Abstract
本发明涉及医疗领域,尤其为一种具有消毒杀菌功能的血疗仪,包括血疗仪主体,所述血疗仪主体的上方设有照射腔体,所述照射腔体内设有血袋和激光UVLED或普通UVLED消毒杀菌装置,所述血袋的两端均与夹具连接,所述血袋连接氧气导管的一端,所述氧气导管的另一端与氧气瓶连接,所述血疗仪主体上设有控制面板,所述控制面板包括电源控制键、时间警示器、温度控制器和状态显示屏,深紫外激光UVLED或普通UVLED灯珠,波长在200‑350nm范围内,技术更先进,结构简单,发热性低,不用预热即可启动,能耗低,使用寿命长,发射波长稳定,环保无污染,具有很强的实用性。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗领域,具体为一种具有消毒杀菌功能的血疗仪。
背景技术
紫外线照射充氧自血回输疗法(简称 UBIO 疗法):是利用紫外线照射血液来杀菌的一种治疗方法,紫外线照射对金黄色葡萄球菌和溶血链球菌有极强的杀伤作用,但对红细胞无破坏,并且经过紫外线照射的血液吸收氧能力增强,显著提高血氧饱和度, 提高白细胞的吞噬活性,增强血液杀菌作用,经过紫外线辐射的血液可以解毒,激活体内的免疫系统,从而提高机体抗感染能力。UBIO的适应症很广,主要用于:细菌、真菌、病毒感染;免疫功能紊乱性疾病,缺血、缺氧性心脑血管疾病、高血压病,高脂血症、高粘滞血症、痛风,肿瘤病人放疗、化疗毒副反应等,目前治疗已达60多病种,具有安全、科学、有效、无毒副作用,是无需药物治疗的自然疗法。鉴于此,我们提出一种具有消毒杀菌功能的血疗仪。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有消毒杀菌功能的血疗仪,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。本发明具有发射波长稳定,环保无污染等优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种具有消毒杀菌功能的血疗仪,包括血疗仪主体,所述血疗仪主体的上方设有照射腔体,所述照射腔体内设有血袋和激光UVLED或普通UVLED消毒杀菌装置,所述激光UVLED或普通UVLED消毒杀菌装置分为上下两个部分,且激光UVLED或普通UVLED消毒杀菌装置的上部和下部分别位于激光UVLED或普通UVLED消毒杀菌装置的上方和下方,所述照射腔体的内部设有翻转机构,所述翻转机构的底端与血疗仪主体连接,且翻转机构上设有夹具,所述血袋的两端均与夹具连接,所述血袋连接氧气导管的一端,所述氧气导管的另一端与氧气瓶连接,所述血疗仪主体上设有控制面板,所述控制面板包括电源控制键、时间警示器、温度控制器和状态显示屏。
优选的,所述激光UVLED或普通UVLED消毒杀菌装置为深紫外激光UVLED或普通UVLED灯珠,且波长在200-350nm范围内。
优选的,所述电源控制键均通过电性连接时间警示器、温度控制器和状态显示屏。
优选的,所述血疗仪为激光UVLED或普通UVLED的血疗仪。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:此带有激光UVLED或普通UVLED消毒杀菌功能的血疗仪,结构简单,通过加入深紫外激光UVLED或普通UVLED灯珠和翻转机构的相互配合,并且深紫外激光UVLED或普通UVLED灯珠,波长范围200-350nm,技术更先进,结构简单,发热性低,不用预热即可启动,能耗低,使用寿命长,发射波长稳定,环保无污染,具有很强的实用性。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种具有消毒杀菌功能的血疗仪,所述血疗仪为激光UVLED或普通UVLED的血疗仪,包括血疗仪主体1,所述血疗仪主体1的上方设有照射腔体2,所述照射腔体2内设有血袋4和激光UVLED或普通UVLED消毒杀菌装置3,所述激光UVLED或普通UVLED消毒杀菌装置3为深紫外激光UVLED或普通UVLED灯珠,且波长在200-350nm范围内,所述激光UVLED或普通UVLED消毒杀菌装置3分为上下两个部分,且激光UVLED或普通UVLED消毒杀菌装置3的上部和下部分别位于激光UVLED或普通UVLED消毒杀菌装置3的上方和下方,所述照射腔体2的内部设有翻转机构5,所述翻转机构5的底端与血疗仪主体1连接,且翻转机构5上设有夹具6,所述血袋4的两端均与夹具6连接,所述血袋4连接氧气导管7的一端,所述氧气导管7的另一端与氧气瓶8连接,所述血疗仪主体1上设有控制面板9,所述控制面板9包括电源控制键、时间警示器、温度控制器和状态显示屏,所述电源控制键均通过电性连接时间警示器、温度控制器和状态显示屏,所述时间警示器用于设定时间的提醒,当到达设定的时间提醒医务人员及时处理事务,所述温度控制器用来控制照射腔体2内的温度,保持照射腔体2的温度恒定在一个规定范围内。
本发明的具体工作原理:从患者自身抽出血液到血疗袋4,将血疗袋4放置于照射腔体2内,用夹具6固定住,接入氧气,设定照射剂量,开启血疗仪,血疗仪翻转机构5动作,血疗袋4或平放或竖直,血液晃动防止凝结,补充氧气,同时激光UVLED或普通UVLED消毒杀菌装置3工作发出紫外线照射血疗袋4对里面的血液进行解毒杀菌激活免疫力;到达照射设定剂量时,时间警示启动,激光UVLED或普通UVLED消毒杀菌装置3停止,翻转机构5并不停止,等待医务人员处置;当血疗仪工作时,温度控制器按仪器温度设定的范围,会自动启动或静止,保证血疗仪在一个恒定的温度范围内工作。
时间警示器用于设定时间的提醒,当到达设定的时间提醒医务人员及时处理事务,温度控制器用来控制照射腔体2内的温度,到达温度的设定值时,自动开启散热或加热装置,保持照射腔体2的温度恒定在一个规定范围内,所述的血袋4为高分子一次性使用血疗袋,用可通透紫外线的医疗级高分子材料制作。

1.一种具有消毒杀菌功能的血疗仪,包括血疗仪主体(1),其特征在于:所述血疗仪主体(1)的上方设有照射腔体(2),所述照射腔体(2)内设有血袋(4)和激光UVLED或普通UVLED消毒杀菌装置(3),所述激光UVLED或普通UVLED消毒杀菌装置(3)分为上下两个部分,且激光UVLED或普通UVLED消毒杀菌装置(3)的上部和下部分别位于激光UVLED或普通UVLED消毒杀菌装置(3)的上方和下方,所述照射腔体(2)的内部设有翻转机构(5),所述翻转机构(5)的底端与血疗仪主体(1)连接,且翻转机构(5)上设有夹具(6),所述血袋(4)的两端均与夹具(6)连接,所述血袋(4)连接氧气导管(7)的一端,所述氧气导管(7)的另一端与氧气瓶(8)连接,所述血疗仪主体(1)上设有控制面板(9),所述控制面板(9)包括电源控制键、时间警示器、温度控制器和状态显示屏。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有消毒杀菌功能的血疗仪,其特征在于:所述激光UVLED或普通UVLED消毒杀菌装置(3)为深紫外激光UVLED或普通UVLED灯珠,且波长在200-350nm范围内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有消毒杀菌功能的血疗仪,其特征在于:所述电源控制键均通过电性连接时间警示器、温度控制器和状态显示屏。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有消毒杀菌功能的血疗仪,其特征在于:所述血疗仪为激光UVLED或普通UVLED的血疗仪。
