Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
Referring to FIG. 1, an exemplary system architecture 100 to which embodiments of the present application may be applied is shown.
As shown in fig. 1, system architecture 100 may include terminal devices 101, 102, network 103, and servers 104, 105, 106, and 107. The network 103 is the medium used to provide communication links between the terminal devices 101, 102 and the servers 104, 105, 106, 107. Network 103 may include various connection types, such as wired, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, to name a few.
The user 110 may use the terminal device 101, 102 to interact with the server 104, 105, 106, 107 via the network 103 to access various services, such as browsing web pages, downloading data, etc.
The terminal devices 101, 102 may be various electronic devices including, but not limited to, personal computers, smart phones, smart televisions, tablet computers, personal digital assistants, e-book readers, and the like.
The servers 104, 105, 106, 107 may be servers that provide various services. The server may provide the service in response to a service request of the user. It will be appreciated that one server may provide one or more services, and that the same service may be provided by multiple servers.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, and servers in fig. 1 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
As mentioned in the background art, the preset text information, the time, the place, and the weather during shooting, and the watermark addition of the information such as the text information inputted by the user, which are supported by the prior art, have the problem that the selection is limited, so that the user can lose the freshness after using the device, and the user's stickiness is poor.
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, embodiments of the present application provide a watermarking scheme. After the preference information of the user is obtained, a more personalized watermark candidate item is retrieved based on the preference information of the user, so that the user experience and the user viscosity are effectively improved. The method of the embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to a flowchart.
Referring to fig. 2, an exemplary flow chart of a watermarking method according to an embodiment of the present application is shown. The method shown in fig. 2 may be executed in the terminal device in fig. 1, or the terminal device and the server cooperate to execute the method. For example, by being executed by a photographing application or an image processing application installed on the terminal device; or by interaction between an application on the terminal device and the server.
As shown in fig. 2, in step 210, preference information of a current user is acquired for an image to be watermarked.
In practical applications, the image to be watermarked may include an image that has been shot or an image that has not been shot. For example, the user may select a locally stored image or a remotely received image, which has completed shooting, as an image to be watermarked. Or, the user may select the image currently in the view during photographing as the image to be watermarked.
In step 210, preference information of the user is obtained, so that a more accurate watermark more meeting the user requirement is recommended according to the preference of the user in the following. Specifically, the preference information of the current user may be acquired according to at least one of the following ways: receiving a retrieval keyword input by a user; and querying a pre-constructed user information base, wherein the user information base stores preference information which is pre-collected for the user.
The embodiment of the application supports the two ways to obtain the preference information of the user, so that the diversified options of the watermark can be increased, and the user experience is improved.
In one implementation, the user can search for the content of interest online at any time during framing to obtain the watermark matching the content of interest. After receiving the search keyword input by the user for the interested content, the terminal device can directly use the search keyword actively input by the user as the preference information of the user. Or, some preprocessing operations may be performed on the search keyword input by the user, such as synonyms, near-synonyms, and the like; and taking the pre-processed retrieval keywords as preference information of the user.
In another implementation manner, in the watermarking method shown in fig. 2, preference information of a user may be collected in advance, and the preference information of the user may be stored in a pre-constructed user information base. Therefore, for the image to be added with the watermark, the preference information matched with the current user can be inquired and obtained from the user information base, so that the subsequently retrieved watermark candidate item can meet the interest bias of the user to the greatest extent, and the recommended added watermark is more personalized.
In practical application, the preference information of the user can be obtained in an account association manner according to at least one item of information collected under the account association of the user: usage habits, search records, and browse records. For example, the user can be portrayed and the interest points of the user can be marked by binding a photographing APP account in the terminal device with account information of a search engine, a social application (such as microblog, WeChat and the like), a browser and other platforms, collecting the use habits of the user at ordinary times, frequently-used keywords on the search platform and the social platform, or search records of the user.
Optionally, in the case that preference information matching with the current user is not queried from the user information base, an input prompt in the form of text or voice may be made to the user so that the user can input content in which the user is interested.
Next, in step 220, a watermark matching the preference information is retrieved from a preset picture knowledge base.
The image knowledge base stores a large amount of image knowledge in advance, wherein the image knowledge base comprises pre-collected watermark images and one or more corresponding image labels. The picture tags can be added according to information such as picture themes and text keywords.
Thus, after the user's preference information is obtained through step 210, it can be retrieved in the picture knowledge base based on the user's preference information. For example, for each watermark picture in the picture knowledge base, the picture tag of the watermark picture may be compared with the preference information of the user, and if the watermark picture matches with the preference information of the user, the watermark picture is determined to be the watermark matching with the preference information of the user.
Considering practical application, each watermark picture in the picture knowledge base has one or more picture labels; while different watermark pictures may have the same picture label. For example, the picture of Zhang Junke and the picture of Marlon both have a picture label of ping-pong ball.
Therefore, optionally, the image knowledge base may also give an associated watermark image set according to each image tag, where the watermark image set includes all watermark images matching the image tag. In this way, after the preference information of the user is obtained in step 210, the image knowledge base may be searched based on the preference information of the user, a picture tag matching the preference information of the user is determined, then the associated watermark image set is obtained according to the matching picture tag, and all watermark images in the watermark image set are determined as watermarks matching the preference information of the user.
The picture knowledge base can be arranged in the terminal equipment or the server. When the picture repository is set in the server, the terminal device may retrieve the corresponding watermark by accessing or requesting the server.
Finally, in step 230, the watermark retrieved by step 220 is added to the image to be watermarked as a watermark candidate for the image.
In practical application, when the watermark retrieved in step 220 and matched with the preference information of the user only includes one watermark picture, that is, only one watermark candidate is provided, the watermark picture can be directly added to the image; alternatively, the retrieved watermark may be recommended to be displayed as a watermark candidate, and the user may decide whether to add the watermark to the image.
When the watermark retrieved in step 220 and matching with the preference information of the user includes a plurality of watermark pictures, all retrieved watermark pictures may be recommended and displayed as watermark candidates for the user to select. After the user selects the watermark to be added, the watermark selected by the user is added to the image to be added with the watermark to synthesize the watermark image meeting the requirements of the user.
Further, before adding the retrieved watermark to the image to be watermarked, the watermark may be adjusted accordingly according to the user operation.
The composition of the watermark and the image to be watermarked, and the adjustment of the watermark, can be performed by means of techniques commonly used in the art, and will not be described in detail here.
As can be seen from the above description, in some embodiments of the present application, a scheme for recommending watermarking based on preference information of a user is proposed for the problem of improving user experience. By doing so, not only is the selectable range of the watermark expanded, but also the interest bias of the user is met as much as possible, the recommended watermark is more personalized, and the user stickiness is enhanced.
Fig. 3 shows an exemplary flowchart of a watermarking method according to another embodiment of the present application. The method shown in fig. 3 may be executed in the terminal device in fig. 1, or the terminal device and the server cooperate to execute the method.
As shown in fig. 3, in step 310, preference information of a current user is acquired for an image to be watermarked. Step 310 is similar to step 210 and will not be described herein.
In step 320, feature information of the image to be watermarked is extracted.
In order to provide more accurate watermarking, the feature information of the image to be watermarked can be extracted for subsequent retrieval of the watermark based on the feature information.
For example, when the user takes a view, feature information of an image is extracted for the image currently in the view, and a building, a landscape, and the like in the view can be recognized.
The extracting means of the feature information of the image can adopt the technical means commonly used in the field, and the detailed description is omitted here.
The execution subject of step 320 may be a terminal device or a server. For example, when the feature extraction process is simple or the processing capability of the terminal device is strong, the feature information extraction may be performed locally by the terminal device. Alternatively, the terminal device may transmit the image to be watermarked to the server, from which the server extracts the feature information.
Next, in step 330, a watermark matching the preference information of the user and the feature information of the image to be watermarked is retrieved from a preset picture knowledge base.
The image knowledge base stores a large amount of image knowledge in advance, and can further comprise characteristic information of the watermark image besides the watermark image and one or more corresponding image labels. For example, pictures of celebrities, landscapes, buildings, streets and the like all over the world can be collected in advance; and then extracting the characteristic information of the collected pictures and storing the characteristic information as picture knowledge in a picture knowledge base. Optionally, the image knowledge base may further provide an associated watermark image set according to each type of feature information, where the watermark image set includes a watermark matched with the feature information.
In this way, after the preference information of the user and the feature information of the image to be watermarked are obtained through steps 310 and 320, joint retrieval can be performed in the picture knowledge base to retrieve the watermark matching the preference information of the user and the feature information of the image to be watermarked.
For example, the picture knowledge base may be searched based on the feature information of the image to be watermarked, and one or more watermark pictures matching the feature information of the image to be watermarked may be determined. Then, for each watermark picture matched with the characteristic information of the image to be added with the watermark, acquiring a label of the watermark picture from a picture knowledge base, and comparing the label of the watermark picture with the preference information of the user; if so, the watermarked image may be determined as a watermark matching the preference information of the user and the feature information of the image to be watermarked.
Or, the picture knowledge base may be searched based on the preference information of the user to determine one or more watermark pictures matching the preference information of the user. Then, for each watermark picture matched with the preference information of the user, acquiring the characteristic information of the watermark picture from a picture knowledge base, and comparing the characteristic information of the watermark picture with the characteristic information of the image to be added with the watermark; if so, the watermarked image may be determined as a watermark matching the preference information of the user and the feature information of the image to be watermarked.
In practical application, when the watermark which is matched with the preference information of the user and the characteristic information of the image to be added with the watermark at the same time is not retrieved from the picture knowledge base, the watermark which is matched with the preference information of the user and the watermark which is matched with the characteristic information of the image to be added with the watermark can be both taken as retrieval results.
The picture knowledge base can be arranged in the terminal equipment or the server. When the picture repository is set in the server, the terminal device may retrieve the corresponding watermark by accessing or requesting the server.
Finally, in step 340, the watermark retrieved by step 330 is added to the image to be watermarked as a watermark candidate for the image.
In practical application, the retrieved watermark can be recommended and displayed as a watermark candidate item for a user to select; after the user selects the watermark to be added, the selected watermark is added to the image to be added with the watermark to synthesize the watermark image meeting the requirements of the user.
Further, before adding the retrieved watermark to the image to be watermarked, the watermark may be adjusted accordingly according to the user operation.
For example, a user takes a picture before a bird nest, firstly identifies a key building 'bird nest' in the current view according to the characteristics of the bird nest building, then obtains preference information of the user according to keywords (Zhang-Tuo-Ke, Keke, Olympic Ping-Pong Bomb and the like) contained in a search record of the nearest user on a search engine, then carries out combined search on the current sight spot characteristics and the user preferences (before a stadium door, Zhang-Tuo-Ke fan and the like), and generates a picture watermark of Zhang-Tuo-Ke, Marlon and the like in the watermark. Through the operation of a photographer, the watermark is as high as people in the photo, and the effect that the shot photo becomes a group photo of the Zhang-Cuo and the vermicelli in front of the bird nest door is achieved.
As can be seen from the above description, in some embodiments of the present application, a scheme for retrieving a watermark by combining two dimensions, namely, preference information of a user and feature information of an image, is proposed to solve the problem of improving user experience. The purpose of doing so is to satisfy the interest bias of the user and the demand of the image scene as far as possible, provide personalized service, and enhance the user experience.
Compared with the embodiment of fig. 2, the embodiment of fig. 3 increases the extraction of the feature information of the image to be watermarked, and retrieves the watermark by combining the feature information of the image to be watermarked and the preference information of the user, thereby increasing the retrieval dimension, enabling the retrieved watermark to better meet the current requirements of the user, improving the accuracy of the recommendation of the watermark, and further improving the user experience.
It should be noted that while the operations of the method of the present invention are depicted in the drawings in a particular order, this does not require or imply that the operations must be performed in this particular order, or that all of the illustrated operations must be performed, to achieve desirable results. Rather, the steps depicted in the flowcharts may change the order of execution. For example, step 310 and step 320 in embodiment 3 may be performed in an alternative order or simultaneously. Additionally or alternatively, certain steps may be omitted, multiple steps combined into one step execution, and/or one step broken down into multiple step executions.
