the pressure pump (36) is arranged at the left lower part of the conveying pipe (32), the floating planting plate structure (4) comprises a limiting rope (41), a transverse plate (42), a floating barrel (43), a connecting rod (44), a protective guard (45), a planting box (46) and water microorganisms (47), and the limiting rope (41) is embedded at the right end of the transverse plate (42); the floating barrel (43) is fixed on the lower surface of the transverse plate (42) and is reinforced by a connecting rod (44); the guard rail (45) is embedded around the upper surface of the transverse plate (42); the planting box (46) is embedded in the upper left portion of the transverse plate (42), the crushing box structure (5) comprises a supporting column (51), a reinforcing column (52), a working box (53), a plug-in bearing (54), a crushing motor (55), a coupler (56), a crushing blade (57) and a fixing rod (58), and the working box (53) is welded at the upper ends of the supporting column (51) and the reinforcing column (52); the inserting bearings (54) are respectively embedded in the front part and the rear part on the left side of the inner wall of the working box (53); the crushing motor (55) is arranged at the right upper part of the working box (53) through a bolt; the crushing blade (57) is welded on the outer wall of the fixed rod (58); one end of the fixed rod (58) is connected with an output shaft of the crushing motor (55) through a coupler (56), the other end of the fixed rod is inserted into the insertion bearing (54), the partition wall structure (6) comprises a wall body (61), a through hole (62), a pull ring (63) and a gate (64), and the through hole (62) is formed in the lower portion inside the wall body (61); the pull ring (63) is embedded at the upper end of the wall body (61); the gate (64) is arranged at the right end of the wall body (61).

The comprehensive water pollution control device according to claim 1, wherein the connecting mesh cylinder frame (17) is a trapezoidal stainless steel frame, the movable frame body (16) at the right end of the connecting mesh cylinder frame (17) is welded with the pull rope (18), and the distance between the upper ends of the connecting mesh cylinder frame (17) and the movable frame body (16) and the water surface is five centimeters to seven centimeters.

5. The integrated water pollution control apparatus as recited in claim 1, wherein said water microorganisms (47) are disposed inside said planting box (46) and contact said polluted water through said horizontal plate (42).
6. The comprehensive water pollution control apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said crushing blades (57) and said fixing bars (58) are provided in two numbers, respectively, said crushing blades (57) being in cross-contact with said crushing blades (57).
7. The integrated water pollution control apparatus as recited in claim 1, wherein said wall body (61) is placed in the polluted water, and the through hole (62) inside said wall body (61) is sealed by a shutter (64).
