An object of this disclosure is to provide a sealing strip, this sealing strip installation is firm and make things convenient for the dismouting.
It is another object of the present disclosure to provide a vehicle that uses the weatherstrip provided by the present disclosure.
According to the first aspect of the present disclosure, the present disclosure provides a sealing strip, this sealing strip has a clamping part that is used for centre gripping on the panel beating tang, and this clamping part includes relative first lateral wall and the second lateral wall that sets up, and this first lateral wall is used for compressing tightly the upper surface of panel beating tang, be formed with first lip limit and second lip limit on the inner wall of second lateral wall, first lip limit and second lip limit can be in the extrusion of panel beating tang is down warp and mutual support, in order to compress tightly jointly the lower surface of panel beating tang.
Optionally, the hardness of the first lip is greater than the hardness of the second lip.
Optionally, the first lip is a solid glue lip and the second lip is a foam glue lip.
Optionally, the cross section of the clamping portion is U-shaped, and a third lip edge is formed on the inner wall of the first side wall to press the upper surface of the sheet metal seam allowance.
Optionally, under the extrusion of panel beating tang, first lip limit and second lip limit can be out of shape, with the second lateral wall encloses jointly into the buffering chamber way, the buffering chamber way has the extended position, the adjustment strip is packed extremely in the buffering chamber way, makes first lip limit and second lip limit compress tightly jointly the lower surface of panel beating tang.
Optionally, the first and second lips are formed as first and second strip-like lips extending from the second side wall towards each other, respectively, with free ends of the first and second strip-like lips spaced apart.
Optionally, the first strip-shaped lip is located on the right side of the second strip-shaped lip, projections of the first strip-shaped lip and the second strip-shaped lip on the second side wall are partially overlapped, and a free end of the first strip-shaped lip is higher than a free end of the second strip-shaped lip.

According to a second aspect of the present disclosure, a vehicle is provided that includes the weatherstrip provided by the present disclosure.
Optionally, a foaming body is further formed on the outer wall of the first side wall in an upward extending manner, the clamping portion is clamped on the side wall sheet metal seam allowance, and when the vehicle door is closed, the foaming body is used for sealing the vehicle door and the side wall.
By the technical scheme, as one clamping arm of the clamping part, the first side wall applies extrusion force to the upper surface of the sheet metal seam allowance, so that one side of the sheet metal seam allowance is clamped; as another arm lock of clamping part, the extrusion force is exerted jointly to first lip limit and second lip limit on it to the second lateral wall for first lip limit and second lip limit support each other, and the coextrusion is on the lower surface of panel beating tang jointly, thereby realizes the chucking of the opposite side of panel beating tang. In addition, first lip limit and second lip limit can warp and mutual support under the extrusion of panel beating tang to make first lip limit and second lip limit can support the panel beating tang on the whole, have certain deformability again, thereby make things convenient for the dismouting of the great panel beating tang of thickness, can prevent droing of the less panel beating tang of thickness again, satisfy simultaneously and insert the requirement of installation and extraction dismantlement, make the sealing strip can be firm and conveniently install on the more great panel beating tang of thickness difference.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present disclosure is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present disclosure, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present disclosure provides a sealing strip having a clamping portion for clamping on a sheet metal seam allowance 20, the clamping portion includes a first side wall 11 and a second side wall 12 which are oppositely arranged, the first side wall 11 is used for pressing an upper surface of the sheet metal seam allowance 20, a first lip 13 and a second lip 14 are formed on an inner wall of the second side wall 12, and the first lip 13 and the second lip 14 can be deformed and mutually supported by the pressing of the sheet metal seam allowance 20 to jointly press a lower surface of the sheet metal seam allowance 20.
The above-mentioned clamping portion may have various embodiments, and in an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the clamping portion has a U-shaped cross section, that is, the clamping portion is formed with a U-shaped clamping groove. In other variants, the cross-section of the clamping portion may also be V-shaped, and such variants are within the scope of the present disclosure.
Further, to facilitate the clamping of the sheet metal seam allowance 20 by the clamping portion, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, a third lip 110 is formed on an inner wall of the clamping portion to press an upper surface of the sheet metal seam allowance 20.
In order to facilitate the support structure formed by the first lip 13 and the second lip 14 under the extrusion of the sheet metal seam allowance 20, the first lip 13 has a hardness greater than that of the second lip 14, and has a reliable hardness and a sufficient deformability. In other words, the hardness of the first lip 13 is different from the hardness of the second lip 14.
Further, as an exemplary embodiment, the first lip 13 may be a solid glue lip and the second lip 14 may be a foam glue lip. For example, the first lip 13 may be made of ethylene propylene diene monomer (epdm) solid rubber and the second lip 14 may be made of ethylene propylene diene monomer (epdm) foamed rubber.
The terms "up, down, left, right, and the like for the orientation shown in fig. 1-3 are used herein and hereinafter. When being applied to the side wall panel beating specifically, the upper surface of panel beating tang 20 represents the surface of side wall panel beating tang, and the lower surface of panel beating tang 20 represents the internal surface of side wall panel beating tang. In addition, the terms inside and outside are relative to the U-shaped clamping groove, specifically, one side of the first side wall and the second side wall facing the U-shaped clamping groove is the inner side, and one side of the first side wall and the second side wall departing from the U-shaped clamping groove is the outer side.
As a clamping arm of the clamping portion, the first side wall 11 applies a pressing force to the third lip 110 thereon, so that the third lip 110 is pressed on the upper surface of the sheet metal seam allowance 20, thereby realizing clamping of one side of the sheet metal seam allowance 20; as another clamping arm of the clamping portion, the second side wall 12 applies a pressing force to the first lip 13 and the second lip 14 on the clamping portion together, so that the first lip 13 and the second lip 14 support each other and are pressed together on the lower surface of the sheet metal seam allowance 20, thereby realizing clamping of the other side of the sheet metal seam allowance 20. In addition, the relatively soft second lip edge 14 and the relatively hard first lip edge 13 cooperate with each other to jointly support the sheet metal seam allowance 20, so that the sheet metal seam allowance 20 with large thickness can be conveniently disassembled and assembled, and the sheet metal seam allowance 20 with small thickness can be prevented from falling off, so that the requirements of insertion, installation and extraction and disassembly are met, and the sealing strip can be firmly and conveniently installed on the sheet metal seam allowance with larger thickness difference.
The sealing strip can achieve the sealing function of the sealing strip through any suitable sealing structure, and as shown in fig. 1, a foam 111 is further formed on the outer wall of the first side wall 11 in an upward extending manner. In addition, a vent hole may be provided on the foam body 111 to enable the gas therein to be discharged when being pressed. In particular, when the foamed member 111 is applied to a side panel, the foamed member 111 extends from the first side wall 11 toward the vehicle exterior side, and the foamed member 111 may be pressed between the side panel and the door.
In addition, in order to ensure the structural strength of the clamping part and ensure the connection firmness of the sealing strip, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, a U-shaped framework 17 for supporting the clamping part is further wrapped inside the clamping part. The U-shaped bobbin 17 may be made of alloy steel.
In order to better ensure the connection firmness of the sealing strip, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, under the compression of the sheet metal seam allowance 20, the first lip edge 13 and the second lip edge 14 can be deformed to define a buffer cavity channel 15 together with the second side wall 12, the buffer cavity channel 15 has an expansion position, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, when the expansion position is reached, the adjusting strip 16 is stuffed into the buffer cavity channel 15, so that the first lip edge 13 and the second lip edge 14 are pressed against the lower surface of the sheet metal seam allowance 21 together.
That is, the sheet metal seam allowance 20 includes a first sheet metal seam allowance 21 and a second sheet metal seam allowance 22, and the thickness of the first sheet metal seam allowance 21 is smaller than that of the second sheet metal seam allowance 22. In the expanded position, the first lip 13 and the second lip 14 together press against the lower surface of the first sheet metal seam allowance 21. The buffer channel 15 also has a compressed position, as shown in fig. 2, in which the adjustment strip 16 is not disposed in the buffer channel 15, so that the first lip 13 and the second lip 14 are pressed together against the lower surface of the second sheet metal seam allowance 22.
That is, when the thickness of the sheet metal seam allowance is thin, for example, when the thickness of the sheet metal seam allowance is less than or equal to 2.5mm, the adjustment strip 16 may be accommodated in the buffer cavity 15. In this way, can make first lip 13 and second lip 14 towards the panel beating tang uplift to increase the area of contact of first lip 13 and second lip 14 and panel beating tang, increase frictional force guarantees that the sealing strip is firm after the installation, is difficult to drop. Wherein, the thickness of the elastic cushion block 16 can be set according to the thickness of the sheet metal seam allowance so as to ensure the installation firmness. On the contrary, when the thickness of the sheet metal seam allowance is thick, for example, when the thickness of the sheet metal seam allowance is larger than 4.5mm, the elastic cushion block 16 does not need to be stuffed in the buffer cavity channel 15, and the second lip edge 14 has elasticity and is easy to deform, so that the sealing strip can be more easily installed on the sheet metal seam allowance.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, first lip 13 and second lip 14 are formed as first strip-like lip 131 and second strip-like lip 141, respectively, extending from second sidewall 12 toward each other, with the free ends of first strip-like lip 131 and second strip-like lip 141 being spaced apart. That is, there is a gap between the ends of first and second strip- like lips 131 and 141 distal from second sidewall 12. That is, the first lip 13, the second lip 14 and the second side wall 12 together enclose a cavity like a triangle. After the sealing strip is installed on the sheet metal seam allowance, under the extrusion of the sheet metal seam allowance, the free ends of the first strip lip 131 and the second strip lip 141 can be attached to each other to enclose the above-mentioned closed buffer cavity channel 15.
Further, to facilitate the installation of the sheet metal seam allowance, the first strip lip 131 is located at the right side of the second strip lip 141, that is, the first strip lip 131 is far away from the groove bottom of the U-shaped clamping groove of the clamping portion, and the second strip lip 141 is close to the groove bottom of the U-shaped clamping groove of the clamping portion. In other words, in fig. 1 and 2, the first strip-like lip 131 extends obliquely upward from the second side wall 12 and toward the bottom of the U-shaped clip groove, and the second strip-like lip 141 extends obliquely upward from the second side wall 12 and toward the mouth of the U-shaped clip groove.
The projections of the first and second lips 131 and 141 on the second side wall 12 overlap, and the free end of the first lip 131 is higher than the free end of the second lip 141. That is, the length of first strip lip 131 is longer than the length of second strip lip 141. In this way, when the panel beating tang inserts to the U-shaped and presss from both sides the groove in, first strip lip 131 can use its root to carry out anticlockwise rotation as the center to can drive second strip lip 141 and use its root to carry out clockwise rotation as the center, thereby make things convenient for the dismouting of panel beating tang.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the first and second lips 13 and 14 are formed as first and second arcuate lips 132 and 142, respectively, extending from the second side wall 12 toward each other, and free ends of the first and second arcuate lips 132 and 142 are connected. In other words, first arcuate lip 132 and second arcuate lip 142 are formed as a unitary arcuate lip. And the first arcuate lip 132 and the second arcuate lip 142 have been enclosed with the closed cushion channel 15 prior to installation of the sheet metal seam allowance.
To enhance the deformation adjustability of the arcuate lip to accommodate the installation of sheet metal spigots of different thicknesses, the arc length of the first arcuate lip 132 is less than the arc length of the second arcuate lip 142. To prevent the adjustment strip 16 from rolling during insertion of the sheet metal spigot, the first arcuate lip 132 is positioned to the right of the second arcuate lip 142, i.e., the first arcuate lip 132 is adjacent the notch of the U-shaped jaw of the clamp and the second arcuate lip 142 is remote from the notch of the U-shaped jaw of the clamp. In this way, the first lip which first contacts the sheet metal seam allowance when the sealing strip is installed can better maintain the shape of the buffer channel 15 and resist the interference of the sheet metal seam allowance on the adjusting strip 16.
The specific shape of the weatherstrip is described above, and the present disclosure also provides a vehicle that may include the weatherstrip described in detail above.
As an exemplary embodiment, the weather strip may be a door weather strip, that is, the clamping portion may be clamped on the side panel metal seam allowance, and the foam body 111 of the weather strip is sealed between the door and the side panel when the door is closed.
The preferred embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present disclosure is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present disclosure within the technical idea of the present disclosure, and these simple modifications all belong to the protection scope of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that, in the foregoing embodiments, various features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner, and in order to avoid unnecessary repetition, various combinations that are possible in the present disclosure are not described again.
In addition, any combination of various embodiments of the present disclosure may be made, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present disclosure, as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present disclosure.
