In the closed-circuit monitoring system with the voice reminding function, the top end of the hollow bottom column is lower than the height of the second end of the fixed rod; and in the length direction of the second telescopic rod, the distance between the adjacent second cameras is less than or equal to 20 cm. The height of the second end of the fixing rod is higher than that of the hollow bottom column, so that the fixing rod moves on the main rod with a certain stroke, and the distance between the second cameras is only required to meet the condition that the two adjacent second cameras do not collide with each other.
In the closed circuit monitoring system with the voice reminding function, the height of the second end of the fixed rod relative to the ground is more than or equal to 2.5m, and the distance between the second camera at the tail end of the second telescopic rod and the support column is less than or equal to 2 m.
As shown in fig. 3, in the closed circuit monitoring system with the voice reminding function, any one of the second license plate entry devices further includes:
a plurality of third cameras 50 embedded in the light poles 60 on one side of the main road, the sub-main road and the branch road in the urban area in sequence, and respectively and correspondingly acquiring images of vehicles running on a plurality of lanes of each road in the urban area; wherein the height of the third camera with the lowest relative position in the plurality of third cameras is more than or equal to 1.5 m.
A plurality of third cameras are hidden and arranged in the electric lamp pole, so that the cost of additionally arranging the pole body can be reduced, the occupation of the ground space is reduced, and the electric lamp pole is internally provided with electric wires for arrangement, so that electric energy can be conveniently provided for the plurality of third cameras.

Claims (9)

1. A closed circuit monitoring system with voice reminding function is characterized by comprising:
the license plate recording components are respectively arranged on a main trunk road and/or a secondary trunk road of an urban area; any license plate input assembly further comprises a first background camera which is used for shooting the whole road surface monitoring image of the main road and/or the secondary road in real time; the first license plate recording equipment is used for respectively acquiring images of running vehicles on a plurality of lanes of the main road and/or the secondary road and extracting a license plate number group I;
the second license plate recording devices are respectively arranged on a main road, a secondary main road and a branch road in the urban area, the second license plate recording devices are used for respectively collecting images of running vehicles on a plurality of lanes of the main road, the secondary main road and the branch road and extracting a license plate number group II, and the straight line distance between two adjacent second license plate recording devices is less than or equal to 1000m in the same driving direction on the same main road, the secondary main road and the branch road;
the vehicle track analysis module is used for acquiring the license plate number group I in real time and storing the license plate number group I into a vehicle track list as a track starting point, and the vehicle track analysis module is also used for acquiring the license plate number group II in real time and storing the license plate number group II into a license plate number retrieval module; the vehicle track analysis module sequentially searches a plurality of license plate numbers in the acquired license plate number group I in the license plate number search module to obtain a search result:
if the retrieval result returns to be 0, continuing to retrieve the next license plate number in the license plate number group I;
if the retrieval result is returned to be more than or equal to 1, sequencing the returned retrieval results according to the time sequence to obtain a sequencing list, then inputting the sequencing list into a vehicle track corresponding to the same license plate number in the vehicle track list, and then continuing to retrieve the next license plate number in the license plate number group I; and
the voice warning analysis device comprises an analysis module and an intercom module, wherein the intercom module comprises a first intercom end and a second intercom end, the first intercom end is arranged in a vehicle of the license plate number group I, and the second intercom end is arranged at a traffic management place; the analysis module is used for acquiring overspeed vehicles on the vehicle track and establishing wireless communication connection between the second talkback end and the first talkback end on the overspeed vehicles;
any license plate entry subassembly still includes:
the supporting column is vertically and rotatably arranged on one side of the main trunk and/or the secondary trunk entering and exiting the urban area; the support column comprises a hollow bottom column and a main rod, and the main rod is connected in the hollow bottom column in a manner of rotating relative to the hollow bottom column;
the frame body is arranged on one side, facing the road, of the supporting column and comprises a fixed rod, a first telescopic rod and a second telescopic rod, the fixed rod is parallel to the supporting column and is connected to the upper end of the supporting column in a vertically sliding mode, the first telescopic rod is parallel to the ground and is connected to the first end of the fixed rod, the front end of the second telescopic rod is provided with a top cap, and the opening of the top cap faces the supporting column; the second telescopic rod is connected between the extending end of the first telescopic rod and the second end of the fixed rod;
the second cameras are arranged on the second telescopic rods at intervals and respectively and correspondingly acquire images of running vehicles on a plurality of lanes of the main road and/or the secondary road;
the counter bore is arranged on the supporting column and is arranged above the first telescopic rod; and
the bottom of the hydraulic telescopic rod is detachably arranged in the counter bore, and the front end of the hydraulic telescopic rod abuts against the opening of the top cap, so that the first telescopic rod and the hydraulic telescopic rod are synchronously stretched.

The closed circuit monitoring system with the voice reminding function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the vehicle track comprises a walking path of a vehicle I corresponding to a target license plate number on a plane map of an urban area, and the specific position information of n second license plate entry devices of the vehicle I and the shooting time of the n second license plate entry devices for shooting the vehicle I are distributed on the walking path.

The closed circuit monitoring system with the voice reminding function as claimed in claim 1, wherein if the extraction result of extracting the license plate number of the vehicle ii in the license plate number group i is 0, the corresponding first license plate recording device sends the image of the vehicle ii with the abnormal license plate number to the vehicle track analysis module and stores the image into the license plate abnormality processing module, and the license plate abnormality processing module extracts the vehicle body information a of the vehicle ii from the image of the vehicle ii and stores the vehicle body information a into the list to be processed;
if the result of extracting the license plate number of the vehicle III in the license plate number group II is 0, the corresponding second license plate input equipment sends the image of the vehicle III with the abnormal license plate number to the license plate abnormality processing module and stores the image into the license plate abnormality processing module, and the license plate abnormality processing module extracts the vehicle body information B of the vehicle III from the image of the vehicle III and stores the vehicle body information B into a list to be processed; and comparing the vehicle body information A with the vehicle body information B to obtain a comparison result:
if the vehicle body information A is matched with the vehicle body information B, a returned result is that the vehicle II and the vehicle III are the same vehicle C, then the license plate abnormity processing module draws an abnormal driving track of the vehicle C according to the time sequence, and sends the abnormal driving track to the alarm module for alarm tracing;
and if the vehicle body information A is not matched with the vehicle body information B, returning a result that the vehicle II and the vehicle III are different vehicles, and then comparing the vehicle body information A with the next vehicle body information B.
4. The closed circuit monitoring system with voice prompt function as claimed in claim 3, further comprising:
the mobile alarm assembly is internally provided with the alarm module and further comprises a display screen which is used for synchronously displaying the abnormal traffic track when the alarm module acquires the abnormal traffic track; and the acousto-optic alarm is used for receiving the alarm instruction of the alarm module and giving out continuous acousto-optic alarm.
5. The closed circuit monitoring system with the voice reminding function as claimed in claim 3, wherein the vehicle body information A or the vehicle body information B comprises a vehicle body color, a vehicle type and a vehicle brand.

The closed circuit monitoring system with the voice reminding function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the specific setting mode of the fixed rod is as follows: the support column is provided with a sliding groove, the fixed rod is provided with a sliding block matched with the sliding groove, and the sliding block is connected with a pushing mechanism so that the sliding block drives the fixed rod to move up and down along the main rod.
