本发明涉及一种隔音复合门板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:将炉渣、粉煤灰、铁粉和木质纤维的混合料经烧结制得混料隔音板,备用;将加工好的木板切割裁剪成所需厚度,刷油静置养生,备用;将隔音材料按所需厚度裁剪,备用;将混料隔音板、隔音材料和木板依次叠压并在最外层包覆木板,采用环保胶粘合并用热压机进行热压,压实后形成隔音复合门板,按需要裁剪、定厚砂光,制得成品。与现有技术相比,本发明利用工业废料炉渣和粉煤灰为原料制得混料隔音板,再和木板、隔音材料相结合制得隔音复合门板,增加木门坚硬度,增加炉渣和粉煤灰的利用率,隔音材料在门板之间,可吸收大量音频,隔音效果好。

一种隔音复合门板的制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料加工技术领域,具体涉及一种隔音复合门板的制作方法。
背景技术
随着我国经济建设的飞速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,再加上建筑行业和家具行业的快速发展,对木材的需求量大幅度增长,因此,原木的采伐数量越来越大,为了保持生态平衡,国家提倡要大力发展新型环保材料,因此,人造板行业的发展有效的缓解了我国木材的消耗,是节约木材的重要途径。
在家具行业中,随着人们对门的要求越来越高,既要求美观环保轻便,又需要防潮、隔音好,还需要刚性好;但随着需求的增大和森林资源的日益减少,特别是珍贵材种的匮乏,实木门供求矛盾日益突出,也变得越来越昂贵,于是人们研发出了木质复合门板的制作方法,这些木质复合门板的制作方法结构多种多样,各不相同,一般它包括骨架及中间的面板,面板通常为木皮,单纯的木皮隔音、防潮和刚性都不够好;尤其是在娱乐场所,音乐声、K歌声、喧哗声,都需要好的门来隔挡,但现有的复合门板的隔音性都不是很理想。
炉渣和粉煤灰是当前排量较大的工业废渣。大量的炉渣和粉煤灰若不加处理,就会产生扬尘,污染大气;若排入水系会造成河流淤塞,而其中的有毒化学物质还会对人体和生物造成危害。目前,炉渣和粉煤灰的开发利用中,烧结成砖和保温板是主要技术领域,另有用来修补道路或者工程,利用率都比较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决上述问题而提供一种隔音复合门板的制作方法。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种隔音复合门板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将炉渣、粉煤灰、铁粉和木质纤维的混合料经烧结制得混料隔音板,将制得的混料隔音板经水磨机打磨成规定厚度,备用;
(2)将加工好的木板切割裁剪成所需厚度,刷油静置养生,备用;
(3)将隔音材料按所需厚度裁剪,备用;
(4)将混料隔音板、隔音材料和木板依次叠压并在最外层包覆木板,采用环保胶粘合并用热压机进行热压,压实后形成隔音复合门板,按需要裁剪、定厚砂光,制得成品。
进一步地,所述的炉渣、粉煤灰、铁粉和木质纤维的质量比为200:100:10-50:1-10。
炉渣主要是由硅、铝、铁、钙的化合物所组成,且都含有少量的镁、钛、钾、铜、磷等化合物以及微量的氰化物。它们存在的主要形式是酸盐、硅铝酸盐、氧化物和硫酸盐。炉渣在磨细以后的水分存在的情况下,特别是在蒸汽养护条件下,参与氢氧化钙或其它氢氧化物发生化学反应,生成具有水硬胶凝性能的化合物。而粉煤灰是从煤燃烧后的烟气中收捕下来的细灰,粉煤灰组成为:SiO2、Al2O3、FeO、Fe2O3、CaO、TiO2等。将炉渣、粉煤灰、铁粉和木质纤维按上述比例进行掺杂后,颗粒较细的粉煤灰进入炉渣缝隙,铁粉以及木质纤维有助于粘结,炉渣、粉煤灰、铁粉和木质纤维的混料经烧结形成的混料板具有优异的隔音效果。
进一步地,所述炉渣的粒径为1-3mm。
进一步地,所述粉煤灰的粒径为100-300μm。
进一步地,所述的混料隔音板和木板的粘结面均打磨成波浪形,有助于粘结牢固以及消除噪音。
进一步地,所述隔音材料为隔音毡或矿棉。
进一步地,所述木板为木皮、实木板、细木工板、刨花板、密度板、胶合板或纤维板中的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述混料隔音板的厚度为4-6mm,所述木板的厚度为6-8mm,所述隔音材料的厚度为6-8mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明利用工业废料炉渣和粉煤灰为原料制得混料隔音板,再和木板、隔音材料相结合制得隔音复合门板,增加木门坚硬度,增加炉渣和粉煤灰的利用率,隔音材料在门板之间,可吸收大量音频,混料隔音板密度大、坚硬,表面打磨成波浪形态,将隔音材料未能吸收的音频反射,有效增加了吸音、隔音效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种隔音复合门板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将炉渣、粉煤灰、铁粉和木质纤维的混合料经烧结制得混料隔音板,将制得的混料隔音板经水磨机打磨成规定厚度,备用;
(2)将加工好的木板切割裁剪成所需厚度,刷油静置养生,备用;
(3)将隔音材料按所需厚度裁剪,备用;
(4)将混料隔音板1、隔音材料2和木板3依次叠压并在最外层包覆木板3,采用环保胶粘合并用热压机进行热压,压实后形成隔音复合门板,按需要裁剪、定厚砂光,制得成品,如图1所示。
其中,炉渣、粉煤灰、铁粉和木质纤维的质量比为200:100:10:1,炉渣的粒径为1mm,粉煤灰的粒径为100μm,混料隔音板和木板的粘结面均打磨成波浪形,隔音材料为隔音毡,木板为木皮,混料隔音板的厚度为4mm,木板的厚度为6mm,隔音材料的厚度为6mm。
实施例2
一种隔音复合门板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将炉渣、粉煤灰、铁粉和木质纤维的混合料经烧结制得混料隔音板,将制得的混料隔音板经水磨机打磨成规定厚度,备用;
(2)将加工好的木板切割裁剪成所需厚度,刷油静置养生,备用;
(3)将隔音材料按所需厚度裁剪,备用;
(4)将混料隔音板1、隔音材料2和木板3依次叠压并在最外层包覆木板3,采用环保胶粘合并用热压机进行热压,压实后形成隔音复合门板,按需要裁剪、定厚砂光,制得成品。
其中,炉渣、粉煤灰、铁粉和木质纤维的质量比为200:100:50:10,炉渣的粒径为3mm,粉煤灰的粒径为300μm,混料隔音板和木板的粘结面均打磨成波浪形,隔音材料为矿棉,木板为实木板,混料隔音板的厚度为6mm,木板的厚度为8mm,隔音材料的厚度为8mm。
实施例3
一种隔音复合门板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将炉渣、粉煤灰、铁粉和木质纤维的混合料经烧结制得混料隔音板,将制得的混料隔音板经水磨机打磨成规定厚度,备用;
(2)将加工好的木板切割裁剪成所需厚度,刷油静置养生,备用;
(3)将隔音材料按所需厚度裁剪,备用;
(4)将混料隔音板1、隔音材料2和木板3依次叠压并在最外层包覆木板3,采用环保胶粘合并用热压机进行热压,压实后形成隔音复合门板,按需要裁剪、定厚砂光,制得成品。
其中,炉渣、粉煤灰、铁粉和木质纤维的质量比为200:100:25:5,炉渣的粒径为2mm,粉煤灰的粒径为200μm,混料隔音板和木板的粘结面均打磨成波浪形,隔音材料为隔音毡,木板为密度板,混料隔音板的厚度为5mm,木板的厚度为7mm,隔音材料的厚度为7mm。

1.一种隔音复合门板的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将炉渣、粉煤灰、铁粉和木质纤维的混合料经烧结制得混料隔音板,将制得的混料隔音板经水磨机打磨成规定厚度,备用;
(2)将加工好的木板切割裁剪成所需厚度,刷油静置养生,备用;
(3)将隔音材料按所需厚度裁剪,备用;
(4)将混料隔音板、隔音材料和木板依次叠压并在最外层包覆木板,采用环保胶粘合并用热压机进行热压,压实后形成隔音复合门板,按需要裁剪、定厚砂光,制得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音复合门板的制作方法,其特征在于,所述的炉渣、粉煤灰、铁粉和木质纤维的质量比为200:100:10-50:1-10。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音复合门板的制作方法,其特征在于,所述炉渣的粒径为1-3mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音复合门板的制作方法,其特征在于,所述粉煤灰的粒径为100-300μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音复合门板的制作方法,其特征在于,所述的混料隔音板和木板的粘结面均打磨成波浪形。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音复合门板的制作方法,其特征在于,所述隔音材料为隔音毡或矿棉。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音复合门板的制作方法,其特征在于,所述木板为木皮、实木板、细木工板、刨花板、密度板、胶合板或纤维板中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音复合门板的制作方法,其特征在于,所述混料隔音板的厚度为4-6mm,所述木板的厚度为6-8mm,所述隔音材料的厚度为6-8mm。
