Abstract
The dustproof linear slide rail comprises a rail and a slide block, wherein a screw mounting hole is formed in a sliding surface of the rail; the sliding block is internally provided with a rolling element and an elastic body device with a plurality of labyrinth dustproof paths, and the labyrinth dustproof paths can prevent foreign matters from entering a circulating area of the rolling element; the elastic body device is used for fixing the rolling elements, and is also used for enclosing a labyrinth dustproof structure with the raceway surface of the track, and the labyrinth dustproof structure is used for preventing foreign matters from entering the circulation area of the rolling elements. The dustproof linear slide rail of this application carries out multiple dustproof to rolling element, has effectually solved the sealed dustproof problem of linear slide rail, and then has improved linear slide rail's life.

The linear slide rail adopts the rolling of the rolling elements to maintain the motion precision and reduce the friction resistance during the mechanical movement, so that the mechanical movement is more efficient and labor-saving. However, the conventional linear guide mainly relies on a single plane of the upper retainer to prevent dust from the rolling elements, and thus the dust-preventing effect is poor. In the use, the foreign matter such as dust easily enters into the circulation zone of the rolling element in the slider through the sliding surface of the track, and the phenomena such as slider clamping stagnation, rapid abrasion of the rolling element and the like are caused, so that the sliding process between the slider and the track is influenced, and the use precision of the sliding device is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a dustproof linear slide rail of a linear slide rail, which is used for solving the problems that the existing linear slide rail is poor in dustproof effect, dust and other foreign matters easily enter a circulation area of rolling elements in a slide block, so that the slide block is blocked, the rolling elements are worn quickly, and the sliding process between the slide block and a rail is affected, and the use precision of the slide block is also improved.
The dustproof linear slide rail comprises a rail and a slide block, wherein a screw mounting hole is formed in a sliding surface of the rail;
the rolling elements and the elastic body device with a plurality of labyrinth dustproof paths are arranged in the sliding block, wherein the elastic body device is used for fixing the rolling elements, the elastic body device is also used for enclosing a labyrinth dustproof structure with the track surface of the track, and the labyrinth dustproof structure is used for preventing foreign matters from entering a circulation area of the rolling elements.
Preferably, a dust cover matched with the sliding surface of the track in shape is arranged on the track, the dust cover is used for covering the screw mounting hole, and the dust cover is abutted against the elastomer device;
the elastic body device, the dustproof cover and the raceway surface of the track jointly enclose a labyrinth dustproof structure, and the labyrinth dustproof structure is used for preventing foreign matters from entering a circulation area of the rolling element.
Preferably, the elastomeric means is made of an elastomeric material.
Preferably, an end cover is arranged on the end face of the sliding block, a chip groove is arranged on the end cover, and the chip groove is used for discharging foreign matters in the labyrinth dustproof structure.
Preferably, the rolling elements comprise spherical balls or cylindrical balls.
The dustproof linear slide rail that this application provided is provided with the elastomer device, has multichannel maze dustproof route in the elastomer device, can prevent that the foreign matter from getting into rolling element's circulation district. In addition, the elastic body device and the raceway surface of the track form a labyrinth dustproof structure, and the elastic body device can prevent foreign matters such as dust from entering the circulation area of the rolling element in the slider through the sliding surface of the track. Detailed Description
In order to clearly distinguish the surfaces on the track, in this application, the surface on the track that is abutted against the slider is referred to as the sliding surface of the track (the sliding surface of the track refers to the upper surface of the track, in terms of the direction shown in fig. 1), and the surface on the track that is provided with the track is referred to as the track surface of the track (the track surface of the track refers to the left and right surfaces of the track, in terms of the direction shown in fig. 1).
Fig. 2 and 3 are schematic structural diagrams of an embodiment of the dustproof linear slide rail of the present application, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the dustproof linear slide rail includes a track 1 and a slider 2, wherein a screw mounting hole is provided on a sliding surface of the track 1. The sliding block 2 is internally provided with rolling elements 3, which comprise spherical balls or cylindrical balls, and a person skilled in the art can select suitable rolling elements according to actual needs, which are all within the scope of protection of the present application. In a specific use, the sliding block 2 moves on the track 1 by the rolling elements, and when the sliding block 2 moves, foreign matters such as dust enter the circulation area of the rolling elements in the sliding block 2 through the sliding surface of the track.
In order to prevent foreign matters such as dust from entering the circulation area of the rolling elements in the sliding block 2, the dustproof linear sliding rail further comprises an elastic body device, and a plurality of labyrinth dustproof paths are arranged in the elastic body device 4, so that the foreign matters can be prevented from entering the circulation area of the rolling elements. In addition, the elastomer device 4 and the raceway surface of the track 1 enclose a labyrinth dust-proof structure for preventing foreign bodies from entering the circulation zone of the rolling elements.
Fig. 4 and 5 are schematic structural views of another embodiment of the dustproof linear guide of the present application, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the labyrinth dustproof linear guide includes a rail 1, a slider 2, a rolling element 3, an elastomer device 4 and a dust cap 5, wherein the dust cap 5 is mounted on a sliding surface of the rail 1, and therefore, the shape of the dust cap 5 should be matched with the shape of the sliding surface of the rail 1.
The dust cap 5 is attached to the sliding surface of the rail 1 and covers the screw attachment hole in the sliding surface. The dust cover 5 is inconsistent with the elastic body device 4, namely the elastic body device 4 wraps the dust cover 5 on the inner side of the dust cover, and the contact part of the elastic body device 4 and the dust cover 5 can play a role in primary dust prevention. In addition, the elastomer device 4, the dust cap 5 and the raceway surface of the rail 1 together enclose a labyrinth dust-proof structure for preventing foreign matter from entering the circulation area of the rolling elements.
When the sliding block 2 is particularly used, the sliding block 2 moves on the track 1 through the rolling elements, and foreign matters such as dust can enter the sliding block 2 through the upper surface of the track sliding surface dust cover 5 when the sliding block 2 moves, and the labyrinth formed by the elastomer device, the dust cover and the track surface 5 of the track 1 can effectively prevent the foreign matters entering the sliding block from entering the circulation area of the rolling elements.
An end cover is arranged on the end face of the sliding block 2, a chip groove is arranged on the end cover, and the chip groove is used for discharging foreign matters in the labyrinth dustproof structure. When the sliding block is specifically used, foreign matters in the sliding block are discharged through the chip grooves of the end covers at the two ends through the movement of the sliding block, so that the dustproof problem of the rolling elements in the linear sliding rail can be effectively solved, and the service life of the linear sliding rail is prolonged.

the sliding block (2) is internally provided with rolling elements (3) and an elastic body device (4) with a plurality of labyrinth dustproof paths, wherein the elastic body device (4) is used for fixing the rolling elements (3), the elastic body device (4) is also used for enclosing a labyrinth dustproof structure with a raceway surface of the track (1), and the labyrinth dustproof structure is used for preventing foreign matters from entering a circulation area of the rolling elements;
a dust cover (5) matched with the sliding surface of the track (1) in shape is arranged on the track (1), the dust cover (5) is used for covering the screw mounting hole, the elastomer device wraps the outer side of the dust cover, and one side, close to the track (1), of the elastomer device is abutted against the dust cover (5);
the elastic body device (4), the dust cover (5) and the raceway surface of the track (1) jointly enclose a labyrinth dust-proof structure, and the labyrinth dust-proof structure is used for preventing foreign matters from entering a circulation area of the rolling element;
an end cover is arranged on the end face of the sliding block (2), a chip groove is arranged on the end cover, and the chip groove is used for discharging foreign matters in the labyrinth dustproof structure.

3. A dust-free linear slide according to claim 1, characterized in that the rolling elements (3) comprise spherical balls or cylindrical balls.
