A household hand-held grinder as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a connecting rod (6) is fixed in the shell (1), a positioning shaft (7) is arranged at a position, corresponding to the central axis of the driven cutter disc (3 b), on the connecting rod (6), the driven cutter disc (3 b) is fixedly connected with the connecting rod (6) through the positioning shaft (7), a central hole for the positioning shaft (7) to pass through is formed in the driving cutter disc (3 a), and the driving cutter disc (3 a) is in running fit with the positioning shaft (7) through the central hole.
