一种治疗肿瘤的中药组合物及其制备方法，采用下述中药配比制作方案：藏红花10—20份、金银花15—25份、琥珀10—15份、山慈菇10—20份、全蝎5—15份、鸡内金10—15份、当归15—20份、香菇15—20份、龙葵10—20份、黑豆10—15份、穿山甲10—20份、冬虫夏草10—20份。
治疗时，称取配方中的原料药，加适量水，文火煎煮约40分针后，滤去药渣，制成汤剂，口服，每口一剂，连服5剂，5剂为一疗程，连服3—4个疗程。
本发明的积极效果在于制剂为纯中草药制成，对于肿瘤的疗效较高，标本兼治，疗效显著，无不良反应、毒副作用小，临床症状消失迅速，治愈后无反弹现象。
