本发明公开了一种矿用隔爆兼本安型LED巷道感应灯,解决了目前普通井下照明灯结构单一老旧,耗能高、不节能、照射范围小、亮度低、智能化程度低、寿命短等问题,其特点是以高效LED灯珠作为发光光源,以微波感应板作为感应装置,以电源形体、后盖、压紧螺母、线缆密封圈、垫圈组成的隔爆结构,由电源箱体末端、玻璃密封圈、玻璃管、堵头、堵头盖组成的本安结构作为灯具的防爆结构,电源箱体和光源散热器曲面散热作为散热装置,圆柱形玻璃管作为出光面,具有结构新颖、耗能低、照射范围广、亮度高,自动控制亮灭,寿命长,散热性能好,安全可靠的优点,适用于井下巷道照明场所使用。

技术领域
本发明属于矿用隔爆兼本安型LED巷道感应照明技术领域,具体涉及一种矿用隔爆兼本安型LED巷道感应灯,适用于井下巷道照明应用。
背景技术
就发明人所知,目前井下所使用的普通隔爆本安型LED照明灯具,结构单一,不能进行微波感应,要持续24小时不间断照明,耗电量多,使用寿命短,环保节能能力差,照射范围小。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服以上不足,提供一种微波感应,在无人情况下自动关断,所耗电能降低,使用寿命大大增加,安全环保节能智能的LED巷道感应灯。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的,所述的矿用隔爆兼本安型LED巷道感应灯,设置了一个圆柱形的电源箱体7,电源箱体7内有本安接线板20,左右两边对称设置有线缆密封圈4、垫圈5、压紧螺母6,电源箱体7与堵头13之间固定有玻璃管11、玻璃密封圈8、拉杆16、防尘罩10,堵头13后设置有堵头盖15,玻璃管11内设有长形光源散热器17,光源散热器17上面设置有均布的曲面散热片,光源散热器17下层设置光源板12组成发光面,光源散热器17左面设置有盖板14,右面设置有灯头18、灯头盖19,灯头盖19与本安接线板20连接,光源散热器17下表面中心设置一块矩形的微波感应板9,电源箱体7内部设置有本安光源驱动3,本安光源驱动3下方设置有圆形接线板21,接线板21上方设置有三位接线端子2,电源箱体7上方设置有后盖1;隔爆结构由电源箱体7、线缆密封圈4、垫圈5、压紧螺母6、后盖1组成,本安结构由电源箱体7末端、玻璃密封圈8、玻璃管11、堵头13、堵头盖15组成;微波感应板9的表面设置由横向和纵向的发射和接收天线22、IC控制器23、电源信号线组24和相应阻容元器件组成,电源信号线组24由电源+、电源-,信号线O组成。

下面结合附图实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
如附图1所示的矿用隔爆兼本安型LED巷道感应灯,其特征在于设置了一个圆柱形的电源箱体7,电源箱体7内有本安接线板20,左右两边对称设置有线缆密封圈4、垫圈5、压紧螺母6,电源箱体7与堵头13之间固定有玻璃管11、玻璃密封圈8、拉杆16、防尘罩10,堵头13后设置有堵头盖15,玻璃管11内设有长形光源散热器17,光源散热器17上面设置有均布的曲面散热片,光源散热器17下层设置光源板12组成发光面,光源散热器17左面设置有盖板14,右面设置有灯头18、灯头盖19,灯头盖19与本安接线板20连接,光源散热器17下表面中心设置一块矩形的微波感应板9,电源箱体7内部设置有本安光源驱动3,本安光源驱动3下方设置有圆形接线板21,接线板21上方设置有三位接线端子2,电源箱体7上方设置有后盖1;隔爆结构由电源箱体7、线缆密封圈4、垫圈5、压紧螺母6、后盖1组成,本安结构由电源箱体7末端、玻璃密封圈8、玻璃管11、堵头13、堵头盖15组成。
如附图1所示的矿用隔爆兼本安型LED巷道感应灯,其特征在于隔爆结构由电源箱体7、线缆密封圈4、垫圈5、压紧螺母6、后盖1组成,该设置保证了灯具在井下巷道爆炸性环境中的安全使用条件,本安结构由电源箱体7末端、玻璃密封圈8、玻璃管11、堵头13、堵头盖15组成,该设置保证了灯具在井下巷道爆炸环境中在不断电的情况下快速更换光源,提高工作效率。
如附图2所示的矿用隔爆兼本安型LED巷道感应灯,其特征在于微波感应板9的表面设置由横向和纵向的发射和接收天线22,IC控制器23,电源信号线组24和相应阻容元器件组成,电源信号线组24由电源+、电源-,信号线O组成,横向和纵向的发射和接收天线22的设置保证了无论哪个方向有移动都可以让光源导通点亮,增加了感应范围。
如附图1所示的矿用隔爆兼本安型LED巷道感应灯,其特征在于玻璃管11为圆柱形的透明玻璃,配合LED光源分布的结构,增大了灯具照射范围。

1.矿用隔爆兼本安型LED巷道感应灯,其特征在于设置了一个圆柱形的电源箱体(7),电源箱体(7)内有本安接线板(20),左右两边对称设置有线缆密封圈(4)、垫圈(5)、压紧螺母(6),电源箱体(7)与堵头(13)之间固定有玻璃管(11)、玻璃密封圈(8)、拉杆(16)、防尘罩(10),堵头(13)后设置有堵头盖(15),玻璃管(11)内设有长形光源散热器(17),光源散热器(17)上面设置有均布的曲面散热片,光源散热器(17)下层设置光源板(12)组成发光面,光源散热器(17)左面设置有盖板(14),右面设置有灯头(18)、灯头盖(19),灯头盖(19)与本安接线板(20)连接,光源散热器(17)下表面中心设置一块矩形的微波感应板9,电源箱体(7)内部设置有本安光源驱动(3),本安光源驱动(3)下方设置有圆形接线板(21),接线板(21)上方设置有三位接线端子(2),电源箱体(7)上方设置有后盖(1);隔爆结构由电源箱体(7)、线缆密封圈(4)、垫圈(5)、压紧螺母(6)、后盖(1)1组成,本安结构由电源箱体(7)末端、玻璃密封圈(8)、玻璃管(11)、堵头(13)、堵头盖(15)组成。
2.如权利要求书1所述的矿用隔爆兼本安型LED巷道感应灯,其特征在于隔爆结构由电源箱体(7)、线缆密封圈(4)、垫圈(5)、压紧螺母(6)、后盖(1)1组成,本安结构由电源箱体(7)末端、玻璃密封圈(8)、玻璃管(11)、堵头(13)、堵头盖(15)组成。
3.如权利要求书1所述的矿用隔爆型LED巷道感应灯,其特征在于微波感应板(9)的表面设置由横向和纵向的发射和接收天线(22),IC控制器(23),电源信号线组(24)和相应阻容元器件组成,电源信号线组(24)由电源+、电源-,信号线O组成。
4.如权利要求书1所述的矿用隔爆兼本安型LED巷道感应灯,其特征在于玻璃管(11)设置为圆柱形的透明玻璃。
