In any of the above embodiments, preferably, the operation parameter includes an operation rotation speed, and the controlling and adjusting of the operation parameter of the corresponding indoor fan according to the indoor ambient temperature and the corresponding set temperature includes: judging whether the difference value between the indoor environment temperature and the corresponding set temperature is smaller than or equal to a third preset threshold value or not; when the difference is judged to be smaller than or equal to a third preset threshold value, detecting whether the current running rotating speed of the indoor fan corresponding to the indoor environment temperature is larger than the minimum running rotating speed or not; and when the current running rotating speed is detected to be greater than the minimum running rotating speed, the current running rotating speed of the fan in the control room is reduced by a preset rotating speed threshold value.

For example, when the indoor unit E is used for cooling, the minimum operating speed of the indoor fan is 600 rpm, the preset speed threshold is 100 rpm, when the detected indoor ambient temperature is T1E and the set temperature is TSE, the difference TE between the two is T1E-TSE, the third preset threshold is 5 ℃, and when it is determined that TE is less than or equal to 5 ℃ and the current operating speed of the indoor fan E is 800 rpm, the indoor fan E may be controlled independently to adjust the operating speed to 700 rpm to reduce the required cooling capacity value of the indoor unit E, or simultaneously to reduce the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve corresponding to the indoor unit E, to further reduce the required cooling capacity value of the indoor unit, and to adjust the required cooling capacity value to be below the output capacity limit of the outdoor unit.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, the controlling and adjusting the opening and closing degree of the electronic expansion valve corresponding to the corresponding indoor unit according to the indoor environment temperature and the corresponding set temperature includes: when the difference value between the indoor environment temperature and the corresponding set temperature is larger than a third preset threshold value, determining that the indoor unit corresponding to the indoor environment temperature meets the condition; and when all the indoor units in operation are determined to meet the conditions, controlling the electronic expansion valve of any indoor unit to be closed.
In the embodiment, whether the indoor unit corresponding to the indoor environment temperature meets the condition is determined by judging that the difference value between the indoor environment temperature and the set temperature is larger than a third preset threshold, and when the indoor units in operation meet the condition, the total power demand value is reduced by controlling the electronic expansion valve of any indoor unit to be closed, so that the total power demand value is favorably adjusted to be lower than the output capacity limit value of the outdoor unit, the possibility that the outdoor unit is shut down due to overlarge capacity output is reduced, the stable operation of the outdoor unit is favorably ensured, and the stability and the reliability of the overall operation of the air conditioner are improved.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, before detecting the indoor ambient temperature corresponding to each operating indoor unit when the total power demand value of the operating indoor units is greater than the capacity output limit value of the outdoor unit, the method further includes: determining total energy demand values of a plurality of indoor units in operation according to a preset period; and judging whether the total capacity demand value of the plurality of indoor units in operation is greater than the capacity output limit value.
In the embodiment, the total energy demand values of the plurality of indoor units in operation are determined according to the preset period, so that the determination accuracy and the real-time performance of the total energy demand values are improved, and the total energy demand values of the plurality of indoor units in operation are judged whether to be greater than the capacity output limit value or not, so that timely adjustment is facilitated when the total energy demand values of the plurality of indoor units are judged to be greater than the capacity output limit value of the outdoor unit, and the stability and the reliability of the overall operation of the air conditioner are improved.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, and the present invention provides an operation control method, an operation control device, an air conditioner, and a computer-readable storage medium, wherein when it is detected that a total capacity demand value of a plurality of indoor units is greater than or equal to an outdoor unit capacity output limit value, an indoor environment temperature corresponding to each indoor unit is detected, and an opening degree of an electronic expansion valve and/or an operation parameter of an indoor fan of each indoor unit is controlled and adjusted according to the indoor environment temperature and a set temperature of each indoor unit, so that the total capacity demand value of the plurality of indoor units in operation after adjustment is controlled to be less than the outdoor unit output capacity limit value, and the occurrence of a phenomenon of a decrease in comfort performance due to adjustment is reduced while the reliability of the overall operation of the air conditioner is protected, thereby improving user experience.

when detecting that the total energy demand value of a plurality of indoor units in operation is greater than or equal to the capacity output limit value of the outdoor unit, detecting the indoor environment temperature corresponding to each indoor unit in operation;
controlling and adjusting the opening degree of an electronic expansion valve of the corresponding indoor unit and/or the operating parameters of an indoor fan according to the indoor environment temperature and the corresponding set temperature;
the controlling and adjusting the opening and closing degree of the electronic expansion valve of the corresponding indoor unit according to the indoor environment temperature and the corresponding set temperature comprises the following steps:
judging whether the difference value between the indoor environment temperature and the corresponding set temperature is smaller than or equal to a first preset threshold value or not;
when the difference value is judged to be smaller than or equal to the first preset threshold value, controlling the electronic expansion valve corresponding to the indoor environment temperature to be closed;
according to the indoor environment temperature and the corresponding set temperature, the opening and closing degree of the electronic expansion valve corresponding to the corresponding indoor unit is controlled and adjusted, and the method further comprises the following steps:
when the difference between the indoor environment temperature and the corresponding set temperature is judged to be larger than the first preset threshold, judging whether the difference is smaller than or equal to a second preset threshold;
when the difference is judged to be smaller than or equal to a second preset threshold value, controlling to reduce the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve corresponding to the indoor environment temperature;
according to the indoor environment temperature and the corresponding set temperature, the opening and closing degree of the electronic expansion valve corresponding to the corresponding indoor unit is controlled and adjusted, and the method further comprises the following steps:
when the difference value between the indoor environment temperature and the corresponding set temperature is larger than a third preset threshold value, determining that the indoor unit corresponding to the indoor environment temperature meets the condition;
when all the indoor units in operation are determined to meet the conditions, controlling the electronic expansion valve of any one indoor unit to be closed;
the operation parameters comprise operation gears, and the operation parameters of the corresponding indoor fan are controlled and adjusted according to the indoor environment temperature and the corresponding set temperature, and the operation parameters comprise:
judging whether the difference value between the indoor environment temperature and the corresponding set temperature is smaller than or equal to a third preset threshold value or not;
when the difference value is judged to be smaller than or equal to the third preset threshold value, detecting whether the current operation gear of the indoor fan corresponding to the indoor environment temperature is the lowest operation gear;
and when detecting that the current operation gear is not the lowest operation gear, controlling the indoor fan to execute operation of reducing one operation gear.
2. The operation control method according to claim 1, wherein the operation parameters include an operation rotation speed, and the controlling and adjusting of the operation parameters of the corresponding indoor fan according to the indoor environment temperature and the corresponding set temperature includes:
judging whether the difference value between the indoor environment temperature and the corresponding set temperature is smaller than or equal to a third preset threshold value or not;
when the difference value is smaller than or equal to the third preset threshold value, detecting whether the current running rotating speed of the indoor fan corresponding to the indoor environment temperature is larger than the minimum running rotating speed;
and when the current running rotating speed is detected to be greater than the minimum running rotating speed, controlling the current running rotating speed of the indoor fan to be reduced by a preset rotating speed threshold value.
3. The operation control method as claimed in claim 1 or 2, further comprising, before detecting the indoor ambient temperature corresponding to each of the indoor units in operation when the total capacity demand value of the indoor units in operation is greater than the capacity output limit value of the outdoor unit:
determining total energy demand values of the running indoor units according to a preset period;
and judging whether the total capacity demand value of the plurality of indoor units in operation is greater than the capacity output limit value.
4. An operation control device characterized by comprising:
the detection unit is used for detecting the indoor environment temperature corresponding to each running indoor unit when detecting that the total energy requirement value of the running indoor units is greater than or equal to the capacity output limit value of the outdoor unit;
the control unit is used for controlling and adjusting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the corresponding indoor unit and/or the operating parameters of the indoor fan according to the indoor environment temperature and the corresponding set temperature;
the determining unit is used for determining that the indoor unit corresponding to the indoor environment temperature meets the condition when the difference value between the indoor environment temperature and the corresponding set temperature is larger than a third preset threshold value;
the control unit is further configured to: when all the indoor units in operation are determined to meet the conditions, controlling the electronic expansion valve of any one indoor unit to be closed;
further comprising:
the judging unit is used for judging whether the difference value between the indoor environment temperature and the corresponding set temperature is smaller than or equal to a first preset threshold value or not;
the control unit is further configured to: when the difference value is judged to be smaller than or equal to the first preset threshold value, controlling the electronic expansion valve corresponding to the indoor environment temperature to be closed;
the judging unit is further configured to: when the difference between the indoor environment temperature and the corresponding set temperature is judged to be larger than the first preset threshold, judging whether the difference is smaller than or equal to a second preset threshold;
the control unit is further configured to: when the difference is judged to be smaller than or equal to a second preset threshold value, controlling to reduce the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve corresponding to the indoor environment temperature;
the judging unit is further configured to: judging whether the difference value between the indoor environment temperature and the corresponding set temperature is smaller than or equal to a third preset threshold value or not;
the detection unit is further configured to: when the difference value is judged to be smaller than or equal to the third preset threshold value, detecting whether the current operation gear of the indoor fan corresponding to the indoor environment temperature is the lowest operation gear;
