Description

Cover tape fixing device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a fixing device, and more particularly, to a cover tape fixing device for pressing a cover tape provided to a wire track.
Background
Generally, a plurality of bolt holes are axially formed in the wire rail for inserting bolts to lock the wire rail on the platform. However, the bolt holes are prone to dust and dirt accumulation, which prevents the carriage from moving on the line rail. Therefore, in order to avoid the above problem, the bolt holes are usually covered with a cover tape.
However, although there are many embodiments for fixing the cover tape to the wire rail, the most common embodiment is as disclosed in fig. 21 of jp 2005-282677 a: a pressure plate (reference numeral 12) is fixed to a wire rail (reference numeral 2) by screwing a plurality of screws (reference numeral 15), and a cover tape (reference numeral 7) is pressed by the pressure plate.
However, in this way, the screw holes must be formed at the corresponding positions of the wire track for the screws to be locked, which not only increases the processing cost of the wire track, but also increases the time required for disassembling and assembling the screw lock, resulting in lower maintenance efficiency of the wire track.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to provide a cover tape fixing device which can improve the above-mentioned disadvantages.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the cover tape fixing apparatus of the present invention is adapted to press a cover tape 500 provided to a wire track 400. The linear rail 400 includes a rail body 410 extending along an axis L, and two grooves 420 respectively disposed on two sides of the axis L and recessed in the rail body 410. The cover tape 500 includes a tape body 510, and a positioning groove 520 provided in the tape body 510. This embodiment includes a device body 100, and two presser members 200.
The device body 100 includes a first side plate 110, a top baffle 120, and a second side plate 130, which are sequentially bent and connected. Since the first side plate 110 and the second side plate 130 are symmetrical to each other, only the components of the first side plate 110 will be described later.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the first side plate 110 has a first vertical wall 111 connected to the top baffle 120, a first hook wall 112 extending from an end of the first vertical wall 111 away from the top baffle 120 to form a holding end 113, and two hollow areas 114. The first hook wall 112 includes a buckle portion 115 bent from the first vertical wall 111 and a hook portion 116. The engaging portion 115 has an arc-shaped abutting edge 117 abutting against the corresponding groove 420. The engaging portion 115 and the hooking portion 116 define a pivot space 300. Likewise, the second side plate 130 has a clamping end 133.
It should be noted that the central angle of the abutting edge 117 is between 90 degrees and 180 degrees, so that the embedding part 115 takes on the shape of "ㄥ". This not only helps the abutting edge 117 abut against the groove 420, but also reduces the deformation of the engaging portion 115 when the pressing bar 200 is rotated relative to the top baffle 120 by the first side plate 110 and the second side plate 130, respectively, so as to save labor.
The top baffle 120 has a top wall 121 connecting the first side plate 110 and the second side plate 130, and two baffle walls 122. The top wall 121 includes a ravine area 123 and two flat shoulder areas 124 connected by the ravine area 123 to the first side plate 110 and the second side plate 130, respectively, and substantially parallel to the top surface of the rail body 410. The blocking walls 122 are respectively connected to the flat shoulder regions 124 in a bending manner. In the present embodiment, a cross section of ravine 123 perpendicular to axis L is V-shaped and has a ridge 125 adjacent to the tip of the V-shape, and two slopes 126 connected to shoulder 124 by ridge 125.
It should be noted that the included angle between the inclined surface portions 126 is between 90 degrees and 180 degrees, and represents an obtuse angle, which is to provide the device body 100 with better resilience and reduce the stress of the ridge portion 125. If the angle between the inclined surface portions 126 is an acute angle, elastic fatigue is likely to occur after several turns, and the ridge portion 125 may be broken.
In addition, since the positioning groove 520 assists in aligning the ridge 125, the length thereof can be as shown in fig. 5, with a shorter positioning groove 520' as another embodiment. In addition, corresponding to the embodiment, the ravine area 123 is further provided with a hook 127 disposed at one end of the ridge 125 for hooking the positioning groove 520', as shown in fig. 6.
Referring to fig. 2, each presser bar 200 is formed by bending a strip and includes a latching portion 210 detachably disposed on the corresponding clamping end 113(133), and a pressing handle portion 220 away from the latching portion 210.
Therefore, a user only needs to install the locking portion 210 of each of the pressing rod members 200 in the pivoting space 300 and fasten the hooking portion 116, and the pressing handle portion 220 of the pressing rod member 200 correspondingly penetrates through the hollow-out region 114, so that the included angle of the extending pressing rod member 200 is reduced, and the operation of the user is facilitated. Then, the pressing handle 220 is pressed toward each other to separate the clamping ends 113 and 133 from each other, so that the cover tape 500 can be mounted on the wire track 400 on which the cover tape 500 is disposed along the axis L, and the cover tape 500 is pressed against the top surface of the rail body 410 by contacting with the ridge 125. When the ridge 125 is completely inserted into the positioning groove 520 or the hook 127 is inserted into the positioning groove 520', the pressing handle 220 can be released, so that the clamping ends 113 and 133 are respectively close to the corresponding grooves 420, and the covering belt 500 is pressed by the ridge 125. Finally, the press bar member 200 is detached, and the device body 100 is set. On the contrary, if the device body 100 is to remove the wire track 400, the above steps are reversed.
In summary, the cover tape fixing device of the present invention does not need to process the wire track 400, but directly uses the structure of the groove 420 to buckle the device body 100, so as to avoid unnecessary processing cost. On the other hand, the pressing bar member 200 can be quickly disassembled from the device body 100, so that the maintenance efficiency of the wire rail 400 can be effectively improved, thereby achieving the object of the present invention.
The above description is only an example of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention should not be limited thereby, and the invention is still within the scope of the present invention by simple equivalent changes and modifications made according to the claims and the contents of the specification.
