With the improvement of life quality, washing machines such as drum washing machines have been greatly developed. For example, in order to meet the washing demand, a double-drum washing machine is developed, or, in a laundry, a large number of washing machines are generally installed.
Because only one tap water pipe is usually arranged in a room, when a water inlet pipeline and a water discharge pipeline are arranged, a water inlet pipeline and a water discharge pipeline are respectively installed for each washing machine, meanwhile, a plurality of three-way pipes are needed to divide a water path to each washing machine, and simultaneously, the water discharged by a plurality of washing machines is connected in parallel to one water discharge pipeline.

Disclosure of Invention
The shared waterway device can realize waterway sharing of a plurality of washing machines, simplify the installation of pipelines of the washing machines and save space.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a shared waterway device, including a shared water pipe having a shared channel, one end of the shared channel is formed as a first inlet, and the other end is formed as a first outlet, wherein a second inlet end and a second outlet end communicating with the shared channel are formed on a pipe wall of the shared water pipe.

Furthermore, the shared waterway device comprises two shared water pipes, wherein one shared water pipe is the shared water inlet pipe, and the other shared water pipe is the shared water outlet pipe.
Furthermore, the shared water pipe is a straight pipe section, and two shared water pipes are parallel and fixed together in a flush mode at two ends.
In addition, a one-way valve allowing water to flow into the shared water pipe is arranged in the first inlet, and a control valve capable of being closed and opened is arranged in the first outlet.
Further, when the first outlet of one shared waterway device is connected with the first inlet of another shared waterway device, the control valve of the shared waterway device is automatically opened.

Finally, the present invention provides a laundry appliance comprising a plurality of laundry machines as described in any preceding claim, wherein, in the direction of flow of the water stream, the first outlet of an upstream laundry machine is connected to the first inlet of a downstream laundry machine.
Therefore, as mentioned above, the shared water path device can share the water path of the washing device, the pipeline installation is simplified, and the space is effectively saved.
Further, the washing apparatus includes two washing machines, one washing machine is stacked on the other washing machine, wherein the first inlet at the bottom of the upper washing machine is connected with the first outlet extending from the top wall of the lower washing machine.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
Referring to the structures shown in fig. 1 and 2, the shared waterway device provided by the present invention includes a shared water pipe having a shared channel, one end of the shared channel is formed as a first inlet, and the other end is formed as a first outlet, wherein a second inlet end and a second outlet end communicating with the shared channel are formed on a pipe wall of the shared water pipe.
In the technical scheme, one end of the shared water pipe is formed into a first inlet, the other end of the shared water pipe is formed into a first outlet, and the pipe wall of the shared water pipe is formed with a second inlet end and a second outlet end; in the draining, the first inlet and the first outlet may be closed, and the drain may flow into the shared channel through the second inlet end and then flow out from the second outlet end; when a plurality of such shared water pipes are connected in series for use, for example, when a plurality of washing machines provided with the shared water pipes are used simultaneously, the first outlet of one shared water pipe is connected with the first inlet of the next adjacent shared water pipe, so that water flows into the shared channel from the second inlet of any one shared water pipe according to requirements, whether water is fed or drained, then flows into the next shared water pipe along the direction of the water flow, and flows into a water unit such as a washing machine or is drained through the second outlet according to requirements, of course, the first inlet of the first shared water pipe and the second outlet of the last shared water pipe along the direction of the water flow can be sealed, so that the water flows into the shared channel only through one second inlet no matter the number of the shared water pipes is several, therefore, the shared water channel device can realize the water channel sharing of the plurality of washing machines, the installation of the washing machine pipeline is simplified, and the space is saved.
Of course, the shared waterway device may be used as an intake water, or may be used as a discharge water, or may be used as a connection pipe in the middle of the waterway. The shared waterway device is mainly used for water intake or water discharge when applied to a washing machine.

Further, as shown in fig. 2, the shared waterway device includes two shared water pipes, wherein one shared water pipe is a shared water inlet pipe 1, and the other shared water pipe is a shared water outlet pipe 6. Therefore, after the shared water path device comprising the two shared water pipes is applied to the washing machines, the water inlet and the water outlet of the same washing machine can be simultaneously realized, and when a plurality of washing machines are connected, the water inlet and the water outlet of a plurality of washing machines can be simultaneously realized.
Of course, in the shared waterway device, the two shared water pipes may be single pipes to be used as an assembly or a kit, or, to form a module and facilitate connection installation, preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the shared water pipes are flat pipe sections, the two shared water pipes are parallel and are fixed together with both ends flush, for example, the pipe bodies of the two shared water pipes may be welded or bonded or fixedly connected together through the housing 15.
In addition, as shown in fig. 2, in order to facilitate connection and control of the on/off of the water path, it is preferable that a check valve 11 allowing water to flow into the shared water pipe is provided in the first inlet, and a control valve 12 capable of being closed and opened is provided in the first outlet. Thus, when connected, the control valve 12 may be closed if there is a single shared water line, and when more than two shared water lines are connected, the control valve 12 may be opened in the direction of water flow, and the control valve 12 of the last shared water line may be closed.
Of course, the control valve 12 may be manually opened and closed during connection, or, to further enhance the convenience of connection, the control valve 12 may be preferably a choke valve, so that when the first outlet of one shared waterway apparatus is connected to the first inlet of another shared waterway apparatus, the control valve 12 of the one shared waterway apparatus is automatically opened, that is, in the direction of water flow, after connection, the control valve 12 of the previous shared water pipe is automatically opened.
In addition, the present invention provides a washing machine, as shown in fig. 3, comprising a cabinet 13 and a shared water path device as described above, wherein the shared water path device is fixedly disposed in the cabinet 13 to supply or discharge water, or when there are two shared water pipes, one shared water pipe supplies water and the other shared water pipe discharges water, and the internal water outlet 5 can supply water to the inner tub 17 through the water supply valve 16.
Therefore, as mentioned above, the washing machine can feed water and discharge water, a plurality of washing machines can be connected in series for use, and when a plurality of washing machines are connected in series, the shared water path device can realize the water path sharing of the plurality of washing machines, simplify the installation of the washing machine pipeline and save space.
In addition, as shown in fig. 2, the washing machine is further provided with an emergency drain port 14 so that water can be drained through the emergency drain port 14 when the shared water pipe cannot drain water or drainage is obstructed. For example, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the inner cylinder 17 is connected to a drain valve 20 through a drain pipe 18, the drain valve 20 is connected to a drain motor 19, the drain valve 20 is provided with an emergency drain port 14, the emergency drain port 14 is provided with an end cap 21, and in a normal situation, the end cap 21 is closed, and only when emergency drain is needed, the end cap 21 can be opened to discharge water emergently.
Further, in order to facilitate connection of a plurality of such washing machines, as shown in fig. 3, one of the first inlet and the first outlet protrudes from the top wall of the cabinet 13, and the other of the first inlet and the first outlet is located at the bottom of the cabinet 13. Thus, as shown in fig. 4, a plurality of such washing machines may be connected in series one after the other, in particular two such washing machines stacked together.
Finally, the present invention provides a laundry appliance comprising a plurality of laundry machines as described in any of the above with reference to the arrangement shown in figure 4, wherein the first outlet of an upstream laundry machine is connected to the first inlet of a downstream laundry machine in the direction of flow of the water stream.
Therefore, as mentioned above, the shared water path device can share the water path of the washing device, the pipeline installation is simplified, and the space is effectively saved.
Of course, a plurality of such machines may be placed separately and then connected by a conduit to the first outlet of an upstream machine and the first inlet of a downstream machine, for example, at a laundry station, a plurality of such machines may be so connected.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, the washing apparatus includes two washing machines, one washing machine is stacked on the other washing machine, wherein the first inlet at the bottom of the upper washing machine is connected to the first outlet extending from the top wall of the lower washing machine, thereby realizing such stacked connection of the plurality of washing machines. For example, in a multi-drum washing machine, the upper drum and the lower drum may be connected as such, or, as shown in fig. 4, two separate washing machines may be connected as such.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the various features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner without departing from the scope of the invention. The invention is not described in detail in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.
In addition, any combination of the various embodiments of the present invention is also possible, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present invention as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present invention.
Claims (11)
1. The shared waterway device is characterized by comprising a shared water pipe with a shared channel, wherein one end of the shared channel is formed into a first inlet, the other end of the shared channel is formed into a first outlet, and a second inlet end and a second outlet end which are communicated with the shared channel are formed on the wall of the shared water pipe.

The shared waterway device of claim 1, wherein the shared water pipe is a shared water inlet pipe (1), wherein the first inlet is a shared water inlet (2), the first outlet is a shared water inlet outlet (3), the second inlet is an external water inlet (4), and the second outlet is an internal water outlet (5);
or,
the shared water pipe is a shared drain pipe (6), wherein the first inlet is a shared drain inlet (7), the first outlet is a shared drain outlet (8), the second inlet end is an internal drain inlet (9), and the second outlet end is an internal drain outlet (10).
3. The shared waterway device of claim 2, wherein the shared waterway device comprises two shared water pipes, wherein one shared water pipe is the shared water inlet pipe (1) and the other shared water pipe is the shared water outlet pipe (6).
4. The shared waterway device of claim 3, wherein the shared water conduit is a flat tube segment, and the two shared water conduits are parallel and are flush-secured together at both ends.
5. The shared waterway device of claim 1, wherein the first inlet is provided with a one-way valve (11) for allowing water to flow into the shared waterway, and the first outlet is provided with a control valve (12) capable of being closed and opened.
6. The shared waterway device of claim 5, wherein the control valve (12) of one shared waterway device is automatically opened when the first outlet of the one shared waterway device is connected to the first inlet of the other shared waterway device.
7. A washing machine, characterized by comprising a box body (13) and the shared waterway device of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the shared waterway device is fixedly arranged in the box body (13) for water inlet or water discharge, or one shared water pipe is used for water inlet and the other shared water pipe is used for water discharge when two shared water pipes are provided.
8. Washing machine according to claim 7, characterized in that it is also provided with an emergency drain (14).
9. Laundry washing machine according to claim 7 or 8, characterized in that one of said first inlet and said first outlet protrudes from the top wall of the cabinet (13), the other of said first inlet and said first outlet being located at the bottom of the cabinet (13).
10. A laundry appliance comprising a plurality of washing machines according to any of claims 7 to 9, wherein the first outlet of an upstream machine is connected to the first inlet of a downstream machine in the direction of flow of the water stream.
11. A laundry appliance as claimed in claim 10, wherein the laundry appliance comprises two washing machines, one stacked on top of the other, and wherein the first inlet at the base of the upper washing machine is connected to the first outlet extending from the top wall of the lower washing machine.
