It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, it need not be further defined and explained in subsequent figures. Meanwhile, in the description of the present invention, the terms "first", "second", and the like are used only for distinguishing the description, and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
In the middle of the life, a plurality of cooking devices cook food at high temperature so as to generate a large amount of hot steam, if a user opens the cooking device, the hot steam is sprayed out at the moment when the user opens the door of the cooking device, and the pressure of the hot steam is high and the hot steam is stored in the cooking device, so that the user is easily burnt. Especially for the user who wears glasses, will lead to the user at the one moment of opening cooking equipment door, because the reason of the temperature difference, will cover water smoke on user's the lens, influence user's field of vision for user experience greatly reduced.
In view of this, an embodiment of the present invention provides a rapid cooling system, which is installed in a cooking device, and when a user opens a door of the cooking device, the rapid cooling system conducts hot steam in the cooking device, so that the user is not burnt by spraying, and the user experience is improved. The cooking equipment is cooking equipment capable of generating hot steam in kitchen appliances, such as an electric cooker, an electric steamer, an oven and the like. In the embodiment of the present invention, the operation process of the rapid cooling system is described by taking an electric steaming box as an example, and it is easy to understand that the rapid cooling system can be similarly applied to other cooking devices capable of generating hot steam.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a rapid cooling system 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The rapid cooling system 10 includes a control device 110, a door controlled switch 120, a fan 130, a condensation plate 140, and a heat-generating plate 150. The door control switch 120 is divided into two parts, one part is installed on a door of the cooking apparatus, the other part is installed on the cooking apparatus, the two parts of the door control switch 120 maintain a contact state when the door of the cooking apparatus is closed, when a user opens the door of the cooking apparatus, the two parts of the door control switch 120 are separated to generate a sensing signal, and the sensing signal is transmitted to the control device 110 to inform the control device 110 that the user has opened the door of the cooking apparatus.
The control device 110 responds to the sensing signal to control the open circuit of the heating plate 150 to stop heating.
In addition, the control device 110 controls the fan 130 to rotate reversely to adsorb the hot steam at the door side of the cooking apparatus to move according to a predetermined trajectory. The method specifically comprises the following steps: be provided with a condensation circulation channel on this cooking equipment, this fan sets up in this condensation circulation channel, and this controlling means 110 responds to the reversal of inductive signal control fan, will be located originally will directly pounce on to the user's of cooking equipment hot steam adsorb into in the condensation circulation channel for hot steam is unlikely to directly pounding on to the user and burns the user. Get into condensation circulation channel's hot steam behind condensation circulation channel condensation, get into cooking equipment from condensation circulation channel opposite side in, because the hot steam temperature through the condensation is lower, this hot steam through the condensation will drive the indoor all the other hot steam of cooking equipment and flow along cooking equipment's inner wall, the door of the cooking equipment who opens through the user stops at last, the both sides of the door that opens from cooking equipment flow away, and then when making the user open cooking equipment, through the cooling of certain degree in the cooking equipment, the temperature is unlikely to too high, improve user experience and feel.
In addition, in order to make the condensation effect of the hot steam entering the condensation circulation channel better, in the embodiment of the invention, a condensation plate 140 is further arranged in the condensation circulation channel, and the temperature of the hot steam entering the condensation circulation channel is reduced through the condensation plate 140. Preferably, the control device 110 responds to a signal from the door control switch 120 indicating that the door is opened by a user, and synchronously controls the condensation plate 140 to rotate by a predetermined angle, so that the rotation direction of the condensation plate 140 is consistent with the flow direction of the hot steam in the condensation circulation channel, and the condensation plate 140 does not block the flow direction of the hot steam, thereby increasing the flow rate of the hot steam and achieving a better cooling effect. It should be noted that other devices may be disposed in the condensation circulation channel to achieve the effect of cooling the hot steam, such as a substance like ice crystal or a temperature control device disposed in the condensation circulation channel.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a rapid cooling system 10 applied to a cooking apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the embodiment of the present invention, the cooking apparatus is described by taking the electric steaming box 20 as an example.
The electric steamer 20 is provided with two door control switches 210, the door control switches 210 are divided into two parts, one part is arranged on the door, the other part is arranged on the body of the electric steamer 20, the two parts of the door control switches 210 are in a contact state under the door closing state, and are in a separation state when a user opens the door, and at the moment, a sensing signal is sent to the control device of the electric steamer 20.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of another perspective of the rapid cooling system 10 applied to a cooking apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The bottom of the electric steamer 20 is provided with a heating plate 220, and the heating plate 220 is used for heating food in the electric steamer 20 under the normal working condition of the electric steamer 20. When the control device receives the sensing signal, the heating plate 220 is controlled to stop heating.
In addition, the electric steaming box 20 is further provided with a condensation circulation channel 230, and a fan 240 and a condensation plate 250 are sequentially disposed in the condensation circulation channel 230. The control device is also used for responding to the induction signal to control the fan 240 to reversely rotate to generate negative pressure, and adsorbing the hot steam positioned at the door edge of the electric steam box 20, so that when a user opens the door, the hot steam which is originally supposed to be splashed to the user is influenced by the negative pressure and is adsorbed to enter a condensation circulation channel, the hot steam cannot be directly splashed to the user, and the user experience is improved. The hot steam entering the condensing circulation channel is condensed by the condensing plate 250 and flows into the electric steam box 20 to drive other hot steam of the electric steam box to flow along the inner wall of the electric steam box 20, and finally flows through the two sides of the door after being blocked by the door of the electric steam box 20 opened by a user. The temperature inside electric steamer 20 has been reduced to a certain extent in the inside flow of electric steamer 20 to the hot steam through the condensation for the user is unlikely to return the high temperature in the twinkling of an eye of opening the door, and then has improved user experience and has felt.
Therefore, the scheme is that the door opening operation of the user is sensed, the hot steam on the edge of the door is adsorbed in the moment that the user opens the door, meanwhile, the temperature inside the cooking equipment is reduced to a certain extent through the hot steam with condensation according to the preset track motion, and then the phenomenon that the user opens the door and is burnt by the hot steam in the moment is avoided, and the user experience is improved.
In summary, the rapid cooling system and the cooking apparatus provided in the embodiments of the present invention are mounted on the cooking apparatus, the rapid cooling system includes a door control switch, a control device and a fan, and the door control switch is mounted on a door of the cooking apparatus. The door control switch is used for responding to a door opening operation of a user and sending a sensing signal to the control device, the control device responds to the sensing signal to control the fan to rotate reversely to generate negative pressure and adsorb hot steam near the door of the cooking equipment, and the hot steam in the cooking equipment is blocked by the door of the cooking equipment after moving along a preset track so as to overflow from two sides of the door of the cooking equipment. This scheme is through responding to user's the operation of opening the door for the fan reversal adsorbs cooking equipment door near hot steam and lets hot steam along predetermined orbital motion, reduces when opening the door on the one hand and pounces on to user's hot steam, and on the other hand has reduced hot steam's temperature, has avoided the user to be burnt, has improved user experience and has felt.
