In this embodiment, a row of tooth slots 131 is longitudinally arranged on the outer wall of the inner casing 13, a latch (not shown) is arranged on the inner wall of the outer casing 12, and the latch can slide on the row of tooth slots 131, so that the inner casing 13 and the outer casing 12 can be fixedly connected together in a relatively sliding manner, and, of course, in order to make the relative position between the two difficult to run after the relative position is adjusted, a latch member (not shown) for latching the two is preferably further arranged.

The working process of the invention is briefly described as follows:
as shown in fig. 6, when there is no water or insufficient water in the water tank, when the water tank needs to be filled with water, only the water supply switch of the water supply source is turned on to enable the water to flow into the water passage 83 in the water passing body 80, at this time, since there is no water in the water tank or insufficient water in the float tank 42 of the float assembly 40, the float 41 is in a falling state, the float 41 drives the water inlet lifting rod 43 to open the water inlet pressure relief hole 26, the water inlet rubber pad 24 moves away from the water inlet water passage 211 under the action of the water pressure, thereby opening the water inlet water passage 211, the water flow can flow into the water inlet valve cavity 22 and out of the water outlet of the water inlet opening and closing valve 20 and into the first water outlet pipe 81, and the water in the first water outlet pipe 81 flows into the first guide pipe 611 and flows into the water tank from the bottom end opening of the first guide pipe 611 to supply water to the water tank.
As shown in fig. 7, when the water in the water tank continuously rises and enters the floating tank 42, the floating barrel 41 floats under the action of the water in the floating tank 42, the floating barrel 41 drives the water inlet lifting rod 43 to close the water inlet pressure relief hole 26, at this time, the water in the water inlet back pressure cavity 25 cannot be discharged from the water inlet pressure relief hole 26, and the water inlet rubber pad 24 moves towards the direction close to the water inlet water passing hole 211 under the action of the water pressure, so that the water inlet water passing hole 211 is closed, and water stop is realized.
As shown in fig. 8, when water in the water tank needs to be discharged, only the switch member is operated, so that the electromagnet 51 is electrified to generate magnetism, the iron sheet 52 is attracted, the iron sheet 52 and the electromagnet 51 are attracted to drive the water discharge lifting rod 53 to rotate, the water discharge lifting rod 53 opens the water discharge hole 311, the water discharge rubber pad 34 moves away from the water discharge water through hole 311 under the action of water pressure, so as to open the water discharge water through hole 311, water flow can flow into the water discharge valve cavity 32 and flow out of the water outlet of the water discharge opening and closing valve 30 and flow into the second water outlet pipeline 82, water in the second water outlet pipeline 82 flows into the second conduit 612 and flows into the hydraulic cavity 63 through the water outlet 64, and the water flowing into the hydraulic cavity 63 drives the piston 62 to move upwards, so that the sealing assembly 70 is driven to move upwards to open the water discharge outlet 91. When the water discharge is finished, the switch piece or the switch piece is automatically closed, the electromagnet 51 is not electrified and the magnetism disappears, under the action of the reset elastic piece 54, the water discharge lifting rod 53 reversely rotates to separate the iron sheet 52 from the electromagnet 51, the water discharge lifting rod 53 closes the water discharge pressure relief hole 311 again, water in the water discharge back pressure cavity 35 cannot be discharged, the water discharge rubber cushion 34 moves towards the direction close to the water discharge water passing hole 311 under the action of water pressure, and therefore the water discharge water passing hole 311 is closed, and water stop is achieved. At this time, the water is returned to the water inlet state as shown in fig. 6, and the water inlet and discharge operation of the water tank is reciprocally performed.
As shown in fig. 9, when the working water level of the water tank needs to be increased, that is, when the height of the water inlet and outlet integrated control valve needs to be adjusted to a higher position, firstly, the locking piece between the outer shell 12 and the inner shell 13 is unlocked to enable the outer shell 12 or the upper cover 11 to slide relatively, then only one hand is needed to push and pull the outer shell 12 or the upper cover 11 upwards, so that the outer shell 12 or the upper cover 11 can drive the water passing body 80 and the float assembly 40 to move upwards together, the water level is adjusted, the outer shell 12 and the inner shell 13 are locked again through the locking piece after the water level is adjusted, the position is prevented from running, the water level adjusting function is reliable,

Claims (10)

1. An inlet and outlet integrated control valve, which is arranged in a water tank, comprising:
a housing;
a water inlet control mechanism which is arranged in the shell and is used for filling water in the water tank, and comprises a water inlet opening and closing valve (20) and a float assembly (40) used for controlling the water inlet opening and closing valve (20), wherein the float assembly (40) comprises a float (41) which can float up and down under the action of water in the water tank;
a drain control mechanism provided in the housing for discharging water in the tank, the drain control mechanism including a drain opening/closing valve (30), a start-up assembly (50) for controlling the drain opening/closing valve (30) to open or close, a hydraulic assembly (60) communicating with a water outlet of the drain opening/closing valve (30), and a seal assembly (70) linked with the hydraulic assembly (60) to open or close a drain outlet (91) provided in the water intake/drain integrated control valve;
the water inlet opening and closing valve (20) and the water outlet opening and closing valve (30) are arranged at the top of the shell, and the floating barrel assembly (40), the hydraulic assembly (60) and the sealing assembly (70) are longitudinally arranged in parallel in the shell from top to bottom.

The water inlet and outlet integrated control valve according to claim 1, further comprising a water passing body (80) transversely arranged at the top of the housing and communicated with an external water source, wherein the water inlet opening and closing valve (20) and the water outlet opening and closing valve (30) are transversely arranged on the top surface of the water passing body (80) in parallel, water inlets of the water inlet opening and closing valve (20) and the water outlet opening and closing valve (30) are communicated with a water passage (83) in the water passing body (80), a water outlet of the water inlet opening and closing valve (20) is communicated with the inner cavity of the water tank through a first water outlet pipeline (81), and a water outlet of the water outlet opening and closing valve (30) is communicated with the hydraulic assembly (60) through a second water outlet pipeline (82).
3. The water inlet and outlet integrated control valve according to claim 2, wherein the water inlet opening and closing valve (20) comprises a water inlet valve seat (21) formed on the water through body (80) and a water inlet valve cover (23) matched with the water inlet valve seat (21) to form a water inlet valve cavity (22), the water inlet valve seat (21) is provided with a water inlet water through hole (211), the water inlet valve cavity (22) is internally and movably provided with a water inlet rubber pad (24) capable of opening and closing the water inlet water through hole (211), a water inlet back pressure cavity (25) is formed between one side of the water inlet rubber pad (24) away from the water inlet water through hole (211) and the water inlet valve cover (23), the water inlet back pressure cavity (25) is provided with a water inlet pressure relief hole (26) communicated with the outside, and the float barrel assembly (40) controls the opening and closing of the water inlet pressure relief hole (26) under the action of water in the water tank.

A water inlet and outlet integrated control valve according to claim 3, characterized in that the float bowl assembly (40) further comprises a top opening, a float bowl (42) for accommodating the float bowl (41), and a water inlet lifting rod (43) rotatably attached to the water passing body (80), one end of the water inlet lifting rod (43) is in linkage fit with the float bowl (41), the other end of the water inlet lifting rod is opened or closed with the water inlet pressure relief hole (26), and a first water discharge hole is formed in the bottom of the float bowl (42).

The water inlet and outlet integrated control valve according to claim 2, characterized in that the water outlet opening and closing valve (30) comprises a water outlet valve seat (31) formed on the water through body (80) and a water outlet valve cover (33) matched with the water outlet valve seat (31) to form a water outlet valve cavity (32), a water outlet through hole (311) is formed in the water outlet valve seat (31), a water outlet rubber pad (34) capable of opening and closing the water outlet through hole (311) is movably arranged in the water outlet valve cavity (32), a water outlet back pressure cavity (35) is formed between one side of the water outlet rubber pad (34) deviating from the water outlet through hole (311) and the water outlet valve cover (33), a water outlet pressure relief hole (36) communicated with the outside is formed in the water outlet back pressure cavity (35), and the starting component (50) controls the opening and closing of the water outlet pressure relief hole (36).

The integrated water inlet and outlet control valve according to claim 5, wherein the starting assembly (50) comprises an electromagnet (51) which is arranged on the water through body (80) and can be powered on and off, an iron sheet (52) which is magnetically attracted and matched with the electromagnet (51), and a water outlet lifting rod (53) which is rotatably arranged on the water through body (80), the iron sheet (52) is arranged at one end of the water outlet lifting rod (53), and the other end of the water outlet lifting rod (53) opens or closes the water outlet pressure relief hole (36).

The water inlet and outlet integrated control valve according to claim 2, wherein the hydraulic assembly (60) comprises a cylinder (61) and a piston (62) arranged in the cylinder (61) and capable of sliding up and down, a hydraulic cavity (63) is formed between the piston (62) and the bottom wall of the cylinder (61), a through-flow port (64) is arranged at the bottom of the side wall of the cylinder (61), and the second water outlet pipeline (82) is communicated with the hydraulic cavity (63) through the through-flow port (64).

The water inlet and outlet integrated control valve according to claim 7, characterized in that a first magnet (65) is fixedly arranged on the piston (62), and a second magnet (66) which is in magnetic attraction fit with the first magnet (65) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the cylinder (61); the sealing assembly (70) comprises a sealing disc (71) and a connecting rod (72) which are fixedly connected, the sealing disc (71) is matched with the water outlet (91) in a fitting or separating way, and the connecting rod (72) is longitudinally arranged on the top surface of the sealing disc (71) and upwards penetrates through the bottom wall of the cylinder body (61) to be fixedly connected with the piston (62).

The water inlet and outlet integrated control valve according to claim 7, wherein the first water outlet pipe (81) and the second water outlet pipe (82) are connected to the water passing body (80) and extend downward, and the first water outlet pipe (81) and the second water outlet pipe (82) are respectively arranged at both sides of the float bowl (41) and the cylinder body (61); a first guide pipe (611) and a second guide pipe (612) which extend longitudinally are fixedly arranged outside two sides of the cylinder body (61), openings are formed at two ends of the first guide pipe (611), and a first water outlet pipeline (81) is inserted into the first guide pipe (611) through the top end opening of the first guide pipe (611); an opening is formed at the top end of the second conduit (612), the second water outlet pipeline (82) is inserted into the second conduit (612) from the top end opening of the second conduit (612), and the bottom end of the second conduit (612) is communicated with the through-flow port (64).

The water inlet and outlet integrated control valve according to claim 7, wherein the housing comprises an upper cover (11), an outer housing (12) with an upper opening and a lower opening, and an inner housing (13) with an upper opening and a lower opening, the bottom end of the upper cover (11) and the upper opening of the outer housing (12) are fastened and fixed, the water through body (80) is limited and fixed between the upper cover (11) and the outer housing (12), the water inlet opening and closing valve (20) and the water outlet opening and closing valve (30) are accommodated in an inner cavity of the upper cover (11), the float assembly (40) is movably arranged on the water through body (80), the inner housing (13) is sleeved outside the cylinder (61) and fixedly connected with the cylinder (61), and the outer housing (12) is sleeved outside the inner housing (13) and fixedly connected with the inner housing (13) in an up-down relative sliding manner.
