Abstract

一种轴垂直吊运工具，适用于较长、较重需垂直吊运的轴类工件。现有吊运工具是使用吊装带吊运，无法找到平衡点，轴也容易从吊装带中滑脱。为解决上述问题，设计了一种轴垂直吊运工具，其特征在于其由吊环、吊具主体、导杆、U形固定板焊合件、螺栓、加强筋板、U形支撑板、销钉组成，使用时将轴放入U形固定板焊合件和U形支撑板中并用销钉将轴锁住，其中U形固定板焊合件可根据轴的长短沿导杆在吊具主体上滑动，实现了较长、较重轴的垂直吊运。本工装结构简单，使用寿命长，操作方便能满足生产要求。

技术领域
本发明专利工具适用于较长、较重需垂直吊运的轴类工件。
背景技术
现有一些较长、较重的轴需垂直吊运至立式淬火机床淬火工位上。使用吊装带吊运时，无法找到平衡点，轴也容易从吊装带中滑脱，不能满足生产需求。
发明内容
本发明专利在于克服上述的不足，根据轴的形状与吊运要求设计了一种轴垂直吊运工具，以实现将轴垂直吊运至立式淬火机床淬火工位上。
本发明专利采用以下技术方案：一种轴垂直吊运工具由吊环、吊具主体、导杆、U形固定板焊合件、螺栓、加强筋板、U形支撑板、销钉组成，其中吊具主体和导杆穿过U形固定板焊合件，吊环、导杆、加强筋板及U形支撑板焊接在吊具主体上，使用时轴放入U形固定板焊合件和U形支撑板中并用销钉将工件锁住，其中U形固定板焊合件可根据轴的长短沿导杆在吊具主体上滑动，实现了较长、较重轴的垂直吊运。
本发明专利的有益效果：结构简单，使用寿命长，操作方便能满足生产要求。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，吊具主体和导杆穿过U形固定板焊合件，吊环、导杆、加强筋板及U形支撑板焊接在吊具主体上，使用时轴放入U形固定板焊合件和U形支撑板中并用销钉将工件锁住，其中U形固定板焊合件可根据轴的长短沿导杆在吊具主体上滑动，使用行车或起重工具起吊吊环即可实现较长、较重轴的垂直吊运。
