In order to facilitate the electronic eye to process the picture information, the occupation time of the vehicle may be set as a time from when the front wheel of the vehicle enters the preset traffic collision region to when the rear wheel of the vehicle exits the preset traffic collision region. The electronic eye can judge the time when the front wheel of the vehicle enters the preset traffic conflict area and the time when the rear wheel of the vehicle exits the preset traffic conflict area, and the electronic eye captures the picture information when the front wheel of the vehicle enters the preset traffic conflict area, namely the picture information when the vehicle enters the preset traffic conflict area; and the picture information of the rear wheel of the vehicle exiting the preset traffic collision area, namely the picture information of the vehicle exiting the preset traffic collision area. The electronic eye sends the collected picture information to a management center, wherein the picture information comprises time information. After receiving the picture information including the time information sent by the electronic eye, the management center 10 may calculate the occupied time of the vehicle in the preset traffic collision area by subtracting the time corresponding to the picture information when the rear wheel of the vehicle exits from the preset traffic collision area from the time corresponding to the picture information when the front wheel of the vehicle enters the preset traffic collision area.
On the basis of the embodiment, the embodiment of the invention acquires the driving state information and the vehicle information of the vehicle by acquiring the picture information of the vehicle, is convenient to obtain the occupation time of the vehicle in the preset traffic conflict area, and lays a foundation for judging the violation behaviors.
The system provided by the embodiment of the invention is used for the method, and specific functions can refer to the method flow, which is not described herein again.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 8, the electronic device 1 includes a processor 801, a memory 802, and a bus 803. Wherein, the processor 801 and the memory 802 complete communication with each other through the bus 803; the processor 801 is configured to call program instructions in the memory 802 to perform the methods provided by the above-described method embodiments, including for example: acquiring running state information of a vehicle; and if judging that the occupied time of the vehicle in a preset traffic conflict area exceeds a preset time threshold value, generating violation information of the vehicle, and sending the violation information of the vehicle to a communication terminal of the vehicle according to the vehicle information.
An embodiment of the present invention discloses a computer program product, which includes a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, the computer program including program instructions, when the program instructions are executed by a computer, the computer can execute the methods provided by the above method embodiments, for example, the method includes: acquiring running state information and vehicle information of a vehicle; and if judging that the occupied time of the vehicle in a preset traffic conflict area exceeds a preset time threshold value according to the running state information of the vehicle, generating violation information of the vehicle, and sending the violation information of the vehicle to a communication terminal of the vehicle according to the vehicle information.
Embodiments of the present invention provide a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, which stores computer instructions, where the computer instructions cause the computer to perform the methods provided by the above method embodiments, for example, the methods include: acquiring running state information of a vehicle; and if judging that the occupied time of the vehicle in a preset traffic conflict area exceeds a preset time threshold value, generating violation information of the vehicle, and sending the violation information of the vehicle to a communication terminal of the vehicle according to the vehicle information.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps for implementing the method embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to program instructions, and the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when executed, the program performs the steps including the method embodiments; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.

Claims (8)

1. A method for managing refined vehicle behaviors in a traffic conflict area is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the management center acquires the driving state information and the vehicle information of the vehicle, which are sent by the monitoring terminal equipment;
the management center generates violation information of the vehicle if judging and knowing that the occupied time of the vehicle in a preset traffic conflict area exceeds a preset time threshold according to the running state information of the vehicle, and sends the violation information of the vehicle to a communication terminal of the vehicle according to the vehicle information; the preset traffic conflict area comprises a rectangular area arranged at an interweaving area, a signal intersection and a ramp-in connecting line;
the acquiring the driving state information and the vehicle information of the vehicle specifically includes:
receiving picture information of the vehicle, which is acquired by monitoring terminal equipment;
the picture information comprises picture information when the vehicle enters the preset traffic conflict area and picture information when the vehicle exits the preset traffic conflict area; the picture information comprises time information;
acquiring the driving state information and the vehicle information of the vehicle according to the picture information;
the occupied time of the vehicle is the time from the front wheel of the vehicle entering the preset traffic conflict area to the time from the rear wheel of the vehicle exiting the preset traffic conflict area; the monitoring terminal device captures picture information when a front wheel of the vehicle enters the preset traffic conflict area, namely the picture information when the vehicle enters the preset traffic conflict area; and picture information of the rear wheel of the vehicle exiting the preset traffic collision area, namely the picture information of the vehicle exiting the preset traffic collision area, and sending the picture information to the management center; and after receiving the picture information containing the time information sent by the monitoring terminal equipment, the management center makes a difference between the time corresponding to the picture information that the rear wheel of the vehicle exits the preset traffic conflict area and the time corresponding to the picture information that the front wheel of the vehicle enters the preset traffic conflict area, so as to obtain the occupied time of the vehicle in the preset traffic conflict area.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the driving state information and the vehicle information of the vehicle further comprises:
receiving video information of the vehicle, which is acquired by monitoring terminal equipment;
and acquiring the running state information and the vehicle information of the vehicle according to the video information of the vehicle.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and determining the position of the preset traffic conflict area, and setting a marked line in the preset traffic conflict area, wherein the marked line comprises information of a yellow solid line and the preset time threshold.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and arranging a sign board in a preset area range close to the preset traffic conflict area for warning the existence of the preset traffic conflict area, wherein the sign board comprises a red area and is displayed with the preset time threshold information on the sign board.
5. A refined vehicle behavior management system for a traffic conflict area, comprising:
the management center is specifically used for acquiring the running state information and the vehicle information of the vehicle; according to the running state information of the vehicle, if judging that the occupied time of the vehicle in a preset traffic conflict area exceeds a preset time threshold value, generating violation information of the vehicle, and sending the violation information of the vehicle to a communication terminal of the vehicle according to the vehicle information; the preset traffic conflict area comprises a rectangular area arranged at an interweaving area, a signal intersection and a ramp-in connecting line;
the monitoring terminal device is specifically used for acquiring the running state information and the vehicle information of the vehicle and sending the running state information and the vehicle information to the management center;
the monitoring terminal device is specifically configured to:
collecting picture information of the vehicle;
the picture information comprises picture information when the vehicle enters the preset traffic conflict area and picture information when the vehicle exits the preset traffic conflict area; the picture information comprises time information;
sending the picture information of the vehicle to the management center, wherein the picture information of the vehicle is used for the management center to acquire the occupied time of the vehicle in the preset traffic conflict area by using the picture information of the vehicle;
the occupied time of the vehicle is the time from the front wheel of the vehicle entering the preset traffic conflict area to the time from the rear wheel of the vehicle exiting the preset traffic conflict area; the monitoring terminal device captures picture information when a front wheel of the vehicle enters the preset traffic conflict area, namely the picture information when the vehicle enters the preset traffic conflict area; and picture information of the rear wheel of the vehicle exiting the preset traffic collision area, namely the picture information of the vehicle exiting the preset traffic collision area, and sending the picture information to the management center; and after receiving the picture information containing the time information sent by the monitoring terminal equipment, the management center makes a difference between the time corresponding to the picture information that the rear wheel of the vehicle exits the preset traffic conflict area and the time corresponding to the picture information that the front wheel of the vehicle enters the preset traffic conflict area, so as to obtain the occupied time of the vehicle in the preset traffic conflict area.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the monitoring terminal device is further configured to:
collecting video information of the vehicle;
and sending the video information of the vehicle to the management center, so that the management center can know the occupied time of the vehicle in the preset traffic conflict area by using the video information of the vehicle.
7. An electronic device, comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the processor and the memory communicate with each other via a bus; the memory stores program instructions executable by the processor, the processor invoking the program instructions to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 2.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1 to 2.
