The invention relates to the technical field of oil well paraffin scraping, in particular to a paraffin scraping device.
Background
When the crude oil with high congealing and high viscosity is extracted, the crude oil has poor physical properties, contains more wax and asphaltene-colloid, and because a lot of precipitated wax, colloid and other sticky substances are adhered to the inner wall of an oil pipe in an oil well along with the extraction of the crude oil, the phenomenon of wax precipitation is common, and when the wax precipitation is serious, an oil flow channel is reduced, so that the oil pipe is blocked, the oil well is reduced in production and even stopped. The need to remove the viscous material attached to the inner wall of the oil well tubing in time is achieved by putting a wax scraping device into the oil well tubing, thereby involving the problem of how to remove the viscous material on the inner wall of the oil well tubing more effectively.
The prior art wax scraping devices are detachable wax scrapers mounted on a weighted rod, which is typically a cylindrical steel body internally filled with metallic lead, which is typically a hollow cylinder, and which is arcuate at its edges. The paraffin scraper and the weighting rod are connected with the paraffin scraper by utilizing a steel wire, the weighting rod and the paraffin scraper are lowered into a shaft oil pipe, the paraffin scraper is driven to be lowered by the gravity action of the weighting rod, the weighting rod and the paraffin scraper are raised by the pulling action of the paraffin scraper on the steel wire, under the up-and-down reciprocating action of the paraffin scraper, the viscous substance on the inner wall of the shaft oil pipe is removed by the up-and-down cutting action of the viscous substance on the edge of the paraffin scraper and the inner wall of the shaft oil pipe, and the diameter of the paraffin scraper is fixed.
In carrying out the invention, the inventors have found that the prior art has at least the following problems:
Because the descending of the paraffin scraping device mainly uses the self gravity, when paraffin scraping is carried out on the oil pipe with more paraffin, the paraffin scraping device is easily blocked by viscous substances in the oil pipe in the descending process and cannot continuously descend to a preset depth through the self gravity, so that paraffin removal work is difficult to finish; meanwhile, the wax scraping device is easy to block, namely the wax scraping device is blocked in an oil pipe, the phenomenon that the wax scraping device ascends or descends is difficult is easy to occur, and when the resistance of lifting the wax scraping device is overlarge, the steel wire and the wax scraper are likely to be broken and fall into the bottom of the well.

Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The present invention provides a wax scraping device, see fig. 1, comprising: a motor 1, a cable wire assembly 2 connected with the motor 1, and a rotating assembly 3 coaxially connected with the motor 1 and capable of rotating around an axis;
the rotating assembly 3 comprises a transmission shaft 301 and a wax scraping assembly 302 which is coaxially connected with the transmission shaft 301 and has a maximum diameter larger than that of the transmission shaft 301.
According to the invention, the electric current is led to the motor 1 through the cable steel wire assembly 2, the motor 1 converts electric energy into mechanical energy, the rotating assembly 3 coaxially connected with the motor 1 can rotate around the axis of the motor, so that the paraffin scraping assembly 302 in the rotating assembly 3 also rotates around the axis, and after the paraffin scraping assembly 302 is lowered into a shaft oil pipe through the cable steel wire assembly 2 and the cable steel wire assembly 2 is larger than the diameter of the transmission shaft 301, the viscous materials on the oil pipe wall are removed through the contact of the outer wall of the paraffin scraping assembly 302 and the viscous materials on the oil pipe wall when the rotating assembly 3 rotates around the shaft, and the paraffin scraping device is not blocked by the viscous materials in the oil pipe in the descending or ascending process through the rotation of the rotating assembly 3, so that the blocking phenomenon is not easy to occur.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the wax scraping assembly 302 includes: a cylindrical body 302a, and a wax scraping blade 302b located on the outer wall of the body 302 a. The wax scraping blade 302b includes a first edge 302b1 attached to the body, a second edge 302b2 and a third edge 302b3 perpendicular to the first edge 302b1, and a fourth edge 302b4 connected to the second edge 302b2 and the third edge 302b 3. The first edge 302b1 of the wax scraping blade 302b is welded or fixedly connected with the body through a screw, and the invention adopts a mode of connecting the wax scraping blade 302 with the central cylindrical body 302a, so that the resistance of the wax scraping assembly 302 in a shaft oil pipe is reduced, and in the rotating process, the rotating assembly 3 can be driven to rotate around the axis better.
Further, the length of the second edge 302b2 is greater than the length of the third edge 302b3, referring to fig. 3, and fig. 3 is a front view of the wax scraping assembly, and the fourth edge 302b4 is a line of uniform transition, that is, the length of the wax scraping blade gradually decreases from the second edge 302b2 to the third edge 302b3, so that the above-mentioned maximum diameter of the wax scraping assembly 302 is greater than the diameter of the transmission shaft 301, specifically, the sum of the diameters of the second edge 302b2 and the body 302a of the wax scraping blade 302b is greater than the diameter of the transmission shaft 301. The part of the wax scraping assembly 302 having a larger diameter than the transmission shaft 301, that is, the part of the wax scraping blade 302b exceeding the outer wall of the transmission shaft 301, can be brought into contact with the viscous material on the inner wall of the oil pipe when the rotation assembly 3 rotates, and the viscous material peels off the inner wall of the oil pipe by the centrifugal force when the wax scraping blade 302b rotates around the axis.
The number and thickness of the wax scraping blades 302b are not specifically limited, according to physical properties of crude oil in actual situations, the wax scraping blades 302b with different thicknesses and different numbers can be adopted, and in the embodiment of the invention, the number of the wax scraping blades 302b is preferably 2, and the wax scraping blades are uniformly distributed on the body 302 a; and the thickness of the wax scraping blade 302b is preferably 2 to 3mm. Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a plan view of the wax-scraping assembly, it can be seen that the intersection point of the second side 302b2 and the first side 302b1 and the intersection point of the third side 302b3 and the first side 302b1 are not on the same line parallel to the axis, that is, the start point and the end point of the fourth side 302b4 are not on the same line parallel to the axis; the wax scraping blade 302b is formed in a form of rotating and connecting the wax scraping blade around the body 302a, namely, a spiral structure is formed, the resistance generated by the contact of the wax scraping blade 302b with the viscous substance in the oil pipe in the rotating process is reduced, and meanwhile, when the viscous substance peels off from the inner wall of the oil pipe, the viscous substance can fall along the knife wall of the wax scraping blade 302b without being accumulated again on the knife wall, wherein the knife wall is defined by four edges of the wax scraping blade 302 b.
In the above-described embodiment, the number of the wax scraping assemblies 302 is more than 1, and the number of the transmission shafts 301 is identical to the number of the wax scraping assemblies 302. The number of the wax scraping assemblies 302 and the number of the transmission shafts 301 are not particularly limited, for the oil pipes with less viscous substances, the viscous substances can be removed completely by selecting 1 wax scraping assembly 302 with corresponding diameter, but for the oil pipes with more viscous substances, more than 2 wax scraping assemblies are needed, preferably, the number of the wax scraping assemblies 302 is 1-3, when the number of the wax scraping assemblies 302 is more than 2, every two wax scraping assemblies 302 are connected through the transmission shafts 301, and the wax scraping assemblies 302 are connected with the transmission shafts 301 through screw threads. Referring to fig. 1, first, the motor 1 is connected with the wax scraping assembly 302 closest to the motor 1 through a transmission shaft 301, then the next wax scraping assembly 302 is connected with the previous wax scraping assembly 302 through the transmission shaft 301, so that a whole rotating assembly 3 of a connecting shaft can be formed, when the motor 1 drives the first transmission shaft 301 connected with the motor to rotate, the first transmission shaft 301 drives the first wax scraping assembly 302 to rotate, meanwhile, the first wax scraping assembly 302 drives the second transmission shaft connected with the first wax scraping assembly 302 to rotate, correspondingly drives the second wax scraping assembly 302 to rotate, and then sequentially drives all the rest rotating assemblies 3 to rotate.
Specifically, when more than 2 wax-scraping assemblies are required, the maximum diameter of the wax-scraping assembly 302 away from the motor 1 is gradually smaller than the maximum diameter of the wax-scraping assembly 302 close to the motor 1. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that, the wax scraping assembly 302 far away from the motor 1 is firstly introduced into the oil pipe, for the oil pipe with more viscous substances attached thereto, the diameter of the wax scraping assembly 302 which is firstly introduced into the oil pipe to clean the attachments on the inner wall of the oil pipe should not be too large, and the too large diameter can cause the resistance force applied during rotation, so that after the wax scraping assembly 302 which is firstly introduced into the oil pipe opens a small diameter channel, the diameter of the wax scraping assembly 302 which is next to the motor 1 is gradually increased, that is, the channel is opened one by one on the basis of the channel opened by the wax scraping assembly 302 with the smallest diameter which is firstly introduced into the oil pipe, the diameter of the channel is widened, and the purpose of removing the viscous substances attached to the inner wall of the oil pipe layer by layer is achieved, so that a worker does not need to take out the wax scraping assembly to replace the wax scraping assembly with the larger diameter each time, and the viscous substances attached to the inner wall of the oil pipe can be removed once.
It should be noted that, the maximum diameter of the wax scraping assembly 302 refers to the sum of the diameters of the second edge 302b2 and the body 302a of the wax scraping blade 302b, and referring to fig. 2, D is shown as the maximum diameter of the wax scraping assembly 302.
Preferably, the cable wire assembly 2 comprises a centrally located cable 201 and a wire 202 located around the cable, the wire 202 completely surrounding the outer wall of the cable 201. The cable steel wire assembly 2 is connected with the motor 1 through the cable joint 5, the cable 201 is used for electrifying the generator, the whole outer wall of the cable 201 is enclosed to form a steel wire shell of an armor through the multi-strand steel wire 202, and the cable inside the cable steel wire assembly can be protected from damage when the paraffin removal winch winds and lifts the steel wire.
As a preferred solution, the wax scraping device according to the embodiment of the present invention further comprises a guiding head 4, which is oval and is connected to the rotating assembly 3 by means of a screw thread, so that the wax scraping device can better enter the oil pipe.
When the embodiment of the invention is used, the paraffin removal winch with a power supply function is used for being connected with one end of the cable wire assembly 2, the other end of the cable wire assembly 2 is connected with the motor 1 through the cable joint 5, then the needed transmission shaft 301 and the number of paraffin removal assemblies 302 are selected, the transmission shaft 301 and the paraffin removal assemblies 302 are sequentially connected through threads in a mode that the maximum diameter of the paraffin removal assemblies 302 far away from the motor 1 is gradually smaller than that of the paraffin removal assemblies 302 close to the motor 1, finally the guide head 4 is connected to the bottom of the bottommost paraffin removal assembly 302, the paraffin removal device is lowered into an oil pipe, after the paraffin removal winch supplies current for the motor 1, the rotating assembly 3 drives the whole paraffin removal device to continue to be lowered to a preset depth while the rotating assembly 3 continues to rotate, and after the viscous substances on the inner wall of the oil pipe are completely removed, the paraffin removal assembly 2 is driven by the paraffin removal winch, the paraffin removal device is lifted or the oil outlet pipe is lifted while the rotating assembly 3 continues to rotate.
Any combination of the above-mentioned optional solutions may be adopted to form an optional embodiment of the present disclosure, which is not described herein in detail.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the invention is not intended to limit the invention to the precise form disclosed, and any such modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the invention are intended to be included within the scope of the invention.
