referring to fig. 9 in detail, a limitable quick hinge assembly includes at least one set of limitable quick hinge units including a rotary base a (reference numeral 1), a rotary base B (reference numeral 2), a rotating shaft 3, a fixed sleeve 4, and an anti-drop member 5.
The rotary seat A comprises a body A (the mark number is 1.1) and bosses 1.2 arranged at two ends of the body A, first rotary holes (not marked) which are arranged with a central axis and used for installing the rotary shaft 3 are arranged on the two groups of bosses 1.2, two first fixed mounting holes 1.4 and a limiting component 1.5 are arranged on the body A, the first fixed mounting holes 1.4 are used for connecting the rotary seat A with a door frame, the limiting component 1.5 is used for limiting the rotary seat B to rotate around the rotary shaft 3, and the following angle is preferable: the limiting part 1.5 is a limiting platform and is positioned between the two groups of bosses 1.2; the rotary shaft is a pin shaft.
The rotary seat B consists of a body B (the mark number is 2.1) and convex parts 2.2 arranged at two ends of the body B, two groups of second rotary holes (not marked) which are arranged with the central axis and used for installing the rotary shaft 3 are arranged on the convex parts 2.2, and two second fixed mounting holes 2.4 used for being connected with the door plate are arranged on the body B.
The fixed sleeve group 4 comprises two groups of fixed sleeves, the fixed sleeves are clamped into the second rotation holes, and interference fit is formed between the fixed sleeves and the second rotation holes; the material of the fixing sleeve is, but not limited to, polyvinyl chloride.
The anti-falling component 5 comprises two groups of anti-falling single pieces, the two groups of anti-falling single pieces are arranged at two ends of the rotating shaft 3 and used for preventing the rotating shaft 3 from falling off from the rotating seat A and the rotating seat B, and the anti-falling single pieces can be slotted check rings or cotter pins but are not limited to the two forms, so that the pin shaft is prevented from falling off in the axial direction, and specifically: when the anti-drop single piece is a slotted check ring, a standard notch for installing the slotted check ring is arranged on the pin shaft; when the anti-drop single piece is a cotter pin, corresponding pin holes are arranged at the two ends of the pin shaft along the diameter direction.
The limiting function of the hinge assembly of the embodiment is realized by the limiting platform on the swivel base A, limiting platforms with different thicknesses are arranged according to the requirement, the limiting principle is shown in fig. 10, a rotary seat B indicated by a solid line in fig. 10 is an initial position, a rotary seat B indicated by a dotted line is a final position, the maximum rotation angle is Q, the values of Q are different, and the limiting platforms with different thicknesses are adopted.
Compared with the embodiment 1, the embodiment has a more simplified structure, can still realize a limiting function and a quick installation function, and has strong practicability.

The present embodiment adopts a single piece and hidden mounting seat 12 (the hidden mounting seat is provided with a concave cavity 12.1 for accommodating the rotary seat B and accessories thereof, and after mounting, the single piece can be completely shielded from the single piece) to realize hidden mounting of the hinge assembly, see fig. 11, 12 and 13, specifically (one mounting mode is listed):
installing the hidden installation seat 12 on the door panel 11, and fixedly installing the rotary seat B on the hidden installation seat 12; assembling a rotary seat B and a rotary seat A; the rotary seat a is mounted on the door frame 10.
By applying the technical scheme of the embodiment, hidden installation can be realized, the appearance is attractive, the external space is not occupied, and the practicability is strong.

the rotary seat B (2) comprises a body B (2.1) and convex parts (2.2) arranged at two ends of the body B, wherein two groups of second rotary holes (2.3) which are arranged with a central axis and are used for installing the rotary shaft (3) are arranged on the convex parts (2.2), and at least two second fixed mounting holes (2.4) which are used for being connected with a door plate are arranged on the body B (2.1);
the limiting component (1.5) comprises at least one adjustable limiting single piece, the adjustable limiting single piece comprises a limiting body (C1), a limiting cap (C2) and a mounting position (C3), and the limiting cap (C2) is arranged at the head of the limiting body (C1) and is in contact with the body B (2.1) when being used for limiting; the mounting position (C3) is arranged at the tail part of the limiting body (C1), and is provided with mounting external threads;
at least one limiting mounting hole (D) is formed in the body A (1.1), mounting internal threads matched with the mounting external threads on the mounting position (C3) are formed in the inner wall of the limiting mounting hole (D), and the relative positions of the mounting position (C3) and the mounting internal threads can be adjusted;
the fixed sleeve group (4) comprises at least two groups of fixed sleeves, the fixed sleeves are clamped into the first rotary hole (1.3) and/or the second rotary hole (2.3), and interference fit is formed between the fixed sleeves and the first rotary hole (1.3) or the second rotary hole (2.3); the fixing sleeve is made of polyvinyl chloride;
the fixing sleeve comprises a fixing sleeve body and a shaft shoulder arranged at one end part of the fixing sleeve body, and the shaft shoulder is used for limiting the fixing sleeve to move along the self axis direction;
the rotary shaft (3) comprises two groups of rotary single pieces (3.1) which are identical in structure and are arranged at two ends of the guide cylinder (7) with the central axis, a first end of each rotary single piece (3.1) can penetrate through the first rotary hole (1.3) and the second rotary hole (2.3) to be movably arranged, and a stop table (3.11) is arranged at the second end of each rotary single piece;
the two ends of the elastic component (6) are respectively connected or contacted with the second end parts of the two groups of rotary single pieces;
a starting position stop groove (7.1) and a final position stop groove (7.2) are formed in the guide cylinder (7), and a notch (7.3) which is communicated with the starting position stop groove (7.1) and the final position stop groove (7.2) is formed in the guide cylinder; the starting stop groove (7.1) and the ending stop groove (7.2) are long-strip-shaped grooves, and the stop table (3.11) can freely move in the starting stop groove (7.1), the ending stop groove (7.2) and the notch (7.3).
2. The limitable quick-hinge assembly of claim 1, characterized in that the limiting member (1.5) is a limiting platform, which is located between two sets of said bosses (1.2); the rotary shaft is a pin shaft.

The limitable quick-hinge assembly of claim 5, characterized in that the elastic member (6) is a compression spring, and the minimum compression length of the compression spring is 0.6-0.95 times the height of the notch (7.3) along the central axis direction of the guide cylinder; the clamp is a spring steel sheet.
