Abstract

自平衡轴向力离心泵叶轮,是在叶轮体1上前后盖板5、6间有流道2和非流道部位空腔4,空腔4的后盖板6上开有平衡孔3。由于平衡孔 的存在叶轮工作时介质从平衡孔3进入空腔4,改变了叶轮后盖板外面的压强,从而达到了自平衡轴向力的作用。

Description

自平衡轴向力离心泵叶轮
本发明是离心泵中的部件,特别是自平衡轴向力离心泵叶轮。
现有的离心泵叶轮在工作时都会产生轴向力,这种轴向力,通过泵轴传给轴承。这种轴向力给轴承工作时带来轴向负荷,因而降低了泵的效率,并降低了轴承的寿命。轴向力较大的泵(多级泵)为了平衡轴向力就得在泵内增加一套平衡轴向力装置。平衡板、平衡盘等。平衡装置的设置,增加了泵的制造成本,增大泵的体积,工作时也浪费了一定的能量。
为此有些发明如中国专利《91102186.8单吸对置式高扬程潜水泵》采用由泵体中段吸水,上下叶轮、导叶对置安装,在泵体设有流腔,吸入腔、排出腔和压力平衡腔,用来自动平衡轴向力。还有的发明如中国专利《87100241泵轴向力平衡装置》采用在泵的末级叶轮之后装有一对机械密封端面磨擦副,来自动平衡转子上的轴向力。上述两种发明均是对已产生的轴向力设法进行平衡,一种是改变泵的结构,一种是采用性能良好的平衡装置,使泵的结构变得复杂,增加了成本。
本发明的目的是提供一种自平衡轴向力离心泵叶轮,在工作时叶轮自身就平衡了轴向力,泵轴和轴承就不再承受轴向力。因此,多级离心泵在不增加平衡装置的情况下,就能实现平衡轴向力。达到高效、低成本、寿命长的效果。
本发明的技术方案是在叶轮体1上前后盖板5、6之间有流道2和非流道部位空腔4,空腔4的后盖板6上开有平衡孔3。由于平衡孔3的存在,叶轮工作时,介质从平衡孔3进入空腔4,改变了叶轮盖板外面的压强,从而达到了自平衡轴向力的效果。同时,进入空腔4的介质又打入泵的高压区,而不是输入低压区,所以没有容积损失。提高了泵的效率。
图1是本发明的一个实施例的主剖视图,图2是图1的俯视图。
图1、2中叶轮体上有前、后盖板5、6,流道2和非流道部位空腔4、空腔后盖板6上开有平衡孔3,平衡3也可开在前盖板5上,流道是弯曲形,流道的横截面呈圆形或椭圆形。流道吸入口呈喇叭形状。它是一种具有良好流体力学结构的叶轮。
将本发明的叶轮安装在普通的离心泵上,可以省去平衡装置的同时,提高了泵的效率和泵的抗气蚀性能。
用本发明的叶轮安装在DY6-25×5多级离心泵上,不使用平衡轴向力装置,测试结果,该叶轮起到完全平衡轴向力作用。效率提高4个百分点。

Claims (2)

1、一种包括叶轮体1及前后盖板5、6的自平衡轴向力离心泵叶轮,其特征在于前后盖板5、6之间有流道2和空腔4,后盖板6在空腔4处开有平衡孔3。
2、根据权利要求1所述叶轮其特征在于流道是弯曲形,流道的横截面呈圆形或椭圆形,流道吸入口呈喇叭形状。
