本发明公开了一种温控印刷防伪剂,它由珠光 粉、荧光粉、水银、酒石酸水溶液、稳定剂、表面活性剂 组成。当包装物的口花或封口或其它某一部位印上 标记图案后再印刷上该防伪剂即能起到防伪作用。 鉴别时,在其上稍加温(如用烟头火烤)防伪剂颜色即 行退去,显示出防伪标记图案。冷却后又还原,将防 伪记重新覆盖,反复加温反复如是变化。本防伪剂性 能稳定,退色复原变化迅速,使用方便,安全可靠,成 本低。

Description

本发明涉及一种印刷制剂,特别适应于印刷防伪方面。
以往有一种防伪印刷油墨,这种油墨印刷在包装上之后,能够靠颜色的不同变化来鉴别真伪。它的不足之处在于该油墨只能变色,不能显示厂家的标记,影响使用效果,而且鉴别时一旦被加温变色后,不能恢复原状,影响到商品经营者的销售。
本发明的任务在于提供一种新的印刷防伪剂,印刷在口花、封口或其它包装上之后,一旦受热到较高温度,能够显示出下面的底色和认别标记图案,冷却后即又还原,将防伪标记重新覆盖。
本发明的任务是这样完成的:所需的各种成份按重量比计:
珠光粉4-6,荧光粉4-6,水银0.5-1,酒石酸水溶液0.4-0.8,稳定剂0.2-0.5,表面活性剂0.2-0.5,先将珠光粉、荧光粉研磨成细末、筛分,然后在-25℃的低温下,将其加入水银和酒石酸水溶液中,经过搅拌恢复到常温,以后再加温,当升温导至100℃时加入稳定剂和表面活性剂,加热至140℃时停止加热,静置后即为成品。
当口花或封口或其它包装物的某一部位,印上标记图案后,再印刷上本防伪剂。鉴别时,在其上稍加温(如用烟头火烤)防伪剂颜色即行退去,下面显示出厂家防伪标记,冷却后即又还原,将防伪标记重新覆盖。反复加温如是变化。
本防伪剂性能稳定,多次试验多次有效,且退色复原变化甚为迅速,隔着塑料或玻璃纸加温仍然有效,本防伪剂使用方便,安全可靠,稍加火烤即可起到鉴别真伪的作用,而且成本低。
本发明有如下一个实施例:
所需的各种化学成份,均按重量比计,珠光粉4,荧光粉4,水银0.9,酒石酸水溶液0.6,稳定剂和表面活性剂各为0.25,先将珠光粉、荧光粉研为细末、筛分,然后在-25℃的低温下将其加入水银和酒石酸水溶液中,经过搅拌后恢复常温,以后再加温,当温度升至100℃时加入稳定剂和表面活性剂,继续升温至140℃时,停止加热,静置后即为成品。

1、温控印刷防伪剂,其特征是:所需的各种成份按重量比计:珠光粉4-6,荧光粉4-6,水银0.5-1,酒石酸水溶液0.4-0.8,稳定剂0.2-0.5,表面活性剂0.2-0.5,先将珠光粉、荧光粉研磨成细末、筛分,然后在-25℃的低温下,将其加入水银和酒石酸水溶液中,经过搅拌恢复到常温,以后再加温,当升温导至100℃时加入稳定剂和表面活性剂,加热至140℃时停止加热,静置后即为成品。
