背景技术
吸附法脱硫、脱氮是油品处理过程中常用的技术。吸附脱硫脱氮技术由于其独特的技术优势已经在汽柴油吸附脱硫、润滑油基础油脱氮精制等方面得到了广泛的工业化应用,在节约投资成本、减少环境污染方面起到了越来越重要的作用,已经逐渐发展成为油品精制的必不可少的技术手段之一,目前,吸附技术应用在重质油品脱硫脱氮中的主要缺陷是吸附剂容量不高,寿命较短,需要频繁再生,因此吸附剂的再生循环重复利用是吸附脱硫脱氮迫切需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的缺陷,提供了一种连续化油品脱硫设备。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种连续化油品脱硫设备,包括脱硫罐体、脱硫剂储存桶和加热系统,所述脱硫罐体内设有脱硫剂储存桶,脱硫罐体与脱硫剂储存桶之间设有脱硫空腔,脱硫空腔内设有加热系统,所述脱硫罐体底部设有驱动电机,脱硫剂储存桶内设有搅拌轴,搅拌轴通过脱硫罐体底部的电机进行驱动,所述脱硫剂储存桶上设有吸附剂入料管,吸附剂入料管延伸出脱硫罐体,所述脱硫罐体位于吸附剂入料管一侧设有进油管,脱硫罐体底部一侧设有排水管和出油管,出油管位于排水管上侧,脱硫罐体一侧连通有进水管。
进一步,所述脱硫剂储存桶上设有多个网孔,脱硫剂储存桶内的搅拌轴上设有多个搅拌臂。
进一步,所述排水管上设有排水阀,出油管上设有出油阀。
进一步,所述脱硫罐体底部外部轮廓为圆台体,排水管位于脱硫罐体底部圆台体的斜坡面上。
进一步,所述加热系统为加热管,加热管螺旋布设在脱硫罐体与脱硫剂储存桶之间的脱硫空腔的内壁上。
进一步,所述脱硫剂储存桶底部一侧设有出料管,出料管延伸至脱硫罐体外并设有盖体,以便对脱硫剂储存桶内的脱硫剂进行更换。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种连续化油品脱硫设备结构简单,使用方便,可通过加热系统进行对吸附剂储存筒内的吸附剂进行再生,再生工艺简单,实现连续吸附脱硫,运行周期长,节约投资成本、减少环境污染。

附图1为本发明的一种具体实施例。该发明一种连续化油品脱硫设备,包括脱硫罐体1、脱硫剂储存桶2和加热系统3,所述脱硫罐体1内设有脱硫剂储存桶2,脱硫罐体1与脱硫剂储存桶2之间设有脱硫空腔6,脱硫空腔6内设有加热系统3,所述脱硫罐体1底部设有驱动电机7,脱硫剂储存桶2内设有搅拌轴8,搅拌轴8通过脱硫罐体1底部的电机进行驱动,所述脱硫剂储存桶2上设有吸附剂入料管4,吸附剂入料管4延伸出脱硫罐体1,所述脱硫罐体1位于吸附剂入料管4一侧设有进油管5,脱硫罐体1底部一侧设有排水管12和出油管11,出油管11位于排水管12上侧,脱硫罐体1一侧连通有进水管15。
进一步,所述脱硫剂储存桶2上设有多个网孔,脱硫剂储存桶2内的搅拌轴8上设有多个搅拌臂9。
进一步,所述排水管12上设有排水阀14,出油管11上设有出油阀13。
进一步,所述脱硫罐体1底部外部轮廓为圆台体,排水管12位于脱硫罐体1底部圆台体的斜坡面上。
进一步,所述加热系统3为加热管,加热管螺旋布设在脱硫罐体1与脱硫剂储存桶2之间的脱硫空腔6的内壁上。
进一步,所述脱硫剂储存桶2底部一侧设有出料管10,出料管10延伸至脱硫罐体1外并设有盖体,以便对脱硫剂储存桶2内的脱硫剂进行更换。
该发明一种连续化油品脱硫设备,使用时通过吸附剂入料管4将吸附剂添加至脱硫剂储存桶2内,吸附剂饱和后,阻断进油,并启动加热系统3进行吸附剂再生,排水管12将再生时产生的废液排出,完成再生后,即可继续进行油品脱硫。

1.一种连续化油品脱硫设备,包括脱硫罐体、脱硫剂储存桶和加热系统,其特征在于,所述脱硫罐体内设有脱硫剂储存桶,脱硫罐体与脱硫剂储存桶之间设有脱硫空腔,脱硫空腔内设有加热系统,所述脱硫罐体底部设有驱动电机,脱硫剂储存桶内设有搅拌轴,搅拌轴通过脱硫罐体底部的电机进行驱动,所述脱硫剂储存桶上设有吸附剂入料管,吸附剂入料管延伸出脱硫罐体,所述脱硫罐体位于吸附剂入料管一侧设有进油管,脱硫罐体底部一侧设有排水管和出油管,出油管位于排水管上侧,脱硫罐体一侧连通有进水管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续化油品脱硫设备,其特征是:所述脱硫剂储存桶上设有多个网孔,脱硫剂储存桶内的搅拌轴上设有多个搅拌臂。
