Abstract
本发明公开了一种30KW充电模块,包括机壳以及设于机壳内的电源主电路和电源控制电路,所述电源主电路包括EMI滤波器、软启动电路、整流及FPC主电路、DC/DC变换器、高频变压器、输出滤波电路、输出电路和辅助电源;所述输出电路的输出电压为200V‑950V。本发明将电压范围做到了200‑950V,拓宽了电压和恒功率范围,满足了未来一段时间的用户需求,且能满足高低压恒功率的输出,既为充电桩厂家减少工作量,又为车主节省了充电等待时间。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及新能源技术领域,特别是一种30KW充电模块。
背景技术
充电桩行业是新兴产业,拉动了相当长时间的投资热潮,但随着补贴政策的退坡、竞争的加剧,行业发展由百米冲刺转为马拉松赛跑。目前整车电压升高的趋势不可避免,比亚迪的K8 和C9 两款大巴最高电压已经超过了800V,保时捷的最新电动车型预计会做到950V、330KW 大功率充电,这不仅是市场现在需要的产品,也是即将需要的产品。较早期的恒流模块只能在最高电压实现满功率输出,随着电压降低线性降额,但实际上充电功率需求更大的往往是在低压段,因此充电模块的恒功率区间可谓是评判模块实用性的最重要参考。为了在低压段获得更大电流,惯用做法是开发两款模块——高压版和低压版,这给充电桩生产厂商的备货生产增加了一定的工作量,也把充电运营商置于比较尴尬的境地,为了满足全部车型的充电需求,250-750V 通用模块是最好的选择,例如北汽EU260在SOC 90%以下需求充电电流都是125A 左右,在60KW-750V 充电桩上充电,传统的模块在330V 的需求电压下仅能输出80A 电流,实际充电功率只有26.4KW。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种30KW充电模块,本申请将电压范围做到了200-950V,拓宽了电压和恒功率范围,满足了未来一段时间的用户需求,且能满足高低压恒功率的输出,既为充电桩厂家减少工作量,又为车主节省了充电等待时间。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种30KW充电模块,包括机壳以及设于机壳内的电源主电路和电源控制电路,所述电源主电路包括EMI滤波器、软启动电路、整流及FPC主电路、DC/DC变换器、高频变压器、输出滤波电路、输出电路和辅助电源;所述EMI滤波电路的电源输出端依次通过软启动电路、整流及FPC主电路、DC/DC变换器、高频变压器、输出滤波电路和输出电路的电源输入端相连;所述整流及FPC主电路的输出端还与辅助电源的输入端相连,所述辅助电源的输出端与所述电源控制电路的输入端相连,所述电源控制电路分别与所述整流及FPC主电路、DC/DC变换器的信号端相连,所述高频变压器和所述输出滤波电路的信号端还分别与电源控制电路的信号端相连。
进一步的,在本发明中,所述电源控制电路包括控制脉冲产生电路、驱动电路、电压反馈控制电路、保护电路和辅助电源电路。
进一步的,在本发明中,所述机壳包括前面板以及矩形壳体,所述前面板安装于矩形壳体的前侧面,并与所述矩形壳体固定为一体;所述前面板上设有显示屏、控制按键以及散热孔。
进一步的,在本发明中,所述输出电路的输出电压为200V-950V。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)将电压范围做到了200-950V,拓宽了电压和恒功率范围,满足了未来一段时间的用户需求;
(2)最大输出电流能做到100A,在330V可以满功率输出,充电速度是传统模块的1.56倍,实现了真正的高低压恒功率输出,既为充电桩厂家减少工作量,又为车主节省了充电等待时间。

需要说明的是,以下实施例中所提供的图示仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本构想,遂图式中仅显示与本发明中有关的组件而非按照实际实施时的组件数目、形状及尺寸绘制,其实际实施时各组件的型态、数量及比例可为一种随意的改变,且其组件布局型态也可能更为复杂。
实施例:
一种30KW充电模块,请参阅附图1-附图2所示,包括机壳10以及设于机壳10内的电源主电路和电源控制电路23,所述电源主电路包括EMI滤波器15、软启动电路16、整流及FPC主电路17、DC/DC变换器18、高频变压器19、输出滤波电路20、输出电路21和辅助电源22;所述EMI滤波电路15的电源输出端依次通过软启动电路16、整流及FPC主电路17、DC/DC变换器18、高频变压器19、输出滤波电路20和输出电路21的电源输入端相连;所述整流及FPC主电路17的输出端还与辅助电源21的输入端相连,所述辅助电源22的输出端与所述电源控制电路23的输入端相连,所述电源控制电路23分别与所述整流及FPC主电路17、DC/DC变换器18的信号端相连,所述高频变压器19和所述输出滤波电路20的信号端还分别与电源控制电路23的信号端相连。
需要说明的是,本申请所述充电模块由机壳10、电源主电路和电源控制电路23三部分构成,机壳10既可起到固定的作用,也可以起到屏蔽的作用,电源主电路是负责进行功率转换的部分,通过适当的控制主电路可以将三相市电转化为所需的电压或电流,而电源控制电路则根据实际的需要产生电源主电路所需的控制脉冲和提供各种保护功能。
进一步的,由三相市电经过EMI滤波器15和软启动电路16,使得三相交流电进入整流环节,传统的三相二极管不控整流器,进行整流时网侧电流呈尖峰状,谐波含量打,功率因数低,因此必须引入FPC电路以校正功率因数,且使得网侧电流正弦化。
由整流及FPC主电路17得到的直流电压作为辅助电源的输入,可得到提供电源控制电路23等芯片的供电电源,以保证电源控制电路23的正常工作。由DC/DC直流变换器18将直流电压变换成脉冲电压,作为高频变压器19原边的输入,经过变压后的脉冲电压再由输出滤波电路20处理,机壳10得到输出可调的直流电压,并送入输出电路21。
优选的,所述电源控制电路23包括控制脉冲产生电路、驱动电路、电压反馈控制电路、保护电路和辅助电源电路,电源控制电路23是实现开关电源正常工作的重要组成部分,担负着开关电源性能的优劣程度,电源控制电路23是整个电源主电路的大脑;电源控制电路23控制着整个充电模块的工作并实现相应的保护功能。
优选的,所述机壳10包括前面板11以及矩形壳体,所述前面板11安装于矩形壳体的前侧面,并与所述矩形壳体固定为一体;所述前面板11上设有显示屏13、控制按键14以及散热孔12。

1.一种30KW充电模块,其特征在于,包括机壳以及设于机壳内的电源主电路和电源控制电路,所述电源主电路包括EMI滤波器、软启动电路、整流及FPC主电路、DC/DC变换器、高频变压器、输出滤波电路、输出电路和辅助电源;所述EMI滤波电路的电源输出端依次通过软启动电路、整流及FPC主电路、DC/DC变换器、高频变压器、输出滤波电路和输出电路的电源输入端相连;所述整流及FPC主电路的输出端还与辅助电源的输入端相连,所述辅助电源的输出端与所述电源控制电路的输入端相连,所述电源控制电路分别与所述整流及FPC主电路、DC/DC变换器的信号端相连,所述高频变压器和所述输出滤波电路的信号端还分别与电源控制电路的信号端相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种30KW充电模块,其特征在于,所述电源控制电路包括控制脉冲产生电路、驱动电路、电压反馈控制电路、保护电路和辅助电源电路。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种30KW充电模块,其特征在于,所述机壳包括前面板以及矩形壳体,所述前面板安装于矩形壳体的前侧面,并与所述矩形壳体固定为一体;所述前面板上设有显示屏、控制按键以及散热孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种30KW充电模块,其特征在于,所述输出电路的输出电压为200V-950V。
