As can be seen from the description of the embodiment of the present invention, the vehicle-mounted terminal obtains the feedback information provided by the vehicle owner, and the feedback information carries the vehicle-mounted unique identifier of the vehicle-mounted terminal; the vehicle-mounted terminal sends the feedback information to the feedback information processing server, the feedback information processing server generates a processing result according to the feedback information, then the processing result is sent to the social server, and the vehicle owner obtains the processing result through the social tool bound with the vehicle-mounted unique identifier. In the embodiment of the invention, after the vehicle-mounted terminal sends the feedback information, the feedback information processing server pushes the processing result to the social server, so that a vehicle owner uses a social tool to inquire the processing result corresponding to the feedback information of the vehicle owner, and the social tool is daily used by the vehicle owner and other users, so that the vehicle owner can obtain the processing result of the feedback information in real time, and the processing efficiency of the feedback information is effectively improved.
In order to better understand and implement the above-mentioned schemes of the embodiments of the present invention, the following description specifically illustrates corresponding application scenarios.
In the vehicle-mounted environment, in view of convenience of App use of the mobile terminal, an OpenId of a social tool account of a vehicle owner is bound with a vehicle-mounted unique identifier WeCarId of the vehicle, and the OpenId is a unique identifier of a common user of the wechat public number and is only valid for the current public number. The embodiment of the invention can be suitable for TAS (Tencent automatic services) intelligent vehicle machines, the processing result can be fed back to the vehicle owner in a WeChat mode, the vehicle owner can timely receive the processing progress of the current feedback content at any time and any place, and the vehicle owner can directly communicate with background workers, so that the intention of a user can be thoroughly known, the feedback efficiency of the user is greatly improved, the enthusiasm of the user feedback is increased, and the vehicle owner can not feel the experience of people in the sea if the stone sinks. The invention further guides the vehicle owner to bind the function of the WeChat through the vehicle owner, when the vehicle owner sends suggestions and feedback and the background processes the feedback content, the client inquires whether the vehicle owner binds the WeChat after the vehicle owner ignites, and if not, the client sends a notification message and TTS broadcasts to remind the user of binding the WeChat so as to inquire the processing result. Meanwhile, when the feedback content acceptance rate of the vehicle owner reaches a certain amount, the vehicle owner can be given certain rewards, so that the vehicle owner is encouraged to actively feed back product problems, and the product experience is improved together.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic view of an application scenario architecture of a feedback information processing method based on a social tool according to an embodiment of the present invention. Taking the vehicle-mounted terminal as a TAS vehicle machine as an example, when the vehicle owner has a problem through voice feedback or manual input on the vehicle machine, the vehicle owner can automatically submit the problem to a feedback information processing server, for example, a server in an operation background, and a background worker can reply to the suggestion and feedback of the vehicle owner. As shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic view of a touch screen of an in-vehicle terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment of the invention is mainly applied to the scene of the car owner, the car owner can directly use the car through touching the button on the screen, the whole voice input is realized, the learning cost is avoided, the voice input is automatically sent after being completed, the operation of the car owner is reduced, and the driving safety is ensured, for example, the car owner clicks the button at the lower right corner in the picture 3 to enter a recording interface. The contents uploaded by the car owner mainly include a voice file of the car owner, a screenshot of a current page, a system log (such as a mobile network module like a navigation module, a 3G module or a 4G module), and public information of the car owner, such as a contact way and a car type. Referring to fig. 4, which is a schematic view of a vehicle-mounted terminal acquiring voice feedback information of a vehicle owner according to an embodiment of the present invention, when the vehicle owner can speak, the vehicle-mounted terminal records, and the vehicle owner can click "send immediately", the vehicle-mounted terminal sends the acquired voice feedback information to a server in an operation background.
If the owner of the vehicle has bound the WeCarId of the vehicle machine through the mobile phone WeChat, the mobile phone WeChat can directly receive the reply of the staff. Specifically, the binding process of the vehicle-mounted terminal is as follows: the WeChat scans the two-dimensional code at the vehicle end, retrieves corresponding settings from a background, provides a binding button, and after clicking the binding button, the WeChat server informs a vehicle-mounted networking server (such as a TAS server) that the OpenId is bound with the device. If the vehicular terminal checks the binding state again, the fact that the binding relationship between the WeCarId and the OpenId is established is found. If the car owner does not bind the car machine through the mobile phone WeChat, the TAS server background records the reply information, after the car owner ignites again, the TAS server inquires whether a processing result replied by the operation background exists or not according to the WeCarId, and specifically, the car-mounted terminal can execute the following inquiry flow: whether the current WeCarId has related reply data or not is obtained through an Httppost request server-side interface, if yes, a notification message is pushed (push) to remind a vehicle owner of checking the bound WeCarId, TTS broadcast and voice response need to be bound, after the vehicle-mounted terminal receives a voice confirmation reply of the vehicle owner, the vehicle-mounted terminal can jump to a vehicle-side WeCarId binding interface, the vehicle owner can bind the WeCarId of the vehicle owner to the vehicle through mobile phone scanning and scanning, reply content can be checked at any time and any place after the binding is successful, and the vehicle-mounted terminal can be communicated with background workers.
According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, a mode of intercommunication of WeChat can be adopted, so that background workers and vehicle owners can communicate in time through WeChat just like friend chatting, the processing efficiency is greatly improved, and the good feeling and the cognition degree of users on products can be improved.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited by the order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the invention. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are preferred embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required by the invention.
To facilitate a better implementation of the above-described aspects of embodiments of the present invention, the following also provides relevant means for implementing the above-described aspects.
Referring to fig. 5-a, a vehicle-mounted terminal 500 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: an obtaining module 501, a sending module 502, wherein,
an obtaining module 501, configured to obtain feedback information provided by a vehicle owner, where the feedback information carries a vehicle-mounted unique identifier of the vehicle-mounted terminal;
a sending module 502, configured to send the feedback information to a feedback information processing server, where the feedback information processing server generates a processing result according to the feedback information, and then sends the processing result to a social server, where the vehicle owner obtains the processing result through a social tool bound to the vehicle-mounted unique identifier.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the obtaining module 501 is specifically configured to collect voice feedback information provided by an owner through a microphone, and trigger the sending module to execute when it is determined that the owner does not continue to provide the voice feedback information within a preset time period; or, acquiring data feedback information input by the vehicle owner through the touch screen, and triggering the sending module to execute when the vehicle owner does not continuously input the data feedback information within a preset time period.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the data feedback information includes at least one of the following information: the system comprises a screen capture displayed by the touch screen, an operating system log of the vehicle-mounted terminal and personal information of the vehicle owner.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the obtaining module 501 is specifically configured to collect voice feedback information provided by a vehicle owner through a microphone, perform voice recognition on the voice feedback information, and trigger the sending module to execute if the vehicle owner indication needs to be sent is recognized from the voice feedback information; or the like, or, alternatively,
the obtaining module 502 is specifically configured to obtain data feedback information input by a vehicle owner through a touch screen, and trigger the sending module to execute when a sending instruction triggered by the vehicle owner clicking the screen is determined to be obtained from the touch screen.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the vehicle-mounted unique identifier is bound to the social tool of the vehicle owner, the obtaining module 501 is specifically configured to obtain feedback information from the social tool operated by the vehicle owner.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 5-b, the vehicle-mounted terminal further includes:
a receiving module 503, configured to receive the indication message pushed by the vehicle-mounted networking server, where a communication connection is established between the vehicle-mounted networking server and the vehicle-mounted terminal;
and a reminding module 504, configured to remind the vehicle owner to query the processing result using the social tool bound to the vehicle-mounted unique identifier according to the indication message.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 5-c, the vehicle-mounted terminal 500 further includes: a voice detection module 505, wherein,
the sending module 502 is further configured to send a prompting message for binding a social tool to the vehicle owner when the receiving module 503 determines that the vehicle-mounted unique identifier is not bound to the social tool after receiving the indication message pushed by the vehicle-mounted networking server;
the voice detection module 505 is configured to detect a voice binding indication sent by the vehicle owner;
the sending module 502 is further configured to provide the vehicle-mounted unique identifier by a vehicle-mounted terminal, so that the social tool completes the binding with the vehicle-mounted unique identifier.
Further, in some embodiments of the present invention, a two-dimensional code corresponding to the vehicle-mounted unique identifier is configured on the vehicle-mounted terminal, and the sending module 502 is specifically configured to display a binding interface through a touch screen when the social tool operated by the vehicle owner obtains the two-dimensional code; after the vehicle owner performs the binding operation of the social tool and the vehicle-mounted unique identifier on the binding interface, the binding relation between the social tool and the vehicle-mounted unique identifier is obtained from the vehicle-mounted networking server, and the vehicle-mounted networking server obtains the social tool from the social server and binds the social tool and the vehicle-mounted unique identifier through the social tool.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the reminding module 504 is specifically configured to remind the vehicle owner to query the processing result by using a social tool bound to the vehicle-mounted unique identifier in a text-to-speech TTS broadcast manner.
As can be seen from the description of the embodiment of the present invention, the vehicle-mounted terminal obtains the feedback information provided by the vehicle owner, and the feedback information carries the vehicle-mounted unique identifier of the vehicle-mounted terminal; the vehicle-mounted terminal sends the feedback information to the feedback information processing server, the feedback information processing server generates a processing result according to the feedback information, then the processing result is sent to the social server, and the vehicle owner obtains the processing result through the social tool bound with the vehicle-mounted unique identifier. In the embodiment of the invention, after the vehicle-mounted terminal sends the feedback information, the feedback information processing server pushes the processing result to the social server, so that a vehicle owner uses a social tool to inquire the processing result corresponding to the feedback information of the vehicle owner, and the social tool is daily used by the vehicle owner and other users, so that the vehicle owner can obtain the processing result of the feedback information in real time, and the processing efficiency of the feedback information is effectively improved.
As shown in fig. 6, for convenience of description, only the parts related to the embodiment of the present invention are shown, and details of the specific technology are not disclosed, please refer to the method part of the embodiment of the present invention. The terminal may be any terminal device including a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), a POS (Point of Sales), a vehicle-mounted computer, etc., taking the terminal as the mobile phone as an example:
fig. 6 is a block diagram illustrating a partial structure of a mobile phone related to a terminal provided in an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 6, the handset includes: radio Frequency (RF) circuit 1010, memory 1020, input unit 1030, display unit 1040, sensor 1050, audio circuit 1060, wireless fidelity (WiFi) module 1070, processor 1080, and power source 1090. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the handset configuration shown in fig. 6 is not intended to be limiting and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components.
The following describes each component of the mobile phone in detail with reference to fig. 6:
RF circuit 1010 may be used for receiving and transmitting signals during information transmission and reception or during a call, and in particular, for processing downlink information of a base station after receiving the downlink information to processor 1080; in addition, the data for designing uplink is transmitted to the base station. In general, RF circuit 1010 includes, but is not limited to, an antenna, at least one Amplifier, a transceiver, a coupler, a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA), a duplexer, and the like. In addition, the RF circuitry 1010 may also communicate with networks and other devices via wireless communications. The wireless communication may use any communication standard or protocol, including but not limited to Global System for Mobile communication (GSM), General Packet Radio Service (GPRS), Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA), Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA), Long Term Evolution (LTE), email, Short Messaging Service (SMS), and the like.
The memory 1020 can be used for storing software programs and modules, and the processor 1080 executes various functional applications and data processing of the mobile phone by operating the software programs and modules stored in the memory 1020. The memory 1020 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required by at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like; the storage data area may store data (such as audio data, a phonebook, etc.) created according to the use of the cellular phone, and the like. Further, the memory 1020 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device.
The input unit 1030 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the cellular phone. Specifically, the input unit 1030 may include a touch panel 1031 and other input devices 1032. The touch panel 1031, also referred to as a touch screen, may collect touch operations by a user (e.g., operations by a user on or near the touch panel 1031 using any suitable object or accessory such as a finger, a stylus, etc.) and drive corresponding connection devices according to a preset program. Alternatively, the touch panel 1031 may include two parts, a touch detection device and a touch controller. The touch detection device detects the touch direction of a user, detects a signal brought by touch operation and transmits the signal to the touch controller; the touch controller receives touch information from the touch sensing device, converts the touch information into touch point coordinates, sends the touch point coordinates to the processor 1080, and can receive and execute commands sent by the processor 1080. In addition, the touch panel 1031 may be implemented by various types such as a resistive type, a capacitive type, an infrared ray, and a surface acoustic wave. The input unit 1030 may include other input devices 1032 in addition to the touch panel 1031. In particular, other input devices 1032 may include, but are not limited to, one or more of a physical keyboard, function keys (such as volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a track ball, a mouse, a joystick, or the like.
The display unit 1040 may be used to display information input by a user or information provided to the user and various menus of the cellular phone. The Display unit 1040 may include a Display panel 1041, and optionally, the Display panel 1041 may be configured in the form of a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), an Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED), or the like. Further, the touch panel 1031 can cover the display panel 1041, and when the touch panel 1031 detects a touch operation on or near the touch panel 1031, the touch operation is transmitted to the processor 1080 to determine the type of the touch event, and then the processor 1080 provides a corresponding visual output on the display panel 1041 according to the type of the touch event. Although in fig. 6, the touch panel 1031 and the display panel 1041 are two independent components to implement the input and output functions of the mobile phone, in some embodiments, the touch panel 1031 and the display panel 1041 may be integrated to implement the input and output functions of the mobile phone.
The handset may also include at least one sensor 1050, such as a light sensor, motion sensor, and other sensors. Specifically, the light sensor may include an ambient light sensor and a proximity sensor, wherein the ambient light sensor may adjust the brightness of the display panel 1041 according to the brightness of ambient light, and the proximity sensor may turn off the display panel 1041 and/or the backlight when the mobile phone moves to the ear. As one of the motion sensors, the accelerometer sensor can detect the magnitude of acceleration in each direction (generally, three axes), can detect the magnitude and direction of gravity when stationary, and can be used for applications of recognizing the posture of a mobile phone (such as horizontal and vertical screen switching, related games, magnetometer posture calibration), vibration recognition related functions (such as pedometer and tapping), and the like; as for other sensors such as a gyroscope, a barometer, a hygrometer, a thermometer, and an infrared sensor, which can be configured on the mobile phone, further description is omitted here.
Audio circuitry 1060, speaker 1061, microphone 1062 may provide an audio interface between the user and the handset. The audio circuit 1060 can transmit the electrical signal converted from the received audio data to the speaker 1061, and the electrical signal is converted into a sound signal by the speaker 1061 and output; on the other hand, the microphone 1062 converts the collected sound signal into an electrical signal, which is received by the audio circuit 1060 and converted into audio data, which is then processed by the audio data output processor 1080 and then sent to, for example, another cellular phone via the RF circuit 1010, or output to the memory 1020 for further processing.
WiFi belongs to short-distance wireless transmission technology, and the mobile phone can help the user to send and receive e-mail, browse web pages, access streaming media, etc. through the WiFi module 1070, which provides wireless broadband internet access for the user. Although fig. 6 shows the WiFi module 1070, it is understood that it does not belong to the essential constitution of the handset, and can be omitted entirely as needed within the scope not changing the essence of the invention.
The processor 1080 is a control center of the mobile phone, connects various parts of the whole mobile phone by using various interfaces and lines, and executes various functions of the mobile phone and processes data by operating or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 1020 and calling data stored in the memory 1020, thereby integrally monitoring the mobile phone. Optionally, processor 1080 may include one or more processing units; preferably, the processor 1080 may integrate an application processor, which handles primarily the operating system, user interfaces, applications, etc., and a modem processor, which handles primarily the wireless communications. It is to be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into processor 1080.
The handset also includes a power source 1090 (e.g., a battery) for powering the various components, which may preferably be logically coupled to the processor 1080 via a power management system to manage charging, discharging, and power consumption via the power management system.
Although not shown, the mobile phone may further include a camera, a bluetooth module, etc., which are not described herein.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the processor 1080 included in the terminal further has a flow for controlling and executing the above social tool-based feedback information processing method executed by the in-vehicle terminal.
It should be noted that the above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely schematic, where the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and the parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on multiple network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. In addition, in the drawings of the embodiment of the apparatus provided by the present invention, the connection relationship between the modules indicates that there is a communication connection between them, and may be specifically implemented as one or more communication buses or signal lines. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the present invention may be implemented by software plus necessary general hardware, and may also be implemented by special hardware including special integrated circuits, special CPUs, special memories, special components and the like. Generally, functions performed by computer programs can be easily implemented by corresponding hardware, and specific hardware structures for implementing the same functions may be various, such as analog circuits, digital circuits, or dedicated circuits. However, the implementation of a software program is a more preferable embodiment for the present invention. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a readable storage medium, such as a floppy disk, a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk of a computer, and includes instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the methods according to the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (20)

1. A feedback information processing method based on social tools is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a vehicle-mounted terminal acquires feedback information provided by a vehicle owner, wherein the feedback information carries a vehicle-mounted unique identifier of the vehicle-mounted terminal and feedback content provided by the vehicle owner for an application program or a functional service of the vehicle-mounted terminal;
the vehicle-mounted terminal sends the feedback information to a feedback information processing server, the feedback information processing server generates a processing result according to the feedback information, then the processing result is sent to a social server, the vehicle owner obtains the processing result through a social tool bound with the vehicle-mounted unique identifier, and the processing result comprises processing progress and a processing mode aiming at the feedback information.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the feedback information provided by the vehicle owner by the vehicle-mounted terminal comprises:
the vehicle-mounted terminal collects voice feedback information provided by a vehicle owner through a microphone, and triggers the following steps to execute when the vehicle owner does not continuously provide the voice feedback information within a preset time period: the vehicle-mounted terminal sends the feedback information to a feedback information processing server; or the like, or, alternatively,
the vehicle-mounted terminal acquires data feedback information input by a vehicle owner through a touch screen, and triggers the following steps to execute when the vehicle owner does not continuously input the data feedback information within a preset time period: and the vehicle-mounted terminal sends the feedback information to a feedback information processing server.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the data feedback information comprises at least one of the following information: the system comprises a screen capture displayed by the touch screen, an operating system log of the vehicle-mounted terminal and personal information of the vehicle owner.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the feedback information provided by the vehicle owner by the vehicle-mounted terminal comprises:
the vehicle-mounted terminal collects voice feedback information provided by a vehicle owner through a microphone, carries out voice recognition on the voice feedback information, and triggers the following steps to execute if the vehicle owner indication is recognized from the voice feedback information and needs to be sent: the vehicle-mounted terminal sends the feedback information to a feedback information processing server; or the like, or, alternatively,
the vehicle-mounted terminal acquires data feedback information input by a vehicle owner through a touch screen, and triggers the following steps to execute when a sending instruction triggered by clicking the screen by the vehicle owner is acquired from the touch screen: and the vehicle-mounted terminal sends the feedback information to a feedback information processing server.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein when the vehicle-mounted unique identifier is bound with the social tool of the vehicle owner, the vehicle-mounted terminal acquires feedback information provided by the vehicle owner, and the method comprises the following steps:
and the vehicle-mounted terminal acquires feedback information from the social tool operated by the vehicle owner.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein if the feedback information processing server sends the feedback information processing completion indication message to an in-vehicle networking server, the method further comprises:
the vehicle-mounted terminal receives the indication message pushed by the vehicle-mounted networking server, and a communication connection is established between the vehicle-mounted networking server and the vehicle-mounted terminal;
and the vehicle-mounted terminal reminds the vehicle owner to inquire the processing result by using the social tool bound with the vehicle-mounted unique identifier according to the indication message.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein after the vehicle-mounted terminal receives the indication message pushed by the vehicle-mounted networking server, the method further comprises:
when the vehicle-mounted terminal determines that the vehicle-mounted unique identifier is not bound with the social tool, the vehicle-mounted terminal sends a reminding message for binding the social tool;
the vehicle-mounted terminal detects a voice binding instruction sent by the vehicle owner;
and the vehicle-mounted terminal provides the vehicle-mounted unique identifier for the social tool so that the social tool completes the binding with the vehicle-mounted unique identifier.

The method of claim 7, wherein a two-dimensional code corresponding to the vehicle-mounted unique identifier is configured on the vehicle-mounted terminal, and the vehicle-mounted terminal provides the vehicle-mounted unique identifier to the social tool, and the method comprises the following steps:
when the social tool operated by the owner obtains the two-dimensional code, the vehicle-mounted terminal displays a binding interface through a touch screen;
and after the vehicle owner executes the binding operation of the social tool and the vehicle-mounted unique identifier on the binding interface, the vehicle-mounted terminal acquires the binding relationship between the social tool and the vehicle-mounted unique identifier from the vehicle-mounted networking server.

The method according to any one of claims 6 to 8, wherein the step of prompting the vehicle owner to query the processing result by using a social tool bound with the vehicle-mounted unique identifier according to the indication message by the vehicle-mounted terminal comprises the following steps:
and the vehicle-mounted terminal reminds the vehicle owner to query the processing result by using a social tool bound with the vehicle-mounted unique identifier in a text-to-speech TTS (text to speech) broadcasting mode.
10. A vehicle-mounted terminal characterized by comprising:

The vehicle-mounted terminal according to claim 10, wherein the acquiring module is specifically configured to collect voice feedback information provided by a vehicle owner through a microphone, and trigger the sending module to execute the voice feedback information when it is determined that the vehicle owner does not continue to provide the voice feedback information within a preset time period; or, acquiring data feedback information input by the vehicle owner through the touch screen, and triggering the sending module to execute when the vehicle owner does not continuously input the data feedback information within a preset time period.

The vehicle-mounted terminal according to claim 11, wherein the data feedback information includes at least one of the following information: the system comprises a screen capture displayed by the touch screen, an operating system log of the vehicle-mounted terminal and personal information of the vehicle owner.

The vehicle-mounted terminal according to claim 10, wherein the acquiring module is specifically configured to collect voice feedback information provided by a vehicle owner through a microphone, perform voice recognition on the voice feedback information, and trigger the sending module to execute if the vehicle owner's instruction needs to be sent out from the voice feedback information; or the like, or, alternatively,
the acquisition module is specifically used for acquiring data feedback information input by a vehicle owner through a touch screen, and triggering the sending module to execute when a sending instruction triggered by the vehicle owner clicking the screen is determined to be acquired from the touch screen.
14. The vehicle-mounted terminal according to claim 10, wherein the obtaining module is specifically configured to obtain the feedback information from a social tool operated by the vehicle owner when the vehicle-mounted unique identifier is bound to the social tool of the vehicle owner.
15. The in-vehicle terminal according to claim 10, further comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving an indication message pushed by a vehicle-mounted networking server, and a communication connection is established between the vehicle-mounted networking server and the vehicle-mounted terminal;
and the reminding module is used for reminding the vehicle owner to inquire the processing result by using the social tool account bound with the vehicle-mounted unique identifier according to the indication message.
16. The in-vehicle terminal according to claim 15, wherein the in-vehicle terminal further comprises: a voice detection module, wherein,
the sending module is further configured to send a prompting message for binding a social tool when the receiving module determines that the vehicle-mounted unique identifier is not bound with the social tool after receiving the indication message pushed by the vehicle-mounted networking server;
the voice detection module is used for detecting a voice binding instruction sent by the vehicle owner;
the sending module is further configured to provide the vehicle-mounted unique identifier for the vehicle-mounted terminal, so that the social tool is bound with the vehicle-mounted unique identifier.

The vehicle-mounted terminal according to claim 16, wherein a two-dimensional code corresponding to the unique vehicle-mounted identifier is configured on the vehicle-mounted terminal, and the sending module is specifically configured to display a binding interface through a touch screen when the social tool operated by the vehicle owner obtains the two-dimensional code; and after the vehicle owner executes the binding operation of the social tool and the vehicle-mounted unique identifier on the binding interface, acquiring the binding relationship between the social tool and the vehicle-mounted unique identifier from the vehicle-mounted networking server.
18. The vehicle-mounted terminal according to any one of claims 15 to 17, wherein the reminding module is specifically configured to remind the vehicle owner to query the processing result by using a social tool bound to the vehicle-mounted unique identifier in a text-to-speech (TTS) broadcast manner.
19. A terminal device comprising a processor and a memory;
the memory is used for storing a software program;
the processor is used for executing the feedback information processing method based on the social tool according to any one of claims 1 to 9 by running the software program.
20. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein a software program is stored in the computer-readable storage medium, and the software program is used for causing a computer device to execute the social tool based feedback information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
