本发明提出了一种增强型聚偏氟乙烯膜丝的切丝方法,包括以下步骤,S1,将增强型聚偏氟乙烯膜丝按照100~1000根/束捆扎成膜丝束;S2,将已经捆扎好的膜丝束在需要切割处用保鲜膜或缠绕膜缠紧,绕后用透明胶带固定;S3,将固定好的膜丝束装入预设的固定夹具内,然后在回转刀盘式膜丝切割机上进行切割,即得到所需膜丝。将膜丝固定成束后采用回转刀盘式膜丝切割机进行切割,切割面平整,效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及水处理技术,尤其涉及一种增强型聚偏氟乙烯膜丝的切丝方法。
背景技术
增强型聚偏氟乙烯中空纤维膜丝是由化纤纤维丝编制管与PVDF铸膜液复 合而成,该法生产出的膜丝是化纤纤维与PVDF树脂结合,使得膜丝具有很高 的强度,同时造成该种膜丝在生产组件时,膜丝很难切割。目前行业内主要的 切割方式还是人工手动刀具直线往返式切割,此法效率低下,且切割面不平整, 质量很低。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提出了一种切割面平整,效率高的增强型聚偏氟乙烯膜 丝的切丝方法。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:本发明提供了一种增强型聚偏氟乙烯膜 丝的切丝方法,包括以下步骤,
S1,将增强型聚偏氟乙烯膜丝按照100~1000根/束捆扎成膜丝束;
S2,将已经捆扎好的膜丝束在需要切割处用保鲜膜或缠绕膜缠紧,绕后用 透明胶带固定;
S3,将固定好的膜丝束装入预设的固定夹具内,然后在回转刀盘式膜丝切 割机上进行切割,即得到所需膜丝。
在以上技术方案的基础上,优选的,步骤S2中,按照所需长度在需切割处, 用保鲜膜或缠绕膜缠绕4~15层,绕后用透明胶带缠紧固定。
在以上技术方案的基础上,优选的,步骤S3中,所述回转刀盘式膜丝切割 机刀盘采用单面开刃的无齿刀盘。进一步优选的,所述刀盘选用高速钢、铬钢、 铬硅钢、SDK-11材料制成。
在以上技术方案的基础上,优选的,切割长度为0.3m~2.5m。
本发明的增强型聚偏氟乙烯膜丝的切丝方法相对于现有技术具有以下有益 效果:
(1)将膜丝固定成束后采用回转刀盘式膜丝切割机进行切割,切割面平整, 效率高。

S1,将增强型聚偏氟乙烯膜丝按照100~1000根/束捆扎成膜丝束。
S2,将已经捆扎好的膜丝束在需要切割处用保鲜膜或缠绕膜缠紧,绕后用 透明胶带固定。具体的,步骤S2中,按照所需长度在需切割处,用保鲜膜或缠 绕膜缠绕4~15层,绕后用透明胶带缠紧固定。具体的,切割长度为0.3m~2.5m。
S3,将固定好的膜丝束装入预设的固定夹具内,然后在回转刀盘式膜丝切 割机上进行切割,即得到所需膜丝。具体的,步骤S3中,所述回转刀盘式膜丝 切割机刀盘采用单面开刃的无齿刀盘。更具体的,所述刀盘选用高速钢、铬钢、 铬硅钢、SDK-11材料制成。

1.一种增强型聚偏氟乙烯膜丝的切丝方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
S1,将增强型聚偏氟乙烯膜丝按照100~1000根/束捆扎成膜丝束;
S2,将已经捆扎好的膜丝束在需要切割处用保鲜膜或缠绕膜缠紧,绕后用透明胶带固定;
S3,将固定好的膜丝束装入预设的固定夹具内,然后在回转刀盘式膜丝切割机上进行切割,即得到所需膜丝。
2.如权利要求1所述的增强型聚偏氟乙烯膜丝的切丝方法,其特征在于:步骤S2中,按照所需长度在需切割处,用保鲜膜或缠绕膜缠绕4~15层,绕后用透明胶带缠紧固定。
3.如权利要求1所述的增强型聚偏氟乙烯膜丝的切丝方法,其特征在于:步骤S3中,所述回转刀盘式膜丝切割机刀盘采用单面开刃的无齿刀盘。
