprises a split left clamp and a split right clamp which are respectively arranged at through grooves 41 on the left side and the right side (the left side and the right side shown in fig. 2), the left clamp consists of the fixed clamp 11 positioned on the table surface of the workbench and the lifting clamp 12 positioned above the fixed clamp 11, the left clamp is integrally formed through the lifting connecting rod 13, the lifting connecting rod 13 is of a sleeve structure, a plurality of through holes are vertically arranged on the sleeve structure, and the through holes are matched with the adjusting bolts 14 to adjust the height of the lifting clamp 12 so as to adapt to bamboo shoots She Zatong (see fig. 4) with different heights; the right side fixture is only provided with a fixing clamp 11, and a plurality of baffle plates 15 are arranged at the upper end of the right side fixing clamp 11 and used for blocking the surrounding bamboo leaves to prevent the bamboo leaves from toppling sideways. The guiding and stretching mechanism 2 is divided into a left group and a right group, is symmetrically fixed on a cross beam 42 arranged below the table top of the workbench 4 and comprises a guiding mechanism and a stretching mechanism, the guiding mechanism comprises a limiting block 22 fixed on the cross beam 42, a guide rail 23 fixed on the limiting block 22 and a sliding block 27 positioned in the guide rail 23 and capable of sliding, and the lower ends of fixing clamps 11 at the left side and the right side of the clamping mechanism 1 are respectively fixed on the sliding block 27 through a sliding block connecting rod 210, and the limiting block 22 limits the moving range of the sliding block 27; the stretching mechanism comprises a spring 21, a pulley block 24, a steel rope 25 and a pedal 26, wherein the spring 21 is sleeved in a spring sleeve 28, the spring sleeve 28 is fixed on the lower side of the table top of the workbench 4, one end of the spring 21 is connected to a sliding block connecting rod 210 through a spring connecting rod 29, the other end of the spring 21 is connected with the steel rope 25, the steel rope 25 bypasses the pulley block 24 and is connected to the pedal 26, the pulley block 24 is fixed on a beam 42 of the workbench 4, the pulley block 24 acts on the steel rope 25 to play a role of guiding, tensioning and friction reduction, the pedal 26 is provided with two pedals, two pedals are arranged in a splayed shape, the upper end of the pedal 26 is connected with the steel rope 25, the lower end of the pedal is connected with a pull rod foot arranged on the workbench 4 through a hinge, and the pedal 26 is stepped on to realize stretching of the spring 21; the smooth movement of the clamping mechanism 1 is ensured by the guiding function provided by the guide rail 23 and the pulley block 24. Preferably, a placing plate 8 is fixed on the front side of the table top of the workbench 4 and is used for placing wire binding tools such as a binding hook, scissors and the like for the bamboo shoots She Zatong.
Preferably, one side of the workbench 4 is provided with a threading ring 5 for guiding and hanging the binding wire, so that the binding wire is convenient for operators; the wire threading ring 5 is provided with a wire binding clip, when not in use, the wire binding clip is closed, the wire binding clip clamps the wire binding, the wire binding is prevented from falling off, and when the wire binding is extracted, the wire binding clip is opened.
Preferably, one side of the workbench 4 is also provided with an inner flying box 6, and articles such as product qualification certificates, inner flying and the like are placed in the inner flying box 6, so that the workbench is convenient to take.
